I honestly can’t say enough about this place!! The customer service is like no other. Jacob, Scott and Josh were all top notch!! I had taken my car to 2 different places with no answers. I took my car here after a referral from a friend, and they knew EXACTLY the problem, and within 24 hours they had it fixed! No one else will ever touch my car. These guys are phenomenal. Oh, and my kids thoroughly enjoyed the cookie! 10 stars in my book.

Qualify plus is the best place to get your car taken care of. The staff is SO nice, they have a lovely waiting room and they get the work done in a timely manner. As someone who knows little about cars I have found the staff to be trustworthy. When my car was finished they put a small thank you gift in the car. I dropped my car off for an oil change last week and everyone in the office was incredibly nice. They scheduled me the day after I called and this was by far the best experience I’ve had with an automotive shop since I moved here- and I’ve been to a few! Being new to the area, friend recommended me. My 2012 Avalon check engine light came on, cruise control stopped working. Went back and forth with Scott (kept me updated throughout) and they got to the bottom of the problem and did the repair. Knowing cars / engines somewhat, I was impressed with their work. An unforeseen (somewhat expensive) problem appeared and they fixed it without charging me for it!! A great bunch of folks - knowledgeable and honest. Also got a free loaner car (Prius) as the car was kept overnight. Highly recommended.

I went to a local Ford dealership service department that I have used for over 5 years to get an estimate on an oil leak. They charged me $152.00 for the diagnosis. They said that it would cost $2,800 to repair the vehicle. I went to Quality to get a second opinion and they were able to repair the leak for $550.00. Ford had totally misdiagnosed the problem. After getting the repair I went on an extended trip of over 700 miles and had no problems. Please dont hesitate using them for all your automotive needs!

Had a wobble. They found a loose tie rod end. I needed shocks too. After they fixed the tie rod end, aligned it and replaced the shocks it rides like new. They also present you with a complimentary cookie.

I have been going to quality plus for at least 5 years now and they are awesome! The oil change special which they usually run every month is around $30, sometimes they run a $50 special that includes tire rotation and balance. There are never any extra fees! Best price around! They will look over your car and let you know what’s going on with it and give you suggestions on what you should fix first because they understand it’s not always possible to do everything at once!Although their repair costs can be a bit high you really pay for the quality you get and they always do a great job. As a women I can trust they won’t try to get you to do something unnecessary and I love how they’re always willing to explain what’s going on to me! They get booked up fast on appointments because they have such great deals but they’re always willing to work with you to get you in!

Quality Plus provides outstanding service performed by outstanding technicians. Scott always explains each need and charge fully and answers all of my questions until I fully understand.When looking for a car for my son Josh and his staff checked out 15+ cars for me until we found a sound and safe vehicle that they felt comfortable putting their own kids behind the wheel. This saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars.They are a trustworthy family run business that I depend on to keep me and my kids safe.

This is by far one of the best places to go! We felt so welcomed upon entering. They are honest and they dont try to get you to get something that is not needed for your car. I thought I needed a particular oil change and he informed me that I didnt which saved me some $$. I also love that they have things that can entertain your kids. Had my wife’s 2012 Avalon serviced - they did an excellent job - detected needed repairs and fixed same after calling me for authorization, same with my ‘94 F150. They are my go to service and repair shop.

I first found Quality Plus Automotive in 2016 when the hybrid battery in my Prius went bad (the dreaded red triangle of doom on the dash)...Toyota dealer quoted $4000 plus to put in a new part....on a 2007... I looked for alternatives and Quality refurbished the battery for around $2200. Excellent service and communication, free loaner car....since then I have gone to them for my repair and service needs. They are excellent at making recommendations and prioritizing what needs to be done now and things to keep in mind for the future...I have never felt pressured to perform any service or repair....they thoroughly explain recommendations...quality work and honest advice!Edited to add....I was reading through some of the other reviews and I thought They are like the Chic-Fil-a of car shops...always a good product and a pleasant, efficient experience!

First time using them for a brake job. Great service! I love the fact that they offer after hours drop off and pickup. Placing a cookie in the car was a nice touch. Its the little things that make a business stand out. Highly recommend them. 👌

We’ve been going here for about two years and the service has always been wonderful! Scott has been great working with us letting us know what is necessary versus what would just be nice for work on our car. We trust him to help us balance long term car needs with what we can afford. Great place, great customer service and everyone is very polite and sociable. I have only a couple of issues. And I shouldve went back and asked questions but, didnt feel like the drag out convo. My original cost was over 1400.00 dollars, but I was only looking to spend a 3rd of that. So he put the most needed thing first and I couldve sworn he listed like 4 things that totaled the price I paid. They end up only doing my spark plugs and serpentine belt which were both inexpensive for the 500.00 I paid. And for the 59.00 belt, they still charged me the same amount of labor 135.00 dollars. That was a bit expensive to me, but I dont work on cars. Oh and when they called me about the list, they also told me about my check engine light being on. I told them that I think its from previous work done and if not the work you guys are about to do should take care of it. He said he would RESET the light and he didnt. So, I probably wont go back, but this shouldnt stop you from going. Great customer service tho.

Excellent all around. They keep in contact with you through the entire process. Honest through everything, could have added additional repairs but were upfront and explained things how a service provider should. Scott was excellent, will not bring my or my wifes vehicle anywhere else.

I have used Quality Plus for a few years now. They always offer amazing service. I truly feel that they do things the correct way, are thorough, and they dont recommend repairs that arent needed.

They previously fixed my a/c, that someone broke replacing my alternator. It was a broken connector. They could have charged more, but didnt. I appreciated the honesty, so went back for a larger job. Valve cover gasket quote about the same almost 1.5 yrs ago. Great attitude, honest, and quality work.

Found this automotive shop on line, my first visit was very outstanding. Scott was very welcoming and gave a beyond customer service. One thing I notice is that they provide you with a vehicle if you don’t have transportation for the time your vehicle is being service. Never seen this in other shops. We had our SUV serviced at a quick oil change place and immediately after there was oil leaking on the garage floor. I researched places that serviced Asian models (Hyundai) and Quality Plus Automotive Services had great reviews. I called and Scott got us in right away. Their customer service was fantastic. They quickly found the issue and suggested that I take it to Hyundai because it should be under warranty. Scott even guided me on how to manage the dealer and what the cost should be if they said they wanted to charge me. The good news was the the Hyundai dealer did the work under warranty, I will certainly be bringing all of my work to Quality Plus Automotive Services. Highly recommend them!

I did take my wifes car for Quality Plus because another shop gave questionable advice. I was very happy with service, they did only recommended tire change, not unnecessary service as other shop did. Car is like new. I like their trust worthiness.

I used to travel down to Cary for years to have Keith work on our family cars and found out he recently joined the team at Quality Plus Auto in WakeForest. I can see why he joined this company. Great customer service and guys who aren’t trying to rip you off. At the end of the day when you can trust your mechanic to tell you really how it is (good or bad) and are experts at what they do, then you follow them from Cary to WakeForest. Hours are not great, but was able to drop of my car the night before and pick up the following evening. Very friendly and informative, and great price on a full synthetic oil change. And the cookie left in my car was a nice touch. ;DWill definitely use them for future oil changes.

Went in for an oil change and left with 2 pages of repairs that were going to be more than $2,000 to repair. Went to another shop the same week for a tire and their diagnostic came back with no red flags. Very disappointed.

I always like taking my car to Quality Plus. They do a great job! And they are really nice people. One time I stopped in to see if I could make an appointment for a trip check up. Scott said well, we have time right now. So I sat down and waited. About 30 minutes later, Scott pulled my car around and said everything was in good shape for my trip. I said, what do I owe you? And he smiled at me, as he handed me my keys, and said... have a nice trip. So, folks Im not suggesting that trip check ups are always free. Just that they do really nice, special things for their customers whenever they can.

I have been with this automotive service for 20 years or better. I never worry about any of my vehicles when they are for repair/service. I have had some major work done in the past on some of my vehicles. When questioned the amount to be paid, I have always gotten a satisfied explanation of the repairs done. Like any business, there are going to be small problems to come up with repairs but the people at Quality Plus have bent over backwards to make things right. Price was lower than dealership and lower than expected and done before promised. Technician who called (Scott) was the one who gave me my bill and clearly explained what he and his team did. Well be back!!

All I wanted was a quote, and right off the bat this guy (JACOB) is hounding me about bringing my Lexus in. He kept calling my car old and saying it’s probably rusted and needs to be looked at. This is after telling this guy it’s been diagnosed by Lexus and another credible location, and I know exactly what needs to be fixed. I have documentation proving all of this. He says we are going to charge you to diagnose your car again, and quoted me a Lexus price. If I wanted Lexus prices, I would’ve went to Lexus sir. He was indirectly rude, abrasive, and insensitive about my situation.

I choose Quality Plus based on Google Review and I was not disappointed. The customer service was everything I read and could expect from a company. They were upfront about estimate process and there were no surprises throughout. All my car service needs will be going through Quality Plus in the future. Also, I started looking when another service company quoted me what I knew to be too high for brake replacements. Quality provided the service at significantly lower price and a much better experience overall. Highly recommend them as a local business partner.

I LOVE this place. I have been going here since 2008 for my 2004 Honda Odyssey Mini Van. Josh, Randy, and Scott and the crew in back know their stuff. They made me fall in love with my mini van all over again!!!Recently, it was acting up and I had a family trip planned to Florida. I wanted the van safe and reliable. Everyone there, listened to my concerns, took in my baby (aka mini van), looked her over, and got back to me in a timely fashion to go over what really needed to be done, should be done or what could wait (nice to have).Their prices are always reasonable, keeping their customers happy and business relationships solid. We never established a good mechanic for our Nissan Armada and we brought it to Quality Plus when we began to have problems with it to have it repairs. Each time we brought her, Armada, in to get something fix they were wonderful to work with. When I asked back in Oct. 2016 if I could make it another 3 months until I purchased my new care they were very honest and said that 3 months was a good time frame but not much more than that. Well they go us through and we decided to use them again for our new car, 17 Honda Pilot for all our maintenance needs. This week I took it for our first oil change and they were absolutely wonderful. I sat and waited for it and they were done with in the hour. I cant say enough how wonderful these people are. My dad always said you need to find a good mechanic and stick with them and that is exactly what we will do. Thank you Quality Plus for your great services, the mints are an extra bonus.
