Warning to anyone who buys the Shea Butter trial size hand lotion, it DOES NOT smell good. It may start off that way when you put it on, but smell it a second time, I couldnt even give it away. It was a free gift so I wasnt aware, other than that no issues.

Took my Mom there for her favorite hand and body products. There was a sale going on, which made me ever happier and she got a extra one. Very friendly and quick service. Thank you ladies.

Went into this location on 07/30 to purchase candles. There was not a current sale on the candles. I purchased 2 candle and a body spray that totalled 69.43. The young lady rang me up and on my end my transaction was approved. On her end it was still processing. The manager came out and advised that they had been having problems with that register. She advised that she would need to re ring me. She asked me to check my account to see if I was charged. They proceeded to re ring me on the other regisrer.I showed her in fact I was charged. She advised that the transaction would reverse itself and if my money was not refunded by the next day to come in. Because it was a Friday I gave it until Monday. Still no reversed transaction. I went into the store where I was told that I needed to contact customer service. Here it is 2 weeks later and I still havent received my refund. I was told to dispute it with my bank. I paid almost 140.00 for 3 items and this should have been an issue resolved at a store level. Ive been in retail management for over 20 years and we would have processed it on a gift card and dealt with it on the stores end. So that the customer was not inconvenienced. Had I known that I would need to dispute the charges. I would have done that immediately. Now an investigation has to be done etc. Thanks for the inconvenience.

I have been to this location twice and both times the employees were so nice, friendly and helpful. The store was well stocked and I found the scents I was looking for.

I buy baby shower, wedding, birthday gifts etc.. here. Everyone has a favorite scent. Im lighting my candle right after posting this. LOVE THIS STORE, I cant make it to cash register without dropping at least 150. In there. : ))

First time customer I was surprised this store has more..No better varieties than the store in Fair Lane Mall (or it seems) ( may be its just me) I will go here for now on

Nice fragrances but the woman who worked on October 6th around 7:30pm with dark brown hair, Caucasian with thick eyeliner was so rude and unfriendly. Just bad customer service. Don’t care to come back to this location again, I’ll go elsewhere.

The ladies did not care about helping anyone. they lied about sales. My father was there with me and they did not give him a bag at all and were very rude on the phone call. I wouldn’t leave a star at all but I had to write a review. They had a buy 3 get 2 free but refused to give me the sale. Wouldn’t waste your time here at all.

Decent location. It is small but clean.I also appreciate that it is a free standing location.Half of the staff members are really nice & welcoming.Ironically, the worst part of my last 2 transactions, was the experience with the cashier. And it was the same exact cashier both times. She was off putting & the tonality in her voice was semi rude. I could tell she did not want to be there. I understand retail & dealing with customers all day long can be difficult. But there was no proper greeting, dry rude interaction & it happened more than once.I called this location but it sounded like the phone was off the hook...so I called back one more time & I finally got through to the manager. I wanted to warn the leadership of the cashier & customer experience that I had just had.Although the manager said some of the right things & asked questions, she sounded somewhat patronizing.I anticipate amazing customer service anywhere I spend my money.And it’s disappointing when the customer service is even remotely off putting.

All staff in the store was friendly, very helpful & all were following Covid restrictions. This was my second time visiting this store & I will definitely be back. Thank you

The manager seems nice but she can be very rude and not accommodating. I had a lot of products, I asked for two bags and I was told I can only get one. As much money as I spent at this location you would think they would not mind giving you an extra bag which is worth less than $.50. I was shopping for two people who lives separately of course and literally I couldn’t get an extra bag....ridiculous. She blamed it on Easter but really what is one extra bag going to hurt just not accommodating at all.

Horrible customer service. Courtney was the rudest cashier ever. She literally sighed the entire transaction. I was returning a box of $160 worth of merchandise that I ordered online that came open and spilled. As soon as I came up to the counter I could instantly tell they were annoyed I had a giant refund, which sorry YOUR company doesnt know how to ship. Through out the entire transaction the cashier Courtney acted annoyed. She finally gave up and let Shayla the other cashier finish it. Also this store has like no AC and is blazing hot. They need to upgrade this Location and its staff!

Very nice store. Friendly and polite staff. I was a first time shopper and had coupons from the mail. One of the girls asked what I liked and showed me where it was. I left with a medium bag full of delightful body creams and sprays.

This location is a hit or miss with me. Sometimes I go in and have a good experience and other times not so much! Sometimes customer service is great and other times you ask a question and the workers act as if you are annoying them. In all honesty I really stay away from this location.

They are having their semi-annual sale. The sales to me arent low enough. The highlight was the 75% hand soap being sold on the counter.

Also, they really dont appreciate the African American women (often over the age of 30) coming in, filling up bags, and walking right out of the doors as the company policy prohibits any staff member from chasing the thieves. The women that work at this location make it their main mission to provide the customer with a personable experience; however, I believe the customer population uses this to their advantage. Maybe more security guards...

The staff tonight was super super helpful I am very very grateful they help fix my email to make sure that I start getting coupons again and theyre always so nice and pleasant the stores always so clean I absolutely love shopping there

Store was very crowded due to the $4.95 sale. I had to wait outsde for 30 minutes to get into the store. I found that some of the mens spray was out! The lines to the registers moved slow! Overall, I really like this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful!

Well i will say this, very clean, organized and the lady at the front that greet you were nice. So i get to the counter to purchase a gift card and cashier was very persistent on selling me some hand soap, now mind you i was just at the mall and purchased things on Sunday, she continue to keep asking me and went as to say sunday did not have the 6 for $8.00 sale, once again i told her i do not want any had soap, i left there feeling almost force to purchase the soap. Not a good experience today for me

The 11 & Hoover location has by far been the location where its always been my experience that the employees offer customers hints as to where to find coupons or offers. Keep up the good work!
