They are currently understaffed and did not even start work on day of appointment which was made well in advance. Very disappointing after 5 years of good service. Why are good employees leaving?

I get great service there and Dawn Palmer has been very helpful getting us hotel rooms at a reasonable price several times.

Great service. We had car inspections performed on all four of our cars and the technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and the cost was reasonable. We are AAA members and purchased some merchandise for our travels overseas.

I wish I could remember the reps name that helped us. He was extremely polite and professional. Polite and empathetic..all the qualities needed for a employee to represent a company. He was African American and we came in on a Thursday afternoon. Kudos to him!!!

They do good work, but they do not understand what an appointment reservation means. Took automobile in for a 7:30 reservation, it did not get looked at until 3:30pm, and not returned for another 24 hours. When I make a reservation, I foolishly expected that the automobile would be looked at around 7:30am. When asked what was taking so long for a basic diagnostics - I was told there were other cars that needed to be completed before mine - which I understand. This was also the excuse on why the car took 24 hours to be put back together - this I did not understand. Work we have had them do in the past was good - but the same issues with the reservations. We will just need to learn that AAA DOES NOT take reservations as represented on the their web site.

This was a trip inspection.. they did a thorough job and let me know that the ac wasnt working properly but for the age of the van I would have to completely update the system.. they all were very friendly there and personable.. it felt more like talking with friends about car maintenance !

Glenn was awesome! Professional and welcoming to the car center of the AAA in Wake Forest. They were able to fix the issue I was having with the lock on one of my doors. Efficient drop off and pick up.

My experience with the Wake Forest store was very good. they took care of the problem (with a new battery, which is all I wanted )The problem was with AA Carolinas. I explained (to several people) That I wanted a battery delivered to my house, and installed. They sent a roll back with instructions to jump start, that was not what I needed nor wanted.

I had my vehicle towed to their shop when it would not start. The mechanic found a loose cable,tightened it and didnt charge anything.Professional and honest.

I scheduled an appointment for 12:30, when I got there they said they didnt have me down until 1:00pm. Then they asked me which oil change package I wanted, starting at $49.99. When I made the appointment they said the oil change and tire rotation with synthetic blend would be $34.95. They stated they didnt even do synthetic blends anymore. They were unapologetic and unwilling to make things right.

Quick and painless. Took about 35 minutes for an inspection.

I got my state DMV inspection done quickly and professionally.

My truck broke down on the side of the road and AAA towed it into AAA Car Care of Wake Forest. AAA diagnosed the issue as an issue with the transmission and the rear differential. They quoted me ~$8000 in repairs including replace the transmission and rear axle. The value of the truck was between $4000-$6000. So I sold the truck to a certified ford mechanic who worked on transmissions. He spend a few hours of labor and a $4 part to fix. If you get an estimate that you dont feel is right, I would recommend taking somewhere else.

My tires were rotated and balanced.

AAA Wake Forest went above and beyond to repair our daughters van on a Saturday when she was in town with her family. We were very impressed with the service!

Excellent experience at AAA. They were quick and efficient. Had my battery in without delay. Was aprox what I thought it should cost. All in all a refreshing time, excluding having to purchase a new battery. Recommendations all around for these guys. Come in and see for yourself.

Vehicular inspection. However, Rich Ferraro has been a manager or in a supervisor capacity at other AAA stores. I’ve utilized AAA stores on many occasions. And I have followed him as a customer due to my pass knowledge of how cared for his customers and especially the veterans. He trained and groomed the staff in customer service and the importance it plays in the business world. Kristy displayed such skills as she received me at my appointed time and ensured that the work was completed in a timely manner.

Outstanding! They dispatched a service to come unlock my truck when I locked myself out while hunting. I was way down a dirt road in a wooded area well off the highway. The AAA dispatcher was able to find my location on a map and send someone to help me. I highly recommend AAA Wake Forest.

In my 30 years in the United States, never have I been able to give this whole hearted review. They were simply professional, no up selling, courteous and most importantly, job well done. If you are interested to know the price, they charged me half of what I paid for my previous oil change, for synthetic oil!! Tyre rotation was $30...but for whatever reason, they removed the changes!! Needless to say, I did not ask them why!!!!

I was quoted for a repair and told they did a full diagnostic inspection and after looking at my car, they lied. The guy was caught and still rude and lied. The manager was wonderful at trying to fix the error but I couldn’t believe they lied over basic service. They said there was no oil, and I checked and there was plenty. I don’t trust the service.

During this time of social distancing AAA made it very easy to get an appointment scheduled online for an oil change. When I brought my car in to the Wake Forest location Rich was most helpful with getting my car serviced and keeping me informed of how much time it would take. Then I received a call letting me know that he had sent an email with photos detailing the condition of my air filters, brakes, power steering fluid, wiper blades and how much longer to complete. Greatly appreciate the courtesy I was shown and will be back next time I’m in the area. Rich, thank you!

This place is the best AAA service place in the Triangle, shout outs to Nick and Justin for always being super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating whenever the truck needs maintenance done. I definitely prefer coming out here to this location even though its further away from the AAA station near my house because of the people that work here. They always do a great job on the truck and I know its in good hands whenever I need anything done. I definitely recommend making an appointment here if you need one.

I was extremely happy with the communication provided throughout the process of our repairs. Rich was great. During the process of our repair, they found an issue and found a technical bulletin put out by Honda. I was so impressed with this research and Im not sure another repair shop would have taken this extra step. We are so impressed with the professional manner and quality of service that we will be sure to recommend AAA to all of our friends.

I love AAA in general. Their car care centers are wonderful. This location was really good. Clean, friendly staff, and reasonably priced. Only negative feedback I have is the fact that I made an appointment a few days in advance for an oil change and car inspection. I waited for an hour and 15 minutes. Maybe my expectation is too high but I just feel like that is a long time to wait for those services given my experiences at other none AAA car care centers.

Says they open at 7:30am but what they don’t tell you is the travel party is not open until 8:30am. If you are open at a certain time then you should be fully operational at that time or at least have it posted in your hours that not all services are available when you are open so that you don’t waste customer’s valuable time. I will update my review when I actually get service.Update: The travel service is excellent here! Very friendly and knowledgeable and efficient! Could not ask for better service.

Prompt courteous service. This was my first time there and I went for an NC State inspection. Wait time was a little longer than usual because of Covid- 19 but still a positive experience.

I like AAA for oil changes & car repairs. They do a good job. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it’s expensive and I have had to take my car back after repairs to re-fix things that they worked on. However, they are friendly and have a positive attitude. Other then that, I will continue to go with them and recommend them to others.

Whenever I take my car in to be serviced I always receive good, honest, and high quality work. At times, I have felt like I was riding in a like new car. If after my repairs were done, I needed further adjustments they were quickly seen about with out a problem. The prices are reasonable and the employees are professional and friendly.

All the trustworthy people seem to have left. So disappointing to see the AAA car care facility turn into your average dishonest car maintenance facility. The services recommended for my car were: transmission fluid, power steering fluid (my car is standard transmission and electric power steering so no fluids to change) also a 4 wheel alignment when they were the ones that just did it 5000 miles ago on fresh balanced new tires.

These guys are usually great but last oil change left the carpet, steering wheel, door and hood with greasy residue. Still would recommend though. Everybody has an off day sometime.

They are competitively priced (4-wheel alignment) vs other repair shops in the area. Of course if youre a AAA member, you get a discount. Kenny Overfield provided excellent customer service keeping me informed of the service process via text with pics. During the service discovered the car needed a replacement part and Kenny clearly explained the reason for the part and extra cost. the repair facility is also very clean and organized.

The 1st pulled up one of the mechanics had parked 1 of their maintenance cars in front of the charger but by the time I drove around the building he had moved the car so I was able to charge . EV go is a little pricey they charge per minute and the charger slows down even before it gets to 80% so that makes them more money electrify America only charges you for what you get that a price

I had my car repaired at AAA Wake Forest several times. They have always been professional and most importantly consistent in their quality of work! They charge a fair price with a warranty. Excellent service!!!

I just started taking my cars to AAA after having not such a good experience with another automotive repair center. So far Ive had a major repair done on my Acura MDX and routine maintenance performed on my Mini Cooper All4 s. Theyve done an excellent job and very professional with reasonable prices

We have had two vehicle services at Wake Forest AAA service, both with great communication and quality work from the team at AAA.

I had a scheduled appointment to get my oil changed. I was there for hours. So much for my time being valuable. I will say, she warned me when I went in. I made the mistake of getting there 15 minutes early. They have changed a lot. Not for the better. Use to send coupons too.Haven’t had any. Had to go digging on line.I’ve bern a customer for years. I’m now looking around.

Beware consumers! We went here for an inspection sticker. We were told our Lexus failed we needed new struts. We had just had it serviced at a dealership and they never found a problem. We took it to another inspection station and it passed. They could not find a problem. My advise is to go to an inspection station not AAA for your inspection sticker.

Took care of my problem fast and easy. Easy to talk to as well as listened to me as a first time user. I just wanna say thanks AAA of Wake Forest.

I have been taking my car to them for years and I became suspicious of them taking advantage of me the last time I took my car there. My car began to shake as I approached stopped lights. I took it to them and they told me I needed a new transmission and they gave me a quote for $5800!!! I took it to a FORD dealership and they told me I needed new spark plugs and a motor mount replacement for a total of $585.00!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER ALLOW AAA to take advantage of me again and I advise you to take your car elsewhere! They are untrustworthy and they take advantage of you!

I brought my 2013 Ford Focus in for an oil change and inspection. Was in and out in under an hour. They were very professional and informative. As a woman, I am always cautious of being taken advantage of when having work done on my car, however they did not pressure me into anything that I did not ask for or need. Highly recommend them and will use them in the future!

It was my first time at this location and I was very impressed with the service and patience of the staff while I was there. I had my car towed in on a flatbed and was expecting the worst. After a short time the service person that assisted me called and gave me fantastic news. I even had them recheck to be sure it was accurate and that my car was safe. After doing so they called and reconfirmed I was indeed lucky and has been pleasantly spared a possible expensive repair bill. I also saw the staff handle 2 extremely difficult customers. One was a phone conversation and one was a person in the store. In both situations the customers were extremely unresonable, rude and required a lot of patience, which both gentlemen exhibited throughout the conversations. I was extremely impressed and actually thankful for the job I have as I listened to them continuously respond with patience and professionalism. I will definitely go back!

This is the only place I feel comfortable referring people to for car repairs! The staff and management are friendly and knowledgeable, work is always done in a reasonable time, and they answer any questions I have. When I bring my car in for a certain problem and they find something else it needs, they always let me know and print out an estimate, but they arent pushy and give me an honest answer about what repairs and maintenance I need to prioritize. Awesome customer service, and awesome prices, and always good work!

I stopped by Wake Forest AAA to schedule an alignment for my Town & Country. They were able to do it on the spot and finished in 1/2 hour. Price was right for a AAA member ($10 off) and was done right. I can recommend the shop.Also used the travel dept. for help getting reservations going to Fl. Did what I needed, no problem.

I had AAA perform a pre-purchase check on a car I was consider buying. They performed the check and provided a detailed description of the state of each maintenance item and a detailed cost of items needing a repair.Based on this information I purchased the car and them had AAA fix all items needing repairs. The repairs were all completed within 18 hours of when I left the car for repairs. The final repair bill was within a few dollars of their estimate. I am completely satisfied with the work performed and because I am an AAA member I received a 10% discount on all labor and a 24000 mile 24 month warranty on all the repair work.

Double the price of repairs in other shops. And added repairs that werent needed.

Very nice people. But I had 2 confirmed appts for 2 cars to get oil changes. Upon arrival, was told (9:00am) they were 1.5 hours behind. After 2 hours 15 minutes they only did one, so I left. Very disappointing.

Brought ‘09 Camry to troubleshoot heater. Glenn was very attentive and understood the problem. The tech got right to looking at the car. It was the heater core that needed replacement. They quoted over $2,000 and included an unneeded complete AC overhaul and recharge. I paid the $100 diagnostic fee and left. I am getting OEM parts for $140 and having my mechanic change out the heater core. I am seeing other unneeded repairs in other reviews, too.

I had to make a same day appointment, and they were able to help me by scheduling an oil change for within an hour of me calling. The man was super nice, friendly, and happy to help. They were finished with my car very quickly. I felt like I could fully trust them, and I cant wait to go back.

Triple A CCC in Wake Forest NC is where I took my car. They were halfway right about the diagnosis. Got my car back and wasn’t working properly. My bill was $700. Asking myself why did I pay that. Took my car to dealership and they did great. They replace one of the same parts and the one they took off was faulty. Trip A only willing to reimburse $150. Saying the oil,battery, and labor took the rest . May not be the best place to take your vehicle

The service I received from AAA Car Care Center was beyond superb! I brought my car there for a major repair. The price the customer care rep quoted was the same when I came to pick my car up a few days later. Most car shops will quote you and then add on to the price, not AAA Car Care Center. Everyone in the office is pleasant when you call on the phone and when you visit the center. I am confident that I will use them again for any repair needed for my car! Thank you! You all are great!

Took vehicle in for inspection & oil change. Inspection FAILED! Stated I needed front wheel bearings & new set of tires to pass. No oil change done either because oil-pan-bolt was not standard. Took vehicle to another automotive establishment (privately owned) and vehicle PASSED. Go figure that one out. So I paid for two inspections! Second inspection didnt show any of the things mentioned above. Unbelievable.

Frustrating experience with a car problem that was difficult to replicate and diagnose, snowballed due to a small miscommunication. Sorted out the problem face-to-face and I came out more confident in their customer service and technicians.

They were able to schedule me in as a walk-in... they honored my parts that I had previously purchased... they completed my work in less than 2hours... and topped it off with a more than fair price. When I realized I forgot to ask them to change one additional foglight, they completed the task right in the parking lot and got me on my way in 10mins. This was my best AAA experience.

This is a great shop. My car repair surprised us all when the part wasnt right and wouldnt fit in my car. But they went above and beyond to help me out. It all worked out and I will be back.
