I drive a rather odd colored / Special Edition Challenger..... Its in the style of the old 70s paint scheme. Meaning.... the color doesnt exist in the natural rainbow. - I got a basketball size dent right in a really bad spot. - I lost sleep KNOWING that there is NO WAY, they will match that paint. They did. I mean perfect. I mean I got up with my nose on the stuff and its perfect. Couldnt be happier with the work. Dent was right above the wheel well.

WOW! what can I say? Capital City Auto Body is absolutely amazing. My car suffered from a massive blow and the result was a serious dent located on the driver side door and the same side passenger door. I was looking all over town for repair shops that were affordable and could get the job done fast. I was recommended to Capital City Auto Body and I had a wonderful experience. Front desk worker that goes by the name Rachel has excellent customer service skills, as long as she is there they will never lack in that department. Travis handled my tailgate repair from video with his Allstate contact to (surprise) detailing the entire truck. They arent just another great company in Wakefield Junction.... My coworker referred me to Capital City Auto Body earlier this year, and Im so glad she did. After a pretty bad hit, my car looks and runs great. Also, Travis did an amazing job keeping me updated and provided more updates than my insurance adjuster. I was rear ended recently and needed my car repaired. The insurance company wanted to send me to a particular body shop, however I chose Capital City based on their reviews. She took the time to explain everything to me. She spoke with the insurance adjuster to set up my car rental and with the rental company to secure a vehicle for me. Even took the time to drop me off at the rental car company. Rachel kept me in the loop throughout the process with phone calls to let me know what was happening.The work performed was immaculate, my car looks great. They did an amazing job. I had a GREAT experience with Capital City Auto Body! I had a dent on the side of my car and after taking it to several places and getting outrageous quotes, I was almost ready to give up. Capital City Auto Body gave me a reasonable price to fix my car and they were able to fix it within two days. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that they had completely cleaned my car inside and out. Rachel and Travis were extremely professional and made the experience seamless. Travis took charge of the needed body work and handed all the extra items need to complete the job of repairing my specialized work truck van, the utility box on my truck was all special order and Capital Auto Body was the only shop in area that even knew how to work on it. Ive been using Capital City Auto Body for over 10 years. They are, by far, the best body shop in the Triangle area. They are problem solvers and truth tellers. They provide detailed and accurate estimates for all scenarios. Rachel and Travis are excellent trouble shooters and will always do everything in their power to help their customers. Whether the work is being paid for by the insurance company of another party or whether you are coming out of pocket to fix something, they will work with you every step of the way. CCAB is excellent at providing options and exploring scenarios to help the folks that come through the door. This is a family business that knows how to treat people. I had my Honda CR-V hit and needed it to be repaired and decided to use Capital City Auto. I am so so happy that I chose them. They were so friendly and so nice! And you cant even tell my car was ever hit. If I ever need another repair I would for sure go back to them and will recommend them to my friends and family. If I could give them more stars I would! First and foremost, anything negative I say is solely towards the insurance company(National General). I was hit by youngsters on New Years and it was clearly their fought. Now when an adjuster came to my home to quote my damage, he severely shorted me. I have seen my fair share of damage on cars and was quoted less than $1,500. 4 years ago I had less damage and was paid double that amount. The insurance company did not want to pay for my head light, bumper, etc. By law you have to fix my car back the way it was(indemnification). I have a state insurance license so good luck for any adjuster trying to pull a fast one. The insurance company did not want to pay for an OEM fender but an after market. They did not want to fix my bumper in 2 places. Capital City Auto had to BEG National General Insurance for $20 for new brackets on the bumper. Really?!? They also did not want to pay to spray paint my whole front bumper but just a partial. So it is their fought my car is damaged but they do not want to pay what is due? It took two weeks to get my car back(insurances fought) and capital city auto were very courteous. Renee(owner), Rachel (daughter), and Travis were professional and went to the ends of the Earth to make sure the process was smooth as possible. Renee literally pulled all the stops and when the insurance company refused to pay or only want to pay for aftermarket/used part, Renee made sure I got the RIGHT OEM parts. Capital City Auto Body deserves 6 stars with type of customer service and going above and beyond. I never want to go through this ordeal again but if I did, I definitely want Capital City Auto Body to take care of me again. Please support Renee and her business. We need more people like her and her employees. Thank you.

My work truck was decimated in a no fault of my own accident with a fedex box truck. Rachel had her tow driver at my house before the end of the day to grab the vehicle. This was on a Friday afternoon. She had an estimate of repairs by noon that Monday. I got verbal feedback from a few other collision repair places and they said by the next Friday I would get an idea of where I was at.... Like the other reviewers Travis and team at Capital City Auto Body are fantastic. I have a high-end Jeep Grand Cherokee and needed some dents fixed on both sides. Travis was very helpful walking me through the process and helping me understand some of the work. When I came to pick it up not only was the body work perfect it was also fully detailed. The team is professional, very helpful, nice and top-notch at what they do.

Hands down best place to get your car painted. The family owned business takes pride in what they do. They painted my fathers 1989 jeep truck. The whole thing was done, front to back and even after about 4 years, it looks great. They are honest, hardworking, and do a great job. Oh, and the price was fair for all the work they did.

I took my vehicle in to be assessed for damage and get a quote, have never had service that made me smile but Rachel did so, this family owned/operated business makes you feel like family when you are there. Renee, Travis, and Rachel all helped me at different points and all gave GREAT service and advice. In the end, my car had to be totalled so I was not able to complete the repair as vehicle was just turned in for scrap. Based on their service, I recommended them to two other friends (one of which posted their positive experience also-says a LOT in this day and age). I recently needed some body repairs to my truck and decided to take it to Capital City Auto Body after seeing their signs on Capital Blvd. I called them to make an appointment for an estimate and was told I didnt need an appointment; to just come any time. I met with Travis Jones and I ended up leaving my truck there after receiving a very fair and reasonable estimate. I had my truck back and looking new again by the end of the same week. Dont be fooled by the all the high priced auto body shops in the surrounding area. Give Capital City Auto Body a shot. I highly recommend this family run business.

Had insurance work to be done on the front right, rust spots on the front left, and a corner crunch on the back right. Insurance estimated up to seven days just for their part. These guys had it all done in three days and it looks amazing. Dont be put off by the less than glamorous offices. These folks do excellent work.

The owner Travis is a very hospitable person. He showed me everything that they were going to replace and provided various orice points for whether i wanted to do all repairs or just enough repairs to get the car on the road. I decided to go with repairing everything to the car. The price was a little over a thousand cheaper than other body shops. On top of them being cheaper they also provided very quick service with getting all of the repairs finished within 4 days. The painting of the body parts came out really well and the car does not look like it was in an accident. All in all this is the best place to go for car repairs.

I received two quotes to have my husbands car fixed. I used Capital City Auto Body, not just because they were $1,000 cheaper, but it was a family owned business. The owners really seemed to care about the customer. They did a fantastic job on the car. This was our fourth time using Capital City Auto Body, and they are the best. We were hit while traveling in New York and Capital City work with the other person and both insurance companies. They made the whole process easier. Plus they washed the entire car when the only repair was to the rear of the car.

Last year I decided to have my 2000 chevy pickup repainted. I got several quotes from other body shops, which by the way, were rediculous in price. I stopped at Capital City Auto Body and talked with Rachel and Travis about doing my truck. They took their time, took the panels apart and did the job right. The price was realistic, including a sprayed bedliner and they have been very courteous. They are a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommended them to my friends.
