Normally we have good service however this time after having the oil changed they managed to get oil all on the inside and outside of the vehicle, I can understand a little here and there, that happens sometimes. However a little is not having to scrub the inside of the vehicle for over 30 minutes and the inside reeking of an oil smell. There are also spots in the fabric of the seat as well, hopefully they will come out and does not stain them to bad. (Didnt include photos of the stearing wheel or shifter, also covered)

Didnt need the Oil change this visit, but needed a State Inspection - in and out quickly, they know my vehicles as they service them all! Friendly staff doing what they do best!

Friendly enough and got the job done. Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to deliver my filter because they were out of stock but I also got small discount for it.

It’s not often that complete strangers are so selfless and neighborly!I got my oil changed at a different jiffy lube about a month ago. Started noticing oil spots on my driveway so I took it into this location (pressed for time!) I explained the situation and said I fully expected to pay for the fix. Tommy and Kay immediately pulled my car through, found and fixed the problem, and didn’t charge me a dime.This location is a shining example and breath of fresh air for a large chain of auto shops. I will absolutely be going back.

In and out quick

Been to several JL locations over the years, left this one feeling uneasy. Mysterious price increase at check out. No answers/explanations to my questions. Staff seemed disconnected. This one is the closest to my home, but I wont be returning.

My oil filter was put on to tight by this shop. I just spent $350 on a replacement oil filter adapter because they cracked mine and i was having oil and antifreeze mix in my filter.

I hadnt even parked my car before someone was already asking how they can help me!!

Took my vehicle in for an inspection and oil change. Employees were courteous. Work was relatively fast. However, Ill NEVER have an oil change there again.They charged me TEN DOLLARS per quart of oil. I requested high mileage oil for my older vehicle. They offered Pennzoil High Mileage. I said fine. When the price was quoted to me, I was floored. The service person showed me on the screen that they were charging me $79+ for the oil. I needed the oil change and I was already there, so I agreed to it, but I did inform them that this was the last time I would bring my vehicle through there. EVERYTHING is signature service, no matter what you ask for. Considering that you can pick up the very same oil at your local Wal-mart for around $4.60 a quart, thats ridiculous.Next time, its back to my local mechanic, who charges me $43 for an oil change, and will change out the light bulb in my headlight so I can pass the inspection.

I realized my last visit was UPSETTING because I came in a month ago for an oil change and a tire rotation. A female staff member was working with me and she came back to me with all these other repair problems that I needed. She told me my rotors were scored and that they were eating away my pads and that they could do it for me for 247 for the front and the back. I mentioned to her I had my pads replaced 3 months ago so that doesnt sound right. Once I mentioned that I would take it to my car guy, she kept trying to convince me that they should do it. Maybe they make commission? Maybe she thought I was stupid because Im a female who doesnt know much about cars? Im a broke college student and she knew that and was still planning on convincing me to take my money. Then she told me I had an oil leak. After my service was done I drove off the lot and my steering wheel was abnormal and my car was driving funny. I took it back and told them to undo the rotation and they did. I got my money back at least. After they did that my car was driving back to normal. I told my boyfriend all of the issues they reported to me and he took a look at it. I didnt know he knew a thing or two about cars. He drained the oil and THEY NEVER EVEN CHANGED IT! It was BAD! Then he said your rotors and break pads are totally fine. He showed me and I learned how to determine when they should be replaced. Another thing I need to mention is that they screwed My tires on WAY TO TIGHT. It took 5 attempts for My boyfriend to screw off the bolts. Thats bad news. My dad also mentioned that this same jiffy lube ruined his oil pan. Now I know where my oil leak came from. So OVERALL nice staff, but they all have no idea how to fix simple repairs. They need to go to school and learn how to their job. Never trusting this Jiffy lube location again.

Do NOT go there i do repeat do NOT go here! I went in to get an oil change i asked if i could go ahead and pay and the lady said yes as soon as they send over the invoice 7 mins later they came up to me and said youre car is done are you ready to pay? The total wad 76 dollars

Great fast service. Went in for an oil change and they vacuumed my car out which I thought was nice. Only downside is they didnt properly replace my oil cap and it resulted in my check engine light coming on and engine power loss until I figured out that was the problem.

The people working were very nice and polite but I went for an inspection and found out my husband already got one and it was on record. I wish they would have told me this instead of paying twice.

I asked them for NEW breaks. They replaced the breaks. I had to go back to them three days later because the breaks were grinding. Ended up being told on the 2nd trip to them they installed refurbished breaks, not listed on the receipt, that broke. 😒 They installed new breaks and HAD to replace something else due to the result of the defective refurbished breaks.Kudos for free WiFi though.

I bought this Groupon so I could save money on my usual $80+ oil changes due to my high mileage. However, when I brought it up that I had a Groupon I’d be using to pay with I was treated ridiculously rude there after. The woman said very loudly “I HATE Groupons!” And then had the audacity to turn around to the other employees and say “this is a Groupon y’all!” as if I would be treated differently than someone who didn’t have a Groupon. I was so humiliated and felt so guilty for trying to save money.

They got my inspection done quickly, nothing wrong with that!
