I called Trish at 7:30 on a Monday AM asking to get tires replaced on my boat trailer by noon for a last minute trip to the coast. She had to order the tires locally, but told me she’d have me done by noon. I dropped my trailer off at 7:45 and at 9:30 she called to say I was all set! Job well done by the team at Tree City.

I went in for a state inspection. Everyone was very friendly and I was on my way in no time. They have a very nice, clean waiting area- even have snacks available! One guy came in to get his tire plugged and had hardly sat down and they had it done. The tech mentioned work was guaranteed. Ill be going back in the future for some auto detailing.

The new management hasnt missed a beat giving great service. Always pleasant and makes sure any repairs and work are valid.I appreciate their straight- up take care of business friendly attitude.

Took my sisters wheel in for a flat repair. Told them that she would come by with the car to have them put the wheel back on. They did a great job and on time. Her car requires that the spare tire be completely deflated before stowing it (Mercedes...). They took care of everything for her. Above and beyond. They did not even charge for the extra effort to do it. For such a little service, they acted like we were their best customer! I am sold for all my service needs. I dont like giving reviews but this was well earned. Thank you everyone at Tree City Tire!

I had an appointment the receptionist was very nice and professional. I waited for 30 minutes for the mechanic to tell me that they cant get to it because there were 4 other vehicles in front of me that they wanted to get done so they could go home. i could understand if i was just a walk in but i had an appointment!!! It is definitely not the same old Wake Tire. I would NOT recommend. I waisted my time!

Ive had our two cars serviced here on the regular since before the name change. Consistent service, friendly and informative. They tell you what needs to be done and get things done in a timely manner. Cant really ask for anything more. I trust them with my car and opt to go there vs other places because they remember me and my car and do things honestly at a fair price. You should go too!

Great service, made an appointment to get 4 tires and oil changed and had to wait for it. They had me out in about an hour. Great folks and super friendly, will gladly come back :)

The level of honesty and professionalism is above any Mechanic Shop in the area. I dropped my son’s car off to have water pump worked on. Expecting to pay $300 to $400 for replacement. They diagnosed the problem and advised of a very simple fix.

Honest, friendly, reliable, quality auto service at reasonable cost. . I do a lot of my own automotive maintenance, but when I need something done that is beyond my knowledge or due to my lack of tooling, this is where I go. You will not be dissapointed.

I’ve had my vehicles serviced by Tree City (will be hard to not keep saying Wake Tire) for everything and for so long I can’t recall exactly how long!!! When you find a garage that will tell you “oh you don’t need this or that service” and it results in a lower $bill$, why would you take your car anywhere else?

Nice clean Center, Was greeted very kindly, was able to set an appointment over the phone and drop off my vehicle. Very Quick and Very reasonably priced.

This small tire shop is the quickest and easiest to work with.

Had my breaks repaired. Had to go back three times. Charged me an extra $400.00 for a masters cylinder I did not need. Bad service.

This company is very good at fixing repairs and good in breaking parts as well. Very scary. They were not truthful about them being at fault. They said it was nothing they could do to help me. But God!

Never over charge, great customer service. I accidentally left my wallet there after getting some work done and I had to get my car inspected, but place where I was getting my car inspected wouldn’t let me go get my wallet even after wake tire confirmed they had it. One of the guys from wake tire brought me my wallet because I had no way to get there and would have had to sit at the inspection place until someone got off work to take me and get it. They went out of their way to help me out, wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

They were honest and upfront with me. Even though they could have made a lot of money off of me, they instead advised me of all the problems I had with my old car and the near future cost I would end up having. Really diassapointed in Wake Tire. I have had them work on my truck in the past and was happy with them.....then! Since I work nights, I made an appointment for the morning recently and was told Not a problem. So, when I show up ON TIME, I find out that I got bumped and was going to have to wait till the tech was available. Whats the purpose of making an appointment? Not good business practice Wake Tire. I had several vehicles I had to bring to you. You do realize that there are other Service Center around. I chose you for your Family owned and operated business. Not going to happen again.

I called to Wake Tire today 9/4/18, to inquire about a vehicle that was on their lot that was donated to a local organization that I work for. I started off by saying whos behalf I was calling on and before I could finish my sentence, I was told by Nancy that she was with a customer and she hung up in my face. I would never want anyone like that representing my business. That was so rude. I deal with a lot of people in the automotive industry and refer a lot of people to different garages. I WILL NOT REFER ANYONE TO WAKE TIRE.
