I love save Mart other than Costco theyre the only ones that sell the lemon ice creams that I like theyre sorbets oh my God to die for I love going to save Mart save Mart for that reason they have a variety of different foods to choose from and I just love that I get to have a variety of different things I can choose from instead of going to the grocery store where they have the same things all the time and you just dont have another option to try out save Marts place to go if you want to try a variety of different foods that you enjoy eating but maybe want that little extra kick of something else.

I love that they have a large selection of plants. I love the fruit and the vegetables area. You will have a great time on that area. I did not have to wait a long time to get help.

I havent always felt quite comfortable shopping here. The staff is quite rude and cold: at least those at the counter of the deli and registers. They might greet you, but it seems distant and insincere. Previously, when picking up some items from the deli, my fiancee was served with very poor customer service. Yesterday we went to get some bread and dried chiles to make tortas ahogadas. The dried Chile selection was pitiful! At a sister store, FoodMaxx, Save Mart doesnt hesitate in tailoring to the poorer surrounding community by making more ethnic foods available; so why not here? This makes me feel a little weird shopping here. Anyways; not too big a deal. While shopping we finally going the chillies. I could not make it the price tag completely. When I got to the register, I simply wanted to bring the issue to the attention of Lenny, the gentleman at the register. He must have been having a long day because he seemed inattentive to us as customers. I told him. He didnt say anything. After paying her told me to tell that guy over there; it was a gentleman working the floor. I simply complied. In hindsight, I thought you myself, Wait I dont work here. You tell him! I sense if you seem to look wealthy your treated differently here. We dont go here too often. Well probably try and find another deli for the future.

I uses the Save mart at walnut and Akers. Nice checkers.

Since this pandemic I have returned to shopping at this location. People are very upbeat and positive. The quality is way up there as far as produce, the deli counter and the meat department are always well stalked. Thank you for being reasonable during these times. Shopping here is a pleasant experience.

The products are not always in stock, the produce is poor, the other shoppers are rude and the staff is complacent. I always have a problem with finding what I need or rude customers that are bumping into me. Even after social distancing was required. The staff did not help keep people at a safe distance. Recently I stopped in for one thing and it was still difficult to find what I needed and check out. I dont think they have enough staff.

Super clean, friendly clerks, and top-notch produce &meats.

I picked up a cake today and it was very dry. It tasted like they made it last week. It had the pictures I gave them but not in the same order and the writing wasnt like I wanted. I needed the cake today so of course I took it. I will order fro. Somewhere else next time!

I am visiting a friend, and we always need goodies for dinner. Save Mart always has fresh produce and a great selection. The grocery isles are full of anything I need. The hot food bar is so hard to pass up, I almost have to run so the hot fried chicken doesnt jump into my cart. We order the chicken ahead for special occasions and the department always comes through for us. Checkout is pleasant and very quick.

Unfortunately I have a real complaint about this store.... Oh its clean and stocked with quality items but really tired of rude cashers.,...Ill be specific. There is a older lady who is always snotty. Today specifically she had a blond on black hair style. Dear Managers...fix this

If you like shopping where your carts are cleaned for you and you can always find whatever you are looking for, this is the market. Costs a little more but the convenience of not having to go several places to get what you want is worth it

I usually go to Save Mart on Noble for grocery shopping since it is the closest one from my home! Even though some items may be overpriced compared to other grocery stores, it is worth going to Save Mart, where there is high in quality and find all the things you need! Everything is fresh! Various departments! Very tidy and spacious! Nice and helpful employees! Great services! 👍

I usually only go when its someones birthday and their whipped topping cakes are amazing! The staff is always friendly as well.

Last night at the Marys Vinyard Save Mart, the customer ahead of my husband had no mask. The cashier had his under his nose. When my husband mentioned social distancing the cashier pulled his mask over his nose. He told my husband customers did not have to wear a mask. You need to check California regulations! Come on Save Mart, your essential, we have to go to your stores. We need you to protect us too!

Love the different varieties of Rotisserie Chicken, and youre the only store that sells Rebel Ice cream.

Clean & friendly & found some good sales. Rebel ice cream, new product on sale thru today 10/27. Low carb & delicious! Love the crab & shrimp seafood salad :-)

The cashier was terrible. After scanning every item she just threw everything to the other side of the belt including delicate food items. Then starts talking to the customer behind me while I am waiting to pay. Very rude and ignored my presence.

Everything was amazing it was clean, and everyone was nice. Well... not everyone, me and my dad were at the register and some lady came up to the cash register and asked for a lottery ticket. So our cashier left us and we asked several people to help us and they just stood there and talked themselves. So we left all of our groceries on the conversely and left. I didn’t get to see the person’s face though so We don’t know who the cashier was.

Save Mart store was clean and the associates were courteous and helpful. The deli section had a nice selection of ready made side condiments to choose from for a BBQ cookout.

Very good selection, well stocked, freshest meats & fruits. Constant surprise sales on meats so nothing can go bad. A bit more pricey than others but Save Mart is a step up, or should be. If your neighborhood Save Mart is not up to par, shake the spot.

I have rarely been to this store. Today I went to the deli and Andrew was exceptional with assisting me not only with my food order but when only 1 person was waiting behind me he called for help so it would be completed quickly and accurately. I was not only pleased with the customer service that he provided but how quickly I was approached right from the beginning. He should be highly commended for his work.

Unfortunately the homeless are taking over and they can be aggressive. With my young children I was very nervous.

Nice selection of Organic produce at reasonable prices. Wide isles so two shopping carts can pass without hassle. Meat/Seafood Dept was clean and fresh and the person behind the counter was friendly and knowledgeable on where the seafood came from and when. The checkout person was fast, friendly and efficient. So it was a great shopping trip.

I went in to your store on may 21st to purchase only two items, and i understand the long lines i waited in line over 10 minutes ok, yes i do have patients i am a cashier the only thing that caught my attention was the male cashier took to much time talking to a female customer again i do understand, but he had a long line and took his time like i said i only had two item to purchase and a pregnate daughter waiting in the hot car please let your cashiers know that to much talking with one customer is wrong i really enjoy shopping at your store and i will continue to do so thank you

I’ve always had luck here. Everyone working at this Save Mart has always been polite and helpful! While there aren’t maybe people out on the floor helping folks find things, that probably because they’re up at the front ringing people up.

Great storeI came is at night so there wasnt a lot of traffic. The store was well stocked, clean and organized. Their prices are pretty good and their departments are well organized.They also have a bulk food section which is one of my favorite kind of sections. I will be frequenting here while I am in town forbsure.

When in to do some small shopping they have some Great Deals On Meats they have a special where you pick 5 items and you get each of them for $5 some retail for 9 and $10 each the only issue I have with this Save Mart is a yam a lot of transients in the parking lot begging for money and downgrading the looks of a nice Shopping Center

Went to do my Thanksgiving dinner shopping. Store ia very neat, clean and well stocked. All cashier lines were open, so i only had 1 person ahead of me in line. Would have given 5 stars if they hadnt run out of the brown sugar spiral ham (everything wlse they had in abundance). By using their app I saved an extea $22 . so I actually got out of there for less than $100!

After searching the box and finding nothing she left it a shamble and wouldnt apologize.. So I left it as it set and will never shop at this store again..Overpriced.. And employees attitude is the worst..Would give them a - 5 stars if possible..

It was great. They have lowered prices a lot. Many are lower than Winco. It so clean and the clerks are especially nice, friendly and helpful. An excellent experience.

Pricey for things you can get anywhere homeless all over begging for money and a bit aggressive about it they need better security to get them away from customers who feel uncomfortable do like their produce the deli bakery makes really good cakes and excellent sandwiches I may run in for a quick trip but I dont do my shopping here

Place is always clean. Sometimes some of the staff can be unfriendly and prices are a little higher but other than that everything is amazing.

I needed help to find the amaretto liqueur and the employee in the freezer section was quick to help me locate it.

One word - con. Lines are so long always, never in and out. Not to mention no self check out. To top it off, their prices are at least 30-40 percent higher than WinCo. And not a premium shopping experience. For these prices they should have a massive fresh foods section like Ralphs or whole foods. Con !

The reason I like to go here is their fresh produce and their variety they have excellent variety of produce.
