I brought my truck from Crossroads Ford in 2016. I have been using this service station ever since. But, after my recent experience, I will never use them again. I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Since I was going out of town, I got the recommended service Ford suggested consisting of a tune up and fuel injection cleaning costing me over $700. Least to say, my truck had to be taken back twice, I lost time on my job for 1 day, and they reluctantly gave me a loaner until my truck was repaired. Needless to say, my truck is still not running properly, I was promised some compensation for missing work of which I never received. The only thing I was given was a tank of gas.When I picked up my truck, I was barely spoken to, and as mentioned earlier, my truck is still not running right. I am completely flabbergasted at the treatment I received. So, In closing, be careful when using this service station, you may have to pay extra out of your pocket to have your truck running as good as before you take it in!

There was nothing quick about my trip to Quick Lane today. I arrived around 11:10 with my three year old daughter, and was told it would be 30 minutes for an inspection. Perfect timeline for us to have lunch afterwards and continue on with our other errands. 45 minutes later our car was actually pulled into the garage. No sweat, Im a patient man, and theres a convenient kids play area. 15 minutes later the inspection has been done, but I needed two new tires to pass. No problem, mount em up - I figured maybe another 20+ minutes to mount and balance the tires. From 12:15 until 1:20 my vehicle sat untouched on the lift while my daughter and my hunger mounted, and my patience thinned. Several other customers that arrived after me had their vehicles completed in that time. At 1:20 I was told it would be another 15 minutes. I had been there for around 2 hours and 15 minutes for a simple inspection, and two tires to install. I had to cancel and push back several other errands I had planned for the day. Not recommended if you have any sort of time table to adhere to.

Being in the service industry, I know what it is like to deal with hard customers. About 2 months ago, I had (4) tires replaced at Crossroads, and they helped me with the state inspection, tires, and an alignment. I was unfortunately not offered a warranty on the tires, but that was partially my fault for not asking ahead of the tire installation. I recently had a nail in my tire, and had to plug the tire myself in order for it to be operable. I called up Crossroads, and informed them of the situation about the warranty. The first gentleman I spoke to explained to me that because I had not purchased the warranty, the best they could do was patch the tire as a courtesy. I was hesitant for them to do this because I was explained that this would not pass state inspection the next time. After I sat down and thought about it, I contacted Andy, the service manager. Not only did he provide tremendous prompt customer service, but he made things right with a disgruntled customer. Andy and Tine were both professional, and extremely helpful in resolving my issue. They went out of their way to assure me that the problem would be resolved at my earliest convenience, and that all will be up to me satisfaction. I want to thank the entire Crossroads team for providing me amazing customer service throughout my 2 years of living in Franklinton, and a special shout out to Andy and Tine for continuing my faith in Crossroads.

My Edge issued a warning that my Key battery was low and needed replacement. One stop to Parts Dept and the battery was replaced: I got a tuitorial on how to open outside door with key stored in fob. And even if the fob wont open outside door, it will always start the car from inside. Not bad for a total of $10! The Parts Department attendants have helped me in the past. They are the best.

Ive always been a little skeptical about using the dealers oil change service. Boy was I wrong about this place. You guys are professional, got me in quickly. The best part the price was surprisingly less than the national bran oil change spot on S Main St. I think I have found my new go to for oil changes and tire rotations in Wake Forest.

Not sure what has happened there but customer service has gone way down. Very unfriendly, while I’m sitting there waiting for my truck to be serviced, every phone call they get they complain about customer after they hang up. So if they complain about one, they complain about all. They just sit behind the desk looking around, no motivation at all, it was a very awkward situation. Couldn’t wait to get the heck out of there. My technician was amazing, only reason I stayed but not going back. I’ve been a client with that location for 11 years. Started with service department, and when they opened quick lane I went there. Service Dept wasLike this rude and talked about customers now has transferred over to quick lane. Many places I can go to get my truck serviced where they are friendly. Not ones that talk about you.

After a return visit for something very minor that was not recognized on the first trip, the team at Quick Lane went way beyond my expectations to make it right. I would recommend that you drop your vehicle off and go about your day, as they service on a first come basis and it is a very busy shop. Overall, its definitely worth the drive. I have a short list of mechanics I trust, and Quick Lane in Wakeforest is on my list.

My car started making a weird loud noise, we drove it straight here to get it checked out. They quickly got us in, lifted the car and found the issue. It was something pretty simple, and they fix it no charge in about 2 minutes. While it was there we also got the inspection done. Can’t thank them enough for helping me out!

Got a prepurchase inspection for a used car done here. I didn’t end up buying the car but I still feel like I got $100 of useful information. The person helping me, Michael, was patient and knowledgeable, and even gave me his own personal advice on buying the car when I asked even though I was buying it with a different dealership, which was helpful and comforting as a young woman buying my first car alone, far from home. The place is first come first serve and I didn’t wait at all at 930 AM on a friday, but I imagine there are times that you might have to. Highly recommend.

Glad I was able to go back to a Ford. Company gave me a Chevy and had to go to a Chevy dealer to get service. Took 4 dealers before I found a good one. The 3 Fords I have had came here and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed.

The staff here are exceptionally nice and the work they do is great! Its never really crowded in the morning and the basic services (new tires, inspections, oil changes) are usually pretty quick when you go when they open. The lobby is clean and they have Wi-Fi, nice bathrooms, and coffee. This location is open at 7, which is earlier than most other Quick Lanes.

30 minutes in and out turned into 2 hours because there were 3 cars ahead of me. Cost about 2x what I normally pay for a standard oil change and tire rotation at my cars dealership. After work was done, car rode rough (was not rough before). Had nice snacks around, and friendly staff.I returned and they found an unbalanced tire and rebalanced it. Big improvement. No charge for fixing that issue - kudos for that.1 month later: Still rough. When I brought in, they suggested that my tires, heretofor perfect, now needed alignment, and probably to be replaced.

All I can really say is WOW. I am an entertainer and put a lot of miles on my vehicle and I change the oil in my vehicle on a consistent regular basis. I needed to get an oil change done and the service was amazing. By the time I felt like hd sat done, had a cup of coffee, they were done. 5 Star for service and execution of what I needed done while on the road. I use to come here with all 3 of my vehicles. I even have their rewards card with all our service. But overtime service has falter and has been poor. Maybe technicians need more training or more oversight. Front desk always busy but will not be going here anymore.

If your goal is to get an oil change, run and find somewhere else. Or, dont do anything but drop your car off and expect to get it that evening. Unlike other local dealerships, they dont prioritize the simple oil changes. So, an oil change consistently gets stuck behind someone with new tires and other larger service items. (handled in order but its not 15minute oil changes in front of you) More than once when I have been there one hour turned into 2.5 to 3 hours. The dealership side streams in inspections which happen before your oil change (which they say is a separate person but that doesnt seem to be reality). One of their employees was extremely rude and unapologetic when a 1 hour or more to get in the shop turned into over 2.5 hours while I waited with a 4 year old. He felt the need to tell me he had been there 9 years and to stress the fact he said or more instead of just apologizing for the wait. I complained to management about his attitude which their response was next time come when I am here which isnt a solution.

TL;DR Wont be going back to this Quick Lane. And for the love of all that is good, NEVER buy a Motorcraft battery unless it costs less than the auto parts stores. The Motorcraft battery warranty is riddled with gotchas - see below...Background: I got a Max Tough Motorcraft battery about 4 years ago for our Fusion for the 100 month [prorated] warranty at only a slightly higher price than Autozone or Advance Batteries that only share the 3 year replacement warranty. Seemed like a good idea at the time. Fast forward to present and this battery started to die - growing blue/green stuff on the negative terminal (common when their time is up). At home I cleaned the terminal with a wire brush, recharged the battery and tried a few times to see if it was the car or the battery. The battery wouldnt hold a good charge level. Nothing on the car seemed to be draining it. Confident it was the battery, I took it out and brought it to Crossroads Wake Forest so as to avoid straining the alternator. This is where things went down hill.1) The Service Department refused to test the battery outside of the car. OK, maybe they think something happened inside the car... but I dont think this restriction exists with Autozone or Advance batteries. They said to go home and put it back into the car and drive it back. Strike 1.2) Went all the way home, reinstalled the battery, and brought the car back to the Quick Lane. Of course it died as soon as I turned it off. Then they inform me that they will not be able to warranty replace the battery without the original invoice. I told them the battery came from Capital Ford and it is important to note here: there was no offer to contact Capital Ford to handle things or anything like that. You will see why this is important later. They offered to jump it and let me go down to Capital Ford. But after digging around my glove box twice, I was able to find the invoice. I guess Capital Ford warned me when I got the battery to keep it there. This is not a Strike yet - later you will see why this step matters [not contacting Capital and taking care of it straight away].3) They took my car back and it took about 25 minutes for the tech to confirm what I already knew and replace the battery. That was pretty good, and the only reason I didnt make a scene after what followed... So then a step that should have been happening in parallel began after my car was already done - the parts department had to figure out the proration. Guess how long this took? ANOTHER 25 minutes. If Ford is going to mandate having the battery invoice, there should be an exact 2 second lookup for the protating, not some subjective behind the scenes calculation shady stuff that took longer than it took me to remove and reinstall the battery myself... Strike 2.4) Heres the real kick in the pants and why I will never buy another Motorcraft Battery. I asked if I should keep their new battery invoice in the glove box for the new batterys warranty. You know, the new warranty like you would get on new tires when you buy them even if they were prorated. Tires - the biggest and least consistent wear item on a car - you get a new warranty when you buy new tires, not the remainder of the previous tires warranty, right? Right. He said that the new battery is only covered by the remainder of the 100 month warranty. STRIKE 3. That is insane and awful. If its the Ford policy I call B.S. Never buying a Ford Battery again - period.5) Heres where #2 comes back around. I asked for the original invoice back because what if the battery dies and Im up in Richmond or Atlanta. Service consultant said he couldnt give it back but oh, heres our card, you just call and well fax it over. Holy cow, where was the offer to fax an invoice 1 hour earlier when I was wasting time looking for paperwork?!?! This is the most asinine experience Ive had at a dealer or shop in a decade.They should hope Ford doesnt contact me about how the service trip went.
