Rodney has been our familys Honda & Toyota mechanic for about 15 years. We didnt want to move to Canada without posting a review. Rodneys character is as sterling as his work. He is very knowleable but will also tell you when he doesnt know something. Hes thoughtful, kind and gracious under difficult circumstances. We wish he could find an assistant as sterling as himself! We will miss his excellent communication, prompt service, honest diagnoses, attention to details, and reliable repairs. His daughter has been taking customers calls recently and seems to have inherited her Dads qualities. We wish Rodney and his family the best!

I am new to wake forest. I have a BMW 750i and left a good mechanic I could trust. Had a problem in wake forest and took my car to Rodney. Just need to say my worries on who to take my ride to when I need help are over. He took care of me at an exceptionally reasonable price. He has EARNED my business from this po8nt forward. if 6 stars were available I would give them.

The best foreign auto mechanic you can go to in the area. Very honest and won’t overcharge you for things dealerships and other mechanics would charge exorbitant amounts of money for. Shop with this guy.

We recommend Chuck and Rodney without reservation for any repairs you need on your import car or truck. They make the necessary repairs in a timely fashion, with quality workmanship, and at a fair price. I always check with folks I refer to see if their experience matched mine, and without fail, it always does. So, I feel confident that these guys provide great customer service, and do it consistently! Next time your mechanic or service advisor, particularly a dealers service center, gives you a laundry list of repairs they recommend, go see Chuck and Rodney first. You will probably find that many of the recommended repairs are just not necessary and the ones that are will cost you much less to fix...and they will be done right!

I cant say enough good things about Import Auto Pro. I have had both our cars serviced there for years. Honest, reasonable, great mechanics who are dedicated to helping their customers. When you go there, you feel like a customer, that they actual care about, not just a dollar sign. They have on more than one occasion gone above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. Chuck and Rodney and the whole crew are so nice and just do an awesome job. I wouldnt trust our cars to anyone else!!

Easy to work with, fair prices and quick fix it time.Had my daughters Acura CL S type in for timing belt, water pump and drive belts, motor mount.Work was done on schedule and for the quoted price.(which was way cheaper than the dealer cost)Rodney saved the old part for my inspection after the work was completed so I could see what was replaced and the condition it was in.I highly recommend Import Auto Pro and will go back there with my other cars.

After going to the dealership to get an oil change, I was given a list of maintenance that needed to be done on my VW. The cost of this maintenance at the dealership would have been around $1000. I decided to get a second opinion and took my car in to see the guys at Import Auto Pro. After looking at the car, Import Auto Pro told me I didnt need all that work done and ended up only spending around $300. These guys are honest and will find ways to save customers a little cash. I will definitely be returning for any routine service and any other issues that might come up.

Have used him with my bmw 325Ci for many years. I moved to Charlotte for a while, and never found anyone that could provide both excellent service at a fair price like I was accustomed to here. My car is scheduled to get a tune-up next week. Yes, guess you could say I am a repeat customer.
