They did an amazing job today for my minivan. I called because my van started jumping and a light came on while I was on my way to carpool line ...they got me in super quick even though they were busy. They checked what was wrong and had it fixed in 15 min. Im pretty sure Mark is a car doctor🙂I am so appreciative and thankful for these guys I was still at school In time with a working car .

These guys know what they are doing. Being single and some knowledge of auto mechanic work myself. They have never done any unneccessary or guys work on any vehicle I have taken to them. They always give honest straight forward work, pricing, and before any work begins they called me for a go ahead, I didnt have to chase them down or question whats going on. As a single women this is comforting and I would gladly endorse them and they truly have earned my business due to their in tr integrity and work ethic.

We had regular service performed at the dealership when it was discovered that our Jeep Cherokee needed some unexpected work. They quoted us more than three times what we paid at Trimax, who also had us scheduled for the work for the following day when the dealership couldn’t even tell us when they might be able to expect the part needed.We are skipping the dealership from now on and just letting Trimax do all our scheduled maintenance. I feel like the dealership tried to pull a fast one on us and I’m so thankful that Trimax operates with honesty and integrity. Very happy with the work performed.

Quality work and very fair pricing. VERY honest! I was quoted one amount and when I went to pick up my vehicle, the total was almost $200 less due to the repair not taking as long as estimated! Most people would have pocketed the extra money. Have already taken my other vehicle there. I am now a customer for life, will not go anywhere else!

Putting this back up because I’m sure whoever drove my car around spun my rod bearings. When I first got in my car I noticed half a tank of gas was missing, then I drove her off the lot and heard ticking from the bottom end, brought it back the next day and he kept dismissing it and said “cars have a million moving parts”. Now after not driving it and getting oil samples sent out, I’m looking at serious engine repairs. Save your money and time and don’t do business here unless you want someone beating on your car and leaving you with rod knock.

I took my truck in to Trimax Car Care Center with loose ball joints and a steering wheel vibration. Problem was fixed and the 15 year old truck drives like new again. I was very please with my interaction with Mark and appreciated being given the time to explain the problem. Karen was also very helpful when setting up my appointment and with my pickup.

Took my car in to get front struts and rear springs put on that I had purchased from American Muscle. They were able to work with me despite having my own parts, which I really appreciate. Good people, nice clean place. Its not right off of any main roads, but dont let that fool you--Its easy to find and close to many homes.Prices were extremely fair, maybe a bit lower than others. No silly up-charges for providing my own parts. Took my car in at 8:30am had it was done by 12:30pm.I will definitely take my vehicles to them again. Highly recommend.

These folks are great. Brought our older cars to them. They rebuilt the heating and Air conditioning system because parts are no longer available from the car maker. They were done in just a fee days. Friendly, fast, and fair.❤❤❤

The customer service (both on the phone and in person) was prompt, polite and efficient. The pricing was very competitive and the convenience of dropping my car off a few hours after calling, then having the service completed by end of day made it an even better value. I initially called them because of their proximity to my work but I will return because the experience was exceptional. And to top it all off: Ive already noticed a huge difference in how my car is driving (I went in for a transmission flush). I cannot recommend these guys enough, I will definitely return.

Excellent and cost effective.

I had a flat passing through the area. They repaired the tire, with a patch ( the right way ) and had me back on the road in less than an hour. Great staff, clean facility, reasonable cost, and very trustworthy. Highly Recommended!!!

They really get to the root of the problem without trying to charge you for other things along the way. As a matter of fact, I brought my car in with a check engine light. They took care of it without charge. It wasnt anything major but either way it showed me that its not all about the money with them. The staff is very sweet and you can tell they genuinely care about helping each person who comes through their doors. I wont take my car anywhere else and I will highly recommend this place in the future.

OMG. .. The best service ever ! We evacuated from Hurricane Irma. Our vehicle had a transmission leak. They took care of it and also blessed me with blueberry pancakes while I waited. I called on a Saturday after being ripped off by the service center at Westgate Kia (formerly Leith).The owners wife answered the phone and told me to come on by, they would get me in.The service was fast, thorough and the owner and his wife were the nicest people! Ive found my new mechanic and am grateful for the recommendations.
