Had major rear end damage to my new vehicle with only 4000 miles. Repair was visually excellent including repair of rear sensors and other electronic and exhaust systems. Worst experience I have ever had. After a horrible experience checking in and waiting for 35 minutes for a rental that never showed up, I was told they would not repair the truck, this is after waiting a month to be able to get the vehicle in for repairs.

I took my truck there for body work after an accident based on a recommendation from my insurance company. They had the truck for weeks and I only got them to complete after calling to complain daily. When I came to pick it up the first time, not only were the repairs not done properly but there was new damage to the other side of my truck from it being hit while in their possession. They tried to claim that the damage pre-existed, however, my insurance adjuster took pictures of the entire truck before the repairs were performed, which proved that the truck was damaged while in Calibers possession -- that was the ONLY reason they agreed to fix this new damage -- dishonest crooks! When I came to pick it up for the third time after it being there over a month, I found damage to the hood of the car that was clearly from a hot sander being placed on the hood that burned/damaged the paint. Stuff happens as they say but this was clearly visible damage that they should have just taken accountability to correct before I even saw it but, had to force them to take responsibility yet again to repair the damage THEY caused! By the time I picked it up, the repairs were sub-par at best but I was just happy that no new damage had occurred and was sick of driving a tiny rental car for over a month so I took the truck. I eventually traded it in and the dealer pointed out how the paint was mismatched and done poorly by Caliber. Theyre buying up every local body shop but I would drive a damaged vehicle before Id ever let them touch my car again. Poor quality work, poor management/oversight while the vehicle is in their possession, and dishonest as heck -- run from them as fast as you can!!

Tracy and his team exceeded my expectations of quality work. I had taken my vehicle in for a bumper repair. Everyone I was dealt with was professional and covered everything. Front desk is a hit or miss on customer service depending on the women you get . As far as the fixing of my car and process technician it was great . Called me every step of the process to let me know what was going on . Work done was amazing, almost had my Vehicle looking brand new . My car was even a day earlier than predicted for me to pick up . Would go back if I had to .

I received very good care from Caliber after my vehicle was vandalized. They kept me informed with all updates, as well as went the extra mile (in my book) fixing repair issues that arose during service! I would both recommend and use their services again definitely.

Seemless. Not one issue. Claim was filed Saturday, delivered Yukon to Caliber on Thursday, returned 8 days later. Enterprise is next door and simply left the rental with Caliber.

Caliber Collision, I have dealt with Caliber before, they did a very good job on my 2015 Ford explorer, they went step by step with me on everything they did, that was a plus. The place is very clean. Now they have my 2020 Ford explorer, I am waiting to see 👀 the out come before I give them five (5) stars. They do get five (5) stars for being clean.

Dropped my car for repairs earlier this week. The facilities were very clean and all the staff I interacted with were very helpful and friendly. Hopefully the repairs wont take too long, parts may be the biggest issue but Im still very happy with how clear and concise they were about everything. I plan to do a follow up review upon completion of the work done on my vehicle.

Calibur Collision in Wake Forest was great. I got into an accident where the front end of my car was destroyed. Calibur Collision fixed it in a reasonable time. They worked well with my insurance they kept me informed on everything that was going on with my car and I appreciated that. Its been a month now and everything is going great.

Kelsey updated me a few times each week to alert me of any status changes and helped ensure my car was ready as soon as possible. What a great group!

Caliber replaced my bumper after my hubby went into a ditch. Came out great. The only issue we seem to be having is that the sonar senses keep going off for no reason. I’ve already taken it back to be recalibrated and it still happens. I just don’t have time to keep going back.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision from start to finish. I received a quote, called them a couple of weeks later to schedule, and they were able to get me in right away. They sent text updates throughout the entire process, and my car was finished right when they said it would be (maybe even a day early?). When I dropped my car off it was dirty inside (sorry Caliber Collision team!!!!) and when I picked it up it was the cleanest it has ever been! The staff was great, and my car looks brand new.

They returned my car to me spotless inside and out. Excellent customer service, great communication with me and the insurance company, and fantastic body work. Why would someone be on lunch when there’s an appointment scheduled for 1:15pm? I shouldn’t have to wait for an appointment that was scheduled in days advance due to your employee being ON LUNCH. So I just left. The lady at the front was not helpful and she was rude as well. FYI: this company needs a better scheduler along with management since they allow their employees to take lunches during a scheduled appointment. I filed to corporate this complaint and will be following up with them. Terrible customer service and I will never use caliber collision since they want to waste my time at the initial visit. Why would I trust them with my car.

Working with Wayne ONeal (service advisor) was honestly fantastic. Wayne kept me updated every step of the way with the repairs being done to my Jeep. The friendly ladies at the front desk were also super helpful and just really nice. I highly recommend this Caliber Collision location. Ask for Wayne if you can. He really went over the top to be helpful!

I just had body work done on my car, and my experience with Johnson Collision was so good that I wanted to recommend them.They somehow made my experience not just palatable, but almost enjoyable. Who enjoys themselves after their car has rolled down a hill into an embankment? Anyhow, they were professional, encouraging and most helpful. They were ready and willing to go the extra mile for me, and they did it all cheerfully.

Someone hit my car. State Farm had Caliber as their repair facility. Brought my car in for them to look at it. They gave me a quote and told me they would call when the parts came in, which would be on Monday or Tuesday. On Thursday I had not heard anything from them, so I called and asked what was going on. The front desk person said let me check with Wayne and let you know. Then he calls me back and says they will not fix my car as it is not the type of work they typically do and they did not think they would be able to please me. I was very surprised and asked what he meant as they had already given me a quote and Wayne and I had agreed on a plan. So I asked what happened, he then got rude and said I can deny service because I do not like how you are talking to me. This comment totally surprised me. I had not raised my voice or used bad words. Just asked questions. Bottom line is the damage was not their typical body work and they planned to get used parts to fix the car. Wayne explained this was State Farm policy and I agreed to it. If the used parts they got could not be made to look as good as the ones that got damage, then just say that versus getting rude and having a very arrogant attitude. Do not go to this place. Note: I should have researched better as you can find other reviews with similar experience.

I will never go here again, nor can I recommend them. They quoted $3,700 for work that was completed elsewhere for $1,100. Please be sure to at least get a second opinion/quote when dealing with this company.

I had to have some minor body work done and they were very professional, got the estimates to me in a timely manner, and delivered the job on time. Their prices are also 10-15% below other estimates I obtained for the same work ( yes I shopped it around). I was very pleased and would go there again if body work was needed, but hope my car does not need any more surgery.

The staff was very friendly and good at communicating with us throughout the entire repair process. We had no surprise, which is good when it comes to car repairs.

Johnson Collision did a fantastic job repairing my new Lexus GX460. I was less than thrilled about getting into an accident just a few months after buying it. These guys made it and drive and look just like new! (and I have over 20 years in the auto industry and know what to look for on wrecked cars!). I received several quotes to fix my car after a minor accident. Tony was the only person who walked me through the entire repair, what to expect and how long it would take. He explained everything in detail and helped me to understand what was going on and why. Also, he took photos of the damage which helped out a lot. The insurance company accepted those so I didnt have to make a separate appointment or spend the time having the car looked at again. The entire staff was helpful and courtesy. Id recommend them to anyone.

Johnson Collision was recommended to me. When I called the first time, a gentleman that answered was very helpful. When I took the car, the front desk was rude and uncaring. When I called to inquire about the time the car would be ready she told me 4:30. When I arrived earlier because of Raleigh traffic and they close at 5:00, the lady said I told you 4:30. The gentleman that washed the car gave me the keys. It appeared that no one cared about the service provided or the customer.

1st impressions are always key! Im unsure how the work here is done, but I think the staff needs some training. I visited there today and a very nice gentleman opened the door for me and showed me to the first office on the right for estimates and when I walked into the office I received a dirty look with a what do you want attitude, then there was no sympathy that I was carrying my napping son and after saying I need an estimate, I was told to fill out the paperwork on the clipboard and then when I asked for a pen she stated right there, which were on her desk and didnt offer to hand me one, which made it difficult for me to bend over her desk with my son and pick up a pen that was right in front of her. She then told me to go to the right out of the office and to the waiting room. I went to the right and all there were along the way were offices and then there was a open room with a kitchen like setting with no chairs and construction work being done. What kind of customer service is this? A simple hello, would have been nice and a nice gesture of maybe handing me a pen and maybe some courtesy of showing where the waiting room was, after all Im the customer right and there are plenty of other places I can take my business too. So, I went back and handed her the clipboard and said I was going elsewhere. I will not recommend this place, because if this was the customer service at the beginning, I can only imagine how it would be throughout having my car repaired!Heather S.

Quick service and helpful women at front desk.

Have had my Ram 2500 there twice now, under warranty through dodge to address a ‘rail dust’ issue. They keep claiming they’ve done the repair, yet the issue is still there. Also between dodge and caliber, someone damaged my right rear tail light lense and nobody wants to own it.Going forward I’ll be using other body shops for any repair / paint needs on my other 11 commercial vehicles. The work has been sub-par, and I’m tired of having to check and recheck their work
