I received the best customer service at Capital Collision of Wake Forest. I dropped off my car on Tuesday and there was no wait. They were friendly, fast and thorough. They also updated me throughout the repair. And to my surprise when I picked up my car that Friday, it was completely detailed inside and out. I’ve had previous experiences at other Auto Body shops and never had my vehicle been returned so clean inside and out. I was quite impressed. The entire experience was seamless! I am very pleased with their service.

As expected, they did an amazing job on my car! It was not major damage but the attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. They even returned my car to me way cleaner than I had left it. Ronnie is professional and consistently updated me on the status and completion date. My car is my pride and joy and they treated it with the same care that I do. I highly recommend them!

Took my Nissan Altima here for body work after a car accident. No issues. They got the car done early and were professional. They kept me updated the entire time with phone calls and texts. The work looked high quality and their paint job matched the rest of the car which is 11 years old. Would def recommend.

I was called and informed that my vehicle would be ready Thursday afternoon. Being that I was out of town I mentioned I can be there first thing Friday morning ( keep in mind I was put into a rental as well and the shop had my car for apprx. 30 days) then on Friday I was told the shop was still waiting on a small part and it would be ready hopefully by the end of the day....by the end of Friday I called and was told that the part still had not arrived and that someone would pick the part up on the way home personally so that on Monday the car would be ready. Monday morning came and went so I stopped by the office and the contact their gave me the same response that the part was not there. when I mentioned OLI was told it would be picked up personally I was met with disbelief. in short lastly, part was so called received at 12:30 ( I stopped by at 11:15) and I did not receive my vehicle until 4pm. Mind you we came from out of state to pick up. Some advice would be to make sure all parts are there before you call the customer, we are not just sitting around waiting, we have different engagements as well. This was very inconsiderate and demonstrated poor management and customer service skills, especially when you called me. The receptionist appeared friendly overall as the previous comments stated but thats as far as I will go. I also have a small gap on the previously damaged door to which I am waiting on a rainstorm to see if I will have a leak or not. **Also whoever the parts delivery service that is used by this facility, u are getting a bad reputation as the delays are blamed on your establishment.**

After I clipped a deer, my insurance company suggested this as my closest shop. I was worried that insurance not wanting to pay for oem replacement parts would result in my car not being properly restored. But these guys assured me that was not going to be the case, 7 days later and I didnt even recognize my car Ive had for 6 years and all but 14 miles. I could not be happier with the whole experience.

Wasnt too bad but since my suburban has come home Ive noticed the detail shop neglected to return my floor mats back into my vehicle before giving me my vehicle back, said they vacuumed but theres still evidence that it whomeverdid, didnt do a very good job and today I noticed my windshield is streaked from where they tried to clean it. Body work appears to be ok but my son (very detail orientated) noticed the front bumper isnt 100% in the correct place, so when we finally get the floor mats back(I really think they should have offered to deliver them for their error) Im gonna have to request they look at the bumper...

I cant begin to describe how BAD they are. When I picked up my truck, it looked like it had been painted with a brush. That was because they had washed it with dirty water and let it dry on there. The door was 3/8 out from the body and the molding was dented and barely attached. There was enough broken glass in the floor and seats to fill a quart jar. The battery cover was left pushed off to one side. Theres bare metal in the door hinge area. The steering is popping and has a slack spot in it. They put the crushed lug nuts back on the wheel. I had to install my own camper top to keep from waiting 4 hours for them to do it (4 bolts). They had changed the latches and didnt tell me there was a new key, I had to hunt for it. When I complained about the paint, they buffed the fender and door to a high gloss and left the hood and rest of the truck as it was. Im not happy and they dont care. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

I went to receive an estimate. Upon arrival there was no one waiting but I am told that it will be a twenty minute wait. When the verbal estimate took place including taking photos, I asked If I would receive something in writing today? The representatives response is Sure, I can email it to you. Only to have to call back and receive a piss poor response of he tried and my email was incorrect, so it sent back. Lies and deception, because my email works just fine I received emails the moments prior to him lying. Its bad business to not hold your word, and especially to lie with intentions of excusing previous poor customer service. When and if I do receive the email since we fixed the discrepancy, I will appreciate the estimate for insurance purposes but I would not let them work on my vehicle. First impressions are LASTING!

On 8-11-18, I purchased a 2018 Chevy Colorado Z71 truck from Capital Chevrolet, Raleigh NC. This is a great dealership and I recommend them highly! I had the vehicle 2 weeks before unknown to myself, it was damaged by someone. I called Carolina Collision and then went up there. It was a 2 hr drive from Jville to Raleigh but well worth it. Brad Johnson, the Collision Center Manager, was just awesome! Mr. Johnson got my truck in fast and did an excellent job as promised! When I picked up my truck of which is had been done, but then the hurricane hit, so I had to wait to get up there from my area, my truck looked brand new again. He/shop did fantastic work! Also, in addition, Brad had the best Customer Service ever! Although, I do not want my vehicle to ever need repair again, if needed, Brad is the only one I would go to for service. Initially I will say I was impressed. They did a good job fixing my Explorer but missed a hole around my steering rack that had to be fixed. When I left the lot with my SUV I could immediately tell something was wrong I could hear every bit of my engine running and feel breezes coming in hitting my feet. There is no way someone test drove the vehicle after the repair, at least properly test drove it. Of course the insurance has already paid them for the work and I paid them my deductible already, so they have passed me from team leader to team leader ignoring my phone calls and I was told the part for my truck had been ordered months ago (January). I also was told they would call me when the part arrived. So even with that said I called to check on the status in case my repair was pushed back, I was told over and over I will be called back the same day and no one ever calls. If Carolinas Collision Center called me back I will update my review to a 4 star. Until then...I will not recommend their service to anyone.****UPDATE*****They have contacted me fix my truck very quickly and offered and paid for my rental for the two day repair. Monica is the hero that stepped up and lead her team finished the job. Big thanks to her.

EXCELLENT!!! I worked with Laura, Tommy and Ronnie and I am so thankful and happy with to have chosen this body shop. Laura was so pleasant and kind. Tommy was superb - going over my car with a fine tooth to make sure all damages were noted to ensure my car would be restored to the condition before my accident. Ronnie was very knowledgeable, thorough and informative. They all went above and beyond to make this process as painless as possible. They kept in touch via phone and email to let me know what was going on throughout the repair process. I hope I do not need any services like this in the future but if I do I will go back here. Thank you Laura, Ronnie, Tommy and the rest of the team that worked on repairing my Pearlie.

Tiffany has an issue with communication - Never returns a phone call - The answer I received when calling was what do you expect we are busy she has no time and I cant make her call you back. should have been a 3-5 day repair for a Rim and hub replacement but took 11 days - When I finally received a call Tiffany said the rim was back ordered, I said not true I called Crossroads Ford of Wake Forest and they said pick up in 1 day - Tiffany then said oh I meant the hub was back ordered and we actually had to get it from Crossroads Ford ( Another Lie ) - After 11 days my car was not fixed properly, the alignment was done incorrectly and I had to be tormented again. I will Never do business with Carolinas Collision again, I do not like being lied to and ignored.

This was the first time I used capital collision behind ford capital. I was in a bad rear end accident that also pushed my car into the one in front of me. The repairs took 2 weeks to complete. The first time I went to pick it up after they said it was ready, I looked it over and found the sensors in the back were not working. This couldn’t be fixed in the shop so they needed to have it another day and would let me know when that was fixed. The next day I was told I could pick it up, but since at this point I had already missed work, I told them I will have to come on Friday evening. I went to pick it up Friday evening and tested the sensors, they worked just fine. On my way home, I tried to spray my windshield and the wipers would not work at all. My boyfriend also noticed that the headlight bulb was out (this was the side of the crash so that entire bulb should have been replaced, and the RECEIPT says it was) there’s no way that’s a new bulb, but I was charged for a new one. I called my insurance and they will be filing a report on this center. I will have to unfortunately bring this car in a 3rd time to get replacements that should have been done the first time. The folks are nice, but they obviously don’t know what they are doing. The windshield nor the wipers were even damaged in the accident so there is no reason why they shouldn’t work. I also don’t see how that missed their “ready for pick up” inspection, if they even have one”

I would not recommend this shop! I had $8000 worth of damge to my vehicle, I took my car back to the shop because the door wasnt closing probably, when I pick up my vehicle, I was advised, we adjusted your door, BUT it wasnt off but a hair if that. I know there was something more than a hair wrong with the door. I shouldnt have to slame the door for it to close. I get home and notice if I stand toward the back end of my car I can see gap where the door is sticking out about and inch, the rubber is not meeting each other. I have had my vehicle back a few days over a week. Did a lot of driving this pass weekend, kept hearing a squeaking in the back, not sure if its the door that was replaced or the seat, the noise would come and go, but it wasnt there before my accident, well I decided I would go ahead and call before it would be considered to late even though warranty is supposed to be the life of having the vehicle as long as its related. I called the advisor I was dealing with and the first thing he says is (why didnt you report it before now) Im feeling like, well I really just pick my veh. Up a few days of a week first of all, secondly it is related because it wasnt squeaking before the accident. My point is why am I feeling an attitude or some type of  not so pleasant vibe??When I let down the right passenger window, half way the down, the window acts like its going to jump of track, so what is this all about, after all it is the door that was replaced, I know one thing,  that window better now mess up later down the road, because we will be in court. Oh by the way, that big black oil spot that you left me in the top of the roof. I didnt complain about it, I just spent half the day cleaning it off. You had one thing to do and that was put my vehicle back like it was and you didnt! Because Im a lady, men always try to get over when it comes to things like this and it makes me MAD! never again!

Cant comment yet about quality of work because we havent seen the car after the repairs until tomorrow, July 19th, but I can say the timeframe for completing work and communication was extremely poor. Every time I called to get updates, they kept pushing out the completion date further and further. They first told us the car was going to be repaired late last week, then it was late this week.God forbid if we see the car tomorrow and the repairs are not acceptable. My one concern is replacement of the front bumper and matching of the paint, since this is a brand new vehicle that my sister just bought recently. I will certainly edit my review if I see my concerns are not accurate

I SIMPLY CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Our F350 SUPER DUTY was hit by a little Chevy Cruz on the passenger side. Right in the center. So both doors were damaged. They kept our truck for 55 DAYS and sadly it still wasn’t right. The paint job was bad, door wasn’t properly installed. Sunroof was off track. Rubber around the rear window was pushed in all squiggly. Duct tap & adhesive still in the window, seat had small cut, window tint had cuts on it and a few other things. $15k+ worth of work and 55 days. I was majorly disappointed. After 55 days everything should have been checked and re-checked.It’s back there today to get the items mentioned attended to. (We’ll see how well that goes.) They were kind enough to give me a loaner vehicle to get home in. It was so dirty and smelly that I could not believe they would actually put a customer in it. I felt like I needed a shower after I got out of that car. All of the seats were soiled....and they have on-site detail shop. SMH!!As one reviewer said, they are nice people though. 🤷🏻‍♀️ At least the Work is covered by a warranty. Prayerfully they’ll get it right. But I could not in good conscience recommend this business.....unless you’re looking for nice ppl who deliver lack-luster work.

Customer service is excellent, but the quality of their work is absolutely awful. My cars front and rear bumpers are still not fixed properly and are misaligned and stick out at the sides and have huge gaps.
