Be careful buying products here and check your receipt. I went to get my oil changed and saw they had windshield wipers. After asking about the price, I was quoted $20, including install. This was reasonable so I decided to add them. When I went to pay, the total came out $25 higher than expected and when I asked, he said “labor and material cost and taxes.” Honestly made no sense with what he said when I walked in. Upon inspecting my receipt at home, I was charged $40 for windshield wipers that I could have bought at the store for $18. Absolutely ridiculous.

I dropped my car off for an oil change and inspection. Upon getting my car back they didnt tell me that they had managed to put my car in limp mode. So I took the car back and the nice lady at the front and another gentleman that worked there helped me take a look at it and promised me they would take care of it. Mind you I have never had an issue with this car (2011 Ford fusion hybrid) so mistakes happen I understand. But when I called to check to see if they had fixed the issue. The OWNER of this business cussed me out and said the car was messed up before I brought it to him then hung up on me as I was calmly trying to state my case. I never once disrespected or talked down to this man, and in no way deserved to be treated that way. This is completely unacceptable so please think twice before getting involved with this obviously poor run company!

Great place because you can trust the people. This business is run with integrity, they take the time to explain everything, and will let you make the choice without pressure. Ive had times where I couldnt pay for the full fix so they figured away to get my problem fixed at least partially until I could afford the full repair. At other times theyve even recommended a fix but made a point that it doesnt need done for awhile but just something to keep in mind for down the road. Service has always been fast and the estimates very accurate. If youre in a hurry they will try to work with you to get your vehicle fixed as quickly as possible. Also these arent just my views. Everyone that I know in the Wake Forest trust these people and highly recommend them, thats how I found it in the first place.Bottom Line: Best car place in the Raleigh-Wake area and very highly recommended.

We found this place based solely on reviews, but I really think the reviews are inaccurate. We had a terrible experience. Our vehicle was in this shop 3 times in 2 weeks. The first experience was fine in terms of the job done. He fixed the problem. Turns out he overcharged us, but at least he fixed the problem. The second time was for a bigger problem and he fixed it only for it to completely not work two days later. When we took it back he wasnt reasonable at all. He found a different issue that other mechanics have said he should have seen to start with and was likely the issue to start with. He wouldnt work with us on the cost of the re-repairs. We definitely will not be going here again and will discourage others we know from being ripped off as well. After discussing this with another friend, I found out she had been ripped off at this place as well. Save your time, save your money, and stay far away from this place.

This is my 4th time using Autocare and every time they have done a great job. Most recently I had an estimate that was $2450 to fix several items and Clark and his team figured away to get everything done for $1600. He then stayed late so I could pick up my car when got back into town. Well done! I highly recommend them.

Great trustworthy shop which does a nice job at a very fair price. We travel about 30-40 mins just to bring our cars here. Plus we trust the owner so much that we bought a used car from him when our car was totalled recently.

After a dealership customer service issue, I went in wary. They made me comfortable, handled requests as promised and gave me confidence that the job was done well.

The customer service from Barry, the owner was terrible! His communication was poor, his professional courtesy was non-existent, and every phone call came with a lecture and additional costs. He claims to be a Christian, but he doesnt run his business accordingly. Go elsewhere!
