Caliber Collision is the only repair shop I could recommend with confidence to other people for a referral. I can honestly say the over all experience has been very respectful and courteous, when you call they always respond and return your call. My experience with Caliber Collision is a professional and service with a smile type of company.

I really think that caliber collision is a pretty decent place and hard working folks .I was disappointed with the amount of time it took (month) to repair. I was satisfied with the results and they cleaned inside of car . I would have given 4 stars but had taken to long to repair.

It starts with Kelley, who answers the phone and get you going by connecting you with one of the many techs. Michelle was my point of contact, and kept me informed almost daily - even when there were issues with my insurance company. The mechanic did a wonderful job and returned my vehicle without any issues, and was clean too! Michelle was / is the BEST. She’s always on point and will get back to you with answers she may not readily have. I would highly recommend them.

I had mold in the truck - water coming in somewhere. Rather than simply taking my money & subbing out the specialized work for water leak testing, and the mold remediation/water damage repair, Wayne gave me referrals to the specialists, to go direct, and save some money. I was treated like any other customer, coming in for 2 different referrals. So, right now, I have spent no money with this shop, he wouldnt take my money. Honest, courteous, and just plain nice people here. 10/10, Id use this shop if I need collision repair.

Overall I was very satisfied with the repair work performed by this shop.

They had my car for longer than they said they would. When I observed the car there was lots of stuff that was not done and when I tried to get them to fix it they told me I had to wait till a woman came back from vacation.

My vehicle was promised to be only 5 days of service work. Which in turn took 17 to 21 days. Each party blaming one another, “ Caliber blamed Geico, Geico blamed Caliber. No one lost but the customer. Still without my vehicle was told it will be finish today.

Initially, I trusted Caliber with my car as I just purchased it 4/14 and reviewing the reviews and someone hit my passenger door and mirror. I took the car the 4/27 and was told it’ll be ready 5/10 and was kept updated. However there were minor issues with the door not arriving in time and also my camera not being calibrated by there partnering company due to short staff. I said okay and was patient with them and picked the car up 5/12. Shorty after a few days the battery was completely dead. I called and spoke with someone he stated that there was a possibility during the door repair that it could’ve caused the battery to die and that I should get it tested, did so and it was the battery due to no car I purchased me a new battery. Spoke with Tyler he directed me to the manager and he basically told me to contact my insurance on their negligence because they cannot reimburse me. Very careless and he implied that I should’ve waited and told them it before purchasing a new battery so they can find me another one.

Im 100% Satisfied. When My insurance company ask me where would I like my repairs to be done before they could get the words out I said Caliber Collision I recommend them 100%. Kelly and Jordan go over and above what is required to make sure you are comfortable, informed and feel safe. The Craftsmanship that Tommy Hall puts into a vehicle when doing the body and fender work is simply top notch (he is very talented) He makes sure to come out and personally tell you everything he did to your vehicle and makes sure you are satisfied. UPDATE: Manager (Wendell) reached out to me & had me bring vehicle back in to have it cleaned & addressed all of my concerns. I even ended up taking my vehicle back for repairs again after another minor incident & was once again very pleased with the service provided and the repairs. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs body work/repairs.I was very pleased with the body work on my vehicle. However, while they did vacuum out most of the glass from my winshield damage, they left the inside of my vehicle FULL of dust. It took me a week to get rid of most of it & I’ve had to constantly wear a mask inside my own car (even while riding alone) to keep from having a sneezing fit. I’m not sure if I’ll ever be able to get all that dust out of my vents & other crevices. 😩 I’m strongly considering taking it back to have them at least blow it out or something because they should have never returned it to me like that.

Front end body work repairs performed by Caliber Collision Waldorf location. Both of the fog lights fell out of the housing, one fog light is gone, the other one is dangling from the wire harness. They put my vehicle in the air and found the plastic under pan had a crack. They immediately said that I hit something! The impact from the object I hit made both of my fog lights to fall out! WOW!!! No, the impact from my accident that you guys repaired is the cause of that crack! Then they proceeded to tell me this crack in the plastic underpan is NEW! Really!! So with all the vehicles you have serviced over the past 4-6 months you specifically remember my vehicle and your speaking so confidently that the crack in my underpan is new and THAT is what caused BOTH of my fog lights to FALL OUT!! Cmon man! Why cant a business stand behind their work! I didnt install the fog lights Caliber Collision installed the fog lights and both of them fell OUT!! Not to mention the front grill is coming apart! Still not them! That you have to take up with Dodge is what I was told! WOW!

Caliber Collision worked on my 2011 Dodge Caravan after an accident with a deer. The collision team was so friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and kept me informed about the status of my vehicle. Drop off and pickup was quick and easy. Excellent body work and my car was washed and like new when I picked it up. I took in a 2005 White Mustang with quite a bit of damage to the front right side. The insurance covered the repair to the front fender. I got a separate quote for prior damage, and they gave a very good price. The work was done very quickly - Belair Autobody offered a one week turnaround. However, I was out of town for three days after the repairs were to be completed. Belair agreed to allow me to pickup the car after I returned to town. The front of the car looks brand new, and they even cleaned the inside and outside of the car. Belair went above and beyond to put the car in the best condition possible - they repaired an antenna that someone had repaired improperly before (with glue) and even replaced some of the lights that they noticed were out, just to help me out so I wouldnt get a ticket. They went beyond professionalism to actually be hospitable. No one wants a damaged car, but these are exactly the people you want to do business with if you need collision damage repaired. Its a well run family business that I would recommend to my own family/friends.

We recently were recommend to use Belair after an accident. There was major cosmetic damage to the front of our brand new car. They did a great job fixing everything. There was a slight issue after that they were very quick to look into and found the problem. I was very anxious after a small fender bender repair at another shop went horrific. I would highly recommend this place!!!

Terrible experience. We brought our Mercedes there after a minor accident to get some scratches fixed. They claimed there were problems underneath the car that they had to fix. I think they were just giving themselves extra work to drive up the cost. They admitted that they ordered a new bottom engine shield even though the previous one was not damaged. After they installed the new shield I ended up on the side of the road TWICE after the shield came undone because it was not properly installed. Would not recommend them to anyone, but especially if you have a Mercedes as they dont know how to work on them.

I had the huge misfortune of following a recommendation from my State Farm auto insurance to patronize Belair Auto Body and Collision. In November of 20015, I placed my car into the supposed capable hands of Belair Autobody and Collision. After a week they called and told me the car would not be ready ontime. I believe this was because it was close to the upcoming holiday the repairs were delayed. That ment an extra week of rental. The car was not completed in time. In the meantime, I had a horrific accident that left me severely injured. I was unable to drive and I didnt have transportation to get from Silver Spring Maryland to Waldorf Maryland. It was a complete hassle and when I found someone to take me They had closed and we arrived there at 6 PM I found out that they close at 5:30 PM. When I could get my car, I was appalled at the condition of my car. There was mud tracked on the driver door and on the floor mat, the front passenger door was partially assembled I pointed it out and they became defensive and reluctantly fixed it but refused to clean out the mud they tracked in. When I safely got to my destination I discovered that the interior left side of my trunk carpet trunk flooring had been yanked out. I contacted state farm upset of this finding and Belair claimed that I was the one who damaged my car. I called Belair Autobody and thay had the the nerve to say that it was my fault that I had over stuffed the netting. They were suppose to repair the drivers side of the trunk lid. I have photos showing the content and hateful damage to my car. State Farm believed the collision center and did nothing.Fast foward to July 20016 there was a huge rain storm. The next morning I go to my trunk and when I lift up the lid all this water is pouring out the lid of the trunk. By the time I get my camera the water was just a steady drip. I contact State Farm once again telling them about the unprofessional work of Belair Autobody. They send out an adjuster and he reccomends to have an autobody inspect my car. Since I had a poor experiece the orginal repair shop, Id had excellent workmanship by Cherokee Colission Center I chose to go there. Low and behold the moment they looked at my car they find that the rear passanger window molding had been pulled out. Once they did their inspection they found that Belair Auto body didnt replace all the trunk seals. I was livid. I knew when Belair Autobody returned my car in such poor condition they had been malicious. I also took photos of that. Unfortunately State Farm view on the matters of the problem was that if it is driveable the it is accetable and if I didnt like the what Belair Autobody did then take it up with them. Ok I do that. Not only did they not return my phone call but was once again nasty and agumentative about the condition they returned my car damged and they had the nerve to blame me once agin they also told me that I poured water to make it drip. Plus blamed me for yanking out the window molding. They switch their story about the trunk saying that I did pulled the carpet out my trunk with over 100 pounds of content in it. Why would I take a vehicle for reairs with a full trunk? I told this John guy that I have photos. You are starting to get my point. Excuses once agin, thats why I refused to take my car back there. Much less deal with them. To eEnd my experience on a positive note. Cherokee Collision center had the kindness and professionalism to fix the separated molding and even helped close this huge gap that Belair Autobody had created on the left side of that trunk moding. The technician then revealed that the supporting bracket was pulled out. I am done. I would not give that place a star they dont deserve that much.
