Went in for a nail in my tire and was prepared to leave my car. The rep came out to my car and removed the object from my tire, but not a nail. I drove off in less than 10 minutes. Saved me time and money. Great customer service.

Came in this morning with a shaking car and flashing check engine light. The lady at the front counter was an absolute pleasure to deal with, they had it diagnosed very quickly and fixed all within the same day.Very happy with my experience there and now have a new place for all of my car needs. I’m new to owning a vehicle. Had my car less than 2 years and I started to notice certain funny things with sounds and movement. I was particularly worried for the brakes and transmission. I took it over to Firestone & worked with Cal. He was not only extremely friendly and gave wonderful customer service but he also talked with me about the symptoms and what to look for if I had any trouble. This gave me a deeper understanding of how my car works and what it needs. I’m a 25 year old SINGLE woman... As many of you know, we can be taken advantage of at dealerships and auto repair shops. Not only was my car taken back on time with my appointment but he inspected everything and quickly sent me on my way with amazing information and told me if I had any problems he would test drive my car himself to see the symptoms first hand. He’s truly an asset to the Firestone at this location and I will ONLY bring my car here for Cal to keep her up to date on maintenance and repairs.. They have a customer for life. Thanks so much!

Spent over $410.00 for a repair and the manager Travis Evans stated they did NOT test drive to ensure repairs are properly done. Travis stated Firestone DOES NOT ALWAYS TEST DRIVE AFTER REPAIRS!!! WHAT?????? And was rude about it also! I have it recorded. Spoke with Bradley the Area Manager, and he stated that was not proper procedure. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

Friendly staff but I don’t plan on coming back. I have taken two different cars here the past two years and both have problems. We had the tires rotated on my camero and now the tire sensor is totally messed up. Took my equinox there and my catalytic converter had to be replaced along with whatever it’s connected too and my car shakes. It’s just not worth it.

Twice, I have had problems with this location. The first time, they charged me for work that was not done or asked to be done. The second time was this past week. I took my daughters car to get pads and rotors and they did a vehicle inspection, which was not necessary. She had a vehicle inspection three months ago to get her tags. The description on the receipt was for a battery inspection...........I never mentioned her battery at all. The store manager would not delete it from my bill and the corporate office was no help, either. The first time the cost was over $350 and corporate removed it. This location needs to be fined or something. I will never have any more work done at this location again.

They DO NOT set up appointment times for you to get service.When I arrived at my 8am time I was told I would have to leave my car for the day possibly longer as they had 35 other appointments already.So I set up an appointment to walk in and be told they wouldnt have time that day to diagnose my brakes, and possibly fix that day.The staff was great, but the actual company obviously has no idea what appointments are for. Theses poor guys deserve a raise for being absolutely swamped with arbitrary appointments.

Damaged a tire, drove in the next morning and they took me right in and back. Had my tire in stock and had me in my way. Thank goodness for other cancelled appointments!Travis was very nice, attentive and very customer oriented!

Bought a tire that was all seasons and on the same day less than 5miles later on the highway the tire went flat,came back to the shop and they kept on saying its bad luck that there was nothing they can do.I had to purchase another new tire from them,wish I didnt have to but it was late in the day and most car shops were closing.It doesnt make sense that the one tire that they replaced got a puncture less than 5 miles after leaving the station.I wouldnt recommend any services here. Worst services and poor quality products.

I’ve been going to this location for years now and have always had a great experience. They are very nice people and will always make sure you are getting the best prices. I will never go anywhere else for work on my vehicles. Cal is a great guy and very helpful. He always gives me the best service I could ask for.

The service and staff is on point, but Ive learned through experience that the warranty on their tires doesnt cover the tires. Apparently if its a repair in a certain area of the tire you have to pay a price, an actual cost for the repair and a service fee. One of the computer techs told me that theres a damage weight that judges the rate of what your expected to pay. So if they tell you about a warranty on the tires you get, theres a tire in the store that has red paint on around both sides of the out side of the tire. When they are selling you on the warranty of the tires you purchasing, please look for that tire and ask them to explain the way the warranty works. And have them explain until you get. Believe its neccessary!

Firestone always takes care of us. They service both of our cars, and if the problem is something they cant fix, they will recommend someone that can.

It took an hour and 15 minutes for an oil change. the woman is ringing me up she tells me it’s $93 I say ok whatever and pay for it. Later I’m reading the paper work and it says “ massive oil leak needs new oil pan” something she didn’t mention to me. So basically I spent almost 100 dollars just to have to dump the oil and change the pan. Lessons learned don’t go to corporate places when their is plenty of honest local businesses that deserve your money.

On the way from vacation in NC back to Florida we had a nasty slash in our tire. Called ahead and spoke withTravis. He and his crew took care of us because he knew we needed to get back on the road. Made sure to stop and spend some $ in the Wake Forest community before we left!! Awesome group, thank you.

Do Not Go Here! If you do make sure you do not work with Travis, he is incompetent and does not know anything about how to talk to a customer. I went here because I needed a sway bar link on my car replaced. He states that he did not get it specified on which one was needing replacing. Instead of calling me, or even asking when I dropped my car off, he just ASSUMED and went ahead and replaced the front, the sway bar link was broken on the rear driver side. A child could have taken one look and saw that it was broken but instead Travis replaced my entire front. When I got home my car was still making an awful noise and I realized that the work I requested was not done. I called back and he waived a labor cost but still made me pay for the part. He is the reason why I will never go back to a firestone nor will I recommend their service to anyone I ever meet. This was his mistake and he should have fixed it with no charge to me. All he had to do was call and ask a question, was this issue in the front or the rear, he never once even tried. He also told me over the phone that they did not inspect my car at all for any issues so I could not utilize their Triple Promise Fixed Right service. Even though the work order clearly says that the car was inspected. Also if he would have known how to look at a car he could see that it was broken in the back so now instead of getting the service I requested I am out more money out of my pocket because of his incompetence.

If you need tires or an oil change, you can take your vehicle here and should be fine, but you will wait an extended amount of time. However, if you have a check engine light or anything that requires any type of technical skill or troubleshooting ability, dont waste your time or money here. The manager has an attitude and the staff is clueless. Save yourself time and money and take your car to the dealer, or a seasoned mechanic. If I could give a no star rating I would.

I originally gave them 4 stars but feel I must edit my original review. Since that review Ive gone back twice and been disappointed both times. The first time I went to get a tire patched where a screw had punctured the tire. I waited almost 2 hours for them to tell me they couldnt fix it due to where the screw was but that I could buy a new set of tires for $800. The second time was also for a puncture. I made an appointment and asked if it could be done quickly because I was squeezed for time. They said sure, bring it in. I got there at 430 (15 minutes early) and was told to take a seat and it would be done by 6. When I asked how much to fix it, I was told $21.94. I bought the tires there ( they are Firestone brand) and was told they dont cover that with road hazard. I left and went somewhere else to get my tire fixed. Never going back!

A year ago went to this shop because our Honda Odysseys brakes were squeaking. Shop calls us to say theres no need to do the work because brakes are fine and to come back in a year. Who does that?! Ive told many people about our experience. Just got the brakes done here yesterday. Again, honest, transparent, respectful and explained everything. Good people here. Will likely do all our work here from now on. Very happy.

My overall experience was great as far as in store Travis was extremely helpful,courteous, respectful and knowledgeable the other associates where friendly as well. My advice is to call your local store to ensure they have your tires in stock I made my appointment online and had several issues but would recommend Firestone in Wake Forest. I used to love firestone and have been using them for years, however after my experiences with this location that has changed. I originally brought my car in to have rotors and brake pads replaced in May and over $760 and months later the issue still has not been resolved! I’ve given them several chances to fix the issue by having to bring my vehicle back in each month up until August and I’m still having issues. So much wasted money and time going to this location to the point where I finally got fed up and stopped calling because the employees always seem bothered and can’t seem to fix the issue. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Take your vehicle elsewhere!

I purchased four Bridgestone Potenza tires ($1,042) on 12/23/19. I was assured the tires were quiet just as the Michelin that were on my car. The tires have a roar, I’m returning 12/28/19, a scheduled appointment for inspection of the tires. I’ll write a review then, hopefully my review will be 4 or 5 stars. I was disappointed the day I purchased the tires. Firestone took my car in 5 minutes before a 10 o’clock appointment, however, my car sat on the lift 1hour and 35 minutes before one tire was placed back on my car. I watched the technician pull another car in (a quick service) complete the service and this customer came in after my ($1,042) appointment. I ask the manager about this and received a politician response. Maybe Firestone (IN) Wake Forest will address my tire noise issue 12/28/19. I must say, the two associates on duty are awesome, a young lady and an older guy12/28/19I returned to Firestone today and the service was much better. As I mentioned in my first review, the young lady Laura(I think) and Kal are awesome. They offer service as if it’s their business. The manager was awesome, maybe he was having a bad day on 12/23/19. My tire issue was resolved it was not the tire, my right rear bearing was causing the roar. I would like Firestone to honor appointments, time will tell. I would recommend this location.

As a single mom, having a reliable car is imperative. When something goes wrong, it really turns things upside down. I absolutely recommend Firestone in Wake Forest. The whole team is great! They’ve never made me feel stupid in regards to car repairs. They have always taken the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly inspect my car, and explain their findings in detail. I trust their repair recommendations and I’ve never left feeling like I wasted money fixing problems that aren’t there. It’s great to know that my son and I are safe in my car after every repair. From routine maintenance to more serious issues, I definitely recommend them!

Scheduled an appointment to get my MKV aligned and camber adjusted. I was told that the rack was a flush fitment/in ground setup and after driving 57 minutes to the location the service advisor said there was no way to make it happen nor were the staff sympathetic whatsoever. Complete waste of time. Simple honestly up front wouldve prevented a massive headache as well as saved alot of mileage on driving a static car an hour away. This place can pound it.

These guys/gal are top notch. Ive taken my WRX here multiple times and they always took care of her. I have my lifetime alignment and never had issue scheduling and the overall workmanship of the staff. Was looking for a new set of tires for my new wheels and again surprised me with the pricing and the discount I received after I applied for their card - yes Ill pay it off in no time. The install was professionally done, it was late when I left so it was rather dark so I couldnt inspect if there were any scratches or scuffs on my new wheels, but they seem to take good care of the customer so Im sure the same for out in the shop.Travis and all of the Firestone staff, keep up the great work. I always go to this Firestone. They have excellent service, and i feel they are straightforward with you about your vehicle. My recent trip, I spoke to Lauren on the phone to make my appointment. She was very friendly. For my appointment, I believe his make was Khan, helped me. It was great! Very Nice and helpful, he even helped me with a rebate on my new battery. He alsowould helpthe technicians if able to, in order to expedite waiting time. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming to this location, although there is another closer to me!

Had come here in the past and mostly had okay or better experiences. However, knowing that it can be busy, I called days in advance to make an appointment for a basic oil change and tire rotation. Over 2.5 hours after the appointment time, my car was still waiting to be taken back. What is the point of accepting appointments if you cannot get to the vehicle within 150 minutes? I wont be coming back to this location.

I visited this Firestone location without an appointment, and I needed an oil change and tire rotation asap, so that I could get out of town in a hurry. The gentleman that I spoke with was very professional, and let me know that there was a 2 hour wait. I decided to wait, and walk to a nearby restaurant to have lunch. To my surprise, by the time that I finished my meal and walked back to the Firestone, my vehicle was finished. I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism of this location.

Ive been going to this Firestone for years. And Ive always got the best customer service from the young lady who works there older gentleman and theres another gentleman there all technicians I believe or some form of non management representation. Unfortunately I wont be able to go anymore after being treated so horribly by the manager. The technician who took my car in made a mistake that was certainly forgivable dismissible. But the managers response to fixing the issue was so inconsiderate of the inconvenience that had been caused to me. I will admit my attitude could have been a bit better. But Im the customer I was terribly inconvenienced and all I really required from the mess up was an apology and a request for them to allow me to allow them the opportunity to fix it. Instead the manager indirectly let you know that he could care less about the inconvenience that their mess up costed me and I can take my business elsewhere. I spent almost two grand to get my car fixed it would have gladly given it to Firestone but NTB understood took me in and handle my car issue. This manager totally did not care about his staffs mess up and the inconvenience it cost me and had it not been that he was at work probably would have told me to kiss his *** about the whole situation.

Shop is organized and clean but clearly not run very well. the sales staff are great but do not run a tight ship at all. i spent 200 on a lifetime alignment and the car didnt really need one. i only got it because i just baught a new set of tires.the tech who did it was talking on a blutooth the entire time and wasnt even paying attention. managment didnt seem to care in the least.the car rode so bad afterwards it barely made it to the better managed firestone in raleigh where they pay attention to my vehicle. now its perfect.

This place will rip you off on pricing. Went to get tires mounted and balanced (normal cost ~$12 per tire = ~$50), they tried to tell me it was $10 to mount and $12 to balance totaling $91....Really??

I keep going back and they keep disappointing me. I never get my car back in a reasonable amount of time no matter what Im getting done. If you dont stay in the lobby they let your car sit all day.

Honest folks that tell you whats going on. They told me about a small problem with my car and laid out several options, including one that didnt make them any money, but saved me a lot. Thats called integrity, and few businesses have it. This one does.

I did a online quote for my car for 4 new tires. I dropped my car off and one hour later I get a call from Michael saying the tires I was quoted for do not fit ! Very upset. Not to mention he was not apologetic. All he tried to do was sell me tires that were over $300 more. Hell no. A free tire rotation for my wasted time would have been nice. Just a complete terrible experience. Never again.

Had a bad experience at Merchant Tire two years ago so decided to give Firestone a try. The folks at Firestone were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I could see a manager at a desk through the shop window was keeping a close eye on all the work being done - very reassuring. They took the time to explain and weigh all the options both before and after the service. I did not feel rushed or pressured at all. Pricing was good. Sitting here reading the paperwork I am amazed at how detailed they were for such a routine maintenance, and the best thing of all is I see they noted all the upcoming maintenance items that I need to plan for in the future such as air filter and battery - without getting all in my face while I was there trying to pressure me into it. At Merchant Tire when I contacted them about my uneven tire wear I was admonished like a child that I am supposed to get an alignment every six months. At Firestone they proactively checked the alignment twice ran a diagnostic and started explaining all the possibilities, and that I can take it back when I have time so they can properly troubleshoot.

Had battery trouble while visiting the area. The folks here were very helpful, checked the battery, told me there was no need to buy a new one, and put air in the tires, no charge. This was an honest car repair shop.

I got brakes and rotors at this location. They forgot to tighten my lug nuts back down. A few days later I heard I grinding noise, and checked to find two lug nuts had fallen off, and a third was loose. My wheel could have come off. I called the store and spoke to the manager Michael, he simply said Im sorry that we couldnt do anything to help you. I wrote to corporate and got an automated response saying they would get back to me in 48 hours, two days later and still no response. This store and this company do not care about their customers.

Be weary of cheaper aftermarket parts they charge high quality prices..I got rotors and brakes put on my vehicle only to have them rust out in sixty days.. then they tell me unfortunately it was the part and they couldnt do anything about it..the rusty brake hub was showing through my rims...poor customer service for almost $500 brake job!!!!!!!😡Only good for tires..I wouldnt recommend major repairs

THIS store was wonderful. They fixed my problem immediately w/o an appointment and had me on the road in a short amount of time. The EXCEPTIONALLY BAD THING is that this store was correcting shortcoming of the Firestone on Glenwood Ave. That store neglected to replace the underpinning on my CRZ and and caused a large part of it to become dislodged and unsafe while driving at highway speeds forcing me over in traffic and almost causing an accident.

Had a flat tire and thy took good care of me.

Dropped my car off to get an oil change and went to get lunch. I came back, got the car, and went home. 2 days later, i was replacing the tie rods and noticed that the oil filter on my car was the old one! Also, my oil level was WAYY too low to have just been changed. When i contacted Firestone, I felt like i was being accused of lying. I just do not understand why they did not do the oil change...smh...

I will NEVER come here again. Had an appt at 3:00 for an oil change and breaks. Dropped it off at 1:00. They call at 5:40 to tell me they didnt have the parts.. They said they could get parts by noon the next day. Obviously that doesnt work because we need our vehicle back. We get here to pick it up at 6:30 and its still sitting on a lift with no tires and they close at 7:00...

Bought 4 new tires from them a while back, just 2 days later 1 of the tires is almost flat and the belt ends up breaking because of it. I take it to them and they replace the faulty tire. 2 days later I noticed they put the wrong size tire on. I dont understand how hard it is to look at the tire you just took off to know what size to put on. I called them and told them about it, didnt even bother bringing it in to fix it. Just bought a tire somewhere else and had it installed just because I dont want to waste my time here ever again.

Ive had several satisfactory oil changes and brake jobs here, but when my wife and I brought our van in to get part of the axle replaced it took two visits for the mechanics to get it right, and they had to keep the van overnight both times. They did give us a break on the price for the second visit, but I was disappointed by the amount of time the vehicle was out of service.

The waiting area could use a refresh and a nicer coffee machine and some real cream, but I always get good service here and its usually pretty quick as well.
