This place is terrible. The customer service has been horrible. I took my car here because of the good reviews but they have been extremely underwhelming. I have had to take my car to be fixed/inspected several times. The first time it came back it had bubbles in the paint, they called it infection and said they could sand it and repaint it. the second time i got it back they did not fix it completely and the front fender was not attached correctly. The manager working with me said that it was with in spec and i told her it wasnt like that before. it has been a couple of months and now it is sticking out quite a bit. I had to take it back again to inspect it and they said they would have to order a new clip and they would call me. The customer service and quality of work here has been the worst i have had to deal with when it comes to having body work done.

The communication was excellent, detailed and they provided it in ways that worked best for me which happened to be voice and text. The work was completed earlier than expected and was well done. The customer facing staff were friendly and helpful. My car came back to me cleaner than when it was when I dropped it off. My car looks great and I would use them again as well as recommend them to anyone who required their services.

Amy did a great job communicating throughout the process. Even though it took longer to get the parts from Japan, she was very thorough and helpful keeping me up-to-date. Car was fixed right side, referral making sure all the sensors were adjusted correctly. And clean when I picked it up. Very happy with the communication and the professionalism. Amy is a keeper.

Caliber Collision is the place to take your Mercedes for body work! We got a reasonable estimate on cost and time and we received the vehicle back almost a week early with no extra costs. The company has gone real downhill since they were acquired by Caliber Collision. I went in this morning to get some minor clear coat damage quoted on my Lexus. No damage to the parts, purely cosmetic. First thing the salesman asks is what I do for a living? Apparently sizing me up. Even saying out-loud to me that the damage was very minor. They ended up quoting me 942 dollars claiming the work would take well over 7 hours. Require repainting the whole bumper, and replacing parts like sensors in the car. There is no actual damage to the vehicle, just some missing clear coat. Claimed he couldnt do any less because they have to insure the job for the life of the car What this personally tells me, the little work which would have been required wasnt considered worth the time of the salesman or his company. Its a shame because that says there are too small jobs. And they feel they can take advantage of people. I am very disappointed by the change.If you have any minor work that needs to be done, I highly recommend staying away from this place. Since they were purchased they are clearly out to milk you for every penny they perceive your worth.

Had two repairs completed after 2 different accidents. Once was my fault (my insurance) and once was not my fault (someone else’s insurance). They were super helpful both times and kept me updated on the progress. Tommy was wonderful to work with. All the staff was pleasant and helpful as well.

Great service all around. From checking in at the front desk to picking up my vehicle, the customer service was outstanding. David M. was my service advisor. He was friendly and super thorough about the whole process. My car needed a decent amount of repairs on the front end so I was expecting to not have my car back for at least 2 weeks, but I got it back within 5 business days. When my car was ready I rushed to get there prior to closing. Veronica and Michelle were very accommodating to this very busy, always on the run Mom. Veronica sent out Michelle to have me sign papers, so I wouldn’t have to drag my 5 and 2 yr old inside. Michelle also pulled my vehicle up front so I could easily swap the car seats back over from my rental. You have no idea how much that helped me! Thank you, Caliber! Super pleased! So glad to have my SUV back!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I got at Caliber. They were great all the way around! Courteous and made me feel at ease that they could match the paint on my car and they did, perfectly! I highly recommend them to anyone!

This wake forest location is awesome 😎 they went above and beyond everything I expected. Amy Huggins and the team at Caliber Wakefield are AMAZING!!!! She made sure to call me every Monday, Wednesday, Friday to give me updates on our vehicle. Very professional, made sure all work was done appropriately without cutting corners. They also made sure the replacement door wasn’t damaged during shipping (this kept happening, and they finally sent someone down to Cary to pick it personally).So if you’re comparing Caliber to anyone else, I would say definitely give them a shot!

I brought my car to Caliber Wakefield to be repaired from an accident I had. I have to say, from the front desk staff ( Victoria and Melinda), to Michelle who was my go to, this company went above and beyond. They sent me texts to let me know each stage of what was going on with my vehicle, and they were always available to answer any questions I had. My car also was given back to me so clean, compared to going to a car wash for full service, best cleaning its had in years! I will be sure to send family and friends here if needed. Took my vehicle to Caliber expecting to pay hundreds if not thousands of dollars for a repair. Michelle looked at my vehicle and said that she believed she could at least get most of the transferred paint from the pole off and make it look a lot better. 10 minutes later she came back and I could not believe it! I am currently working with agent Kenny. He did a great job with communicating the stages of my car getting fixed, left detailed voice messages as I am always at work. Yesterday was the second time I had a reason to visit Caliber Collision. The first visit was when my just purchased car (two weeks) was hit in the rear end. I was referred to Caliber and the work they did was perfect.Yesterday I had a much smaller problem. One of the moldings on my 20 year old Suburban was falling off. I went to the shop and I was seen by an estimator almost immediately. She took a look at my car and she said to let her take it in the shop and have a technician look at it. I went back in the waiting room and in about 10 minutes the estimator was back with my car. She walked me outside to look at the car and I saw the molding was replaced and it looked great. I asked about the bill and she said there was no bill, that the work was done as customer goodwill. I certainly didnt expect that but I really appreciate what was done.

Not only did they repair my car above schedule according to my estimate, but they detailed my interior - even cleaned my car trunk of papers I never had a chance to remove. I recently had my vehicle sent to Caliber Collisions Wakefield location after a front end collision with an unfortunate animal. When I dropped it off, I was immediately met with an individual who greeted me, sat me down and described their process, and then walked me back to do an initial inspection of the car and the damage. He explained everything as he was doing it, including their time frame. I left in my rental, completely at ease. I received notice the next day that Tiffany had been assigned to the work and she and her mechanic (cant remember his name but hes awesome) had fully inspected the vehicle and had already contacted the insurance company. Tiffany kept me in the loop the entire time and even notified me of an issue that was initially hidden. Her expertise and professionalism saved me a lot of money and future headache. She made sure everything was completely back to normal and I was totally satisfied. Im glad this location was one of the shops my insurance company partners with. If I were to have a future need, my first choice will be there! Thank you!

Pratt is the man at Caliber Collision! He has helped me on 2 occasions. Once where I was rear ended and need bumper repair and another where a person scuffed her bumper against my Toyota Corolla.The first time around Pratt walked me through the whole process and was super helpful from start to finish. The most recent time, Friday March 6, I took it in for an estimate for some minor paint repair. Turned out it just could be buffed out. Pratt went the extra mile by grabbing some materials and a hand buffer and was able to get everything off no problems!Anything you need, Pratt is your guy!

Excellent service and customer service. Schedule a claim repair through Gieco and had my car inspected, checked in, and given a rental car in less than 15 mins. Everyone was extremely helpful even with special requests. I was kept in the loop throughout the repair. Once I picked my car up I was given a detailed explanation on what was done and I must say as long as the paint job holds up I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Dropped by to get an estimate on a minor issue. Was informed they are so busy that it would be over a week before they could get a look and give me an estimate. I drove down the street to another shop and had an estimate in less than 15 minutes.

Excellent service. I bright my vehicle in and they immediately began my assessment. The assessment was fair and detailed. That gave me a fair estimate price and time table. The follow up calls were very helpful and my vehicle was repaired far ahead of schedule.

They were recommended by my insurance. I went in and they scheduled me 2-3 weeks later, holiday season. My car was ready after 2-3 days later, faster than I was told. Mr Marshall was my contact. Very professional and kept in contact with me about everything through email. I had a great experience

Caliber collision was very accommodating. I was able to drop off my car on short notice, leave town for 2 weeks and rely on them to give me updates. When I returned back into the country Devon was able to make sure I was back in my car even though it was after hours. He was extremely patient and hospitable. I hope I need to have my car repaired anytime soon but if I do I would bring it to caliber collision.

We had to get some paint repair work done on our vehicle. Scheduling appointments for the estimate and the subsequent repair was very easy. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. When we brought our vehicle in for repair, we met with Kenny B. so he could verify with us the work they were going to do. It was during this time that Kenny realized there was an error in the estimate we had been quoted. Without hesitation, he acknowledged that it was their error and that they would gladly honor the estimate. At no point did he ever make us feel uncomfortable or guilty about the estimate. Additionally, when we went to pick up our vehicle, Kenny showed us the work that was done and ensured that we were satisfied with it. Kenny was a pleasure to work with, along with the rest of the Caliber staff.Also, when we dropped off the vehicle our son left his school backpack in it. He didnt realize it until 4 minutes before their closing time. I called Caliber and Jessica volunteered to meet us on her way home so we could get the backpack. These guys are absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend that you take your vehicle here in the event of a fender bender. They were very courteous, calling me to update on the repairs along the way, and even got it done a couple days early. Timeliness of getting my car in, assessing it, and getting it back to me was outstanding. Amy was first class in her keeping me informed as to the repairs and answering all my questions. This is not my first time utilizing this organization and I do so because they are excellent in all aspects of care and repair.

Excellent customer service throughout entire process. Kenny Barefoot was wonderful and provided me with updates on the status of repairs to my vehicle. Repair was made expeditiously and looked awesome! I will definitely use Caliber for any future needs and highly recommend them. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience!

This place is great. My wife and I unfortunately crashed our vehicle. Dale was great and gave us an estimate, unfortunately too much damage was done and it was a total loss. Rather than rush us out of the lot Dale allowed us to keep the vehicle at the establishment until we could find someone to purchase and tow the vehicle, without charging us to keep the vehicle at Caliber. This was really helpful because this was a huge financial hit for us loosing the car. Dale was real friendly and caring throughout the whole situation and we really respected that. Dave also came over and helped us take the license plate off our vehicle when we sold it, he was another nice guy who made us feel welcomed. I really recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest establishment that will take care of you and your vehicle. 5 stars for sure. Thanks for the help!

My car was in for about a month after being involved in an accident. Amy was great at keeping in touch and letting me know about any updates on my vehicle. They were very professional and made sure everything went smoothly. After getting my car back, it looked brand new. I seriously cant say enough about how happy I am with their work. I highly recommend them!!!!
