I love the deli but the meat department and fruit department arent that great. The bakery is good. Prices pretty good in store. Checkouts are long and slow

Great selection, good service, not too crowded when busy and friendlystaff. Knocked off a star to the long wait lines trying to check out. If the opened up more lines then checkout wouldnt take so long

Winco is fast & friendly with good prices. Good fresh produce. Shelves are well stocked.

1st time shopping at a winco, fully stocked. They sell everything by bulk and I mean everything from cat food to spaghetti pasta. The prices are reasonable too, more affordable than other super markets.

Its a great store. Its employee owned so they are very helpful and courteous. The prices are great I travel from porterville to visalia and its worth the gas.

Horrible, unaccommodating! If i could give a half star, this would be generous. I may never shop there again. The products are faulty and tainted and contaminated. One product i opened was contaminated with something of the likes of feces. WinCo or their insurance claims department did nothing about it. Not one thing. Sick!

Winco employees were working hard to keep fresh produce stocked for the weekend crowd. They have a great variety of foods in both small & bulk packages. My go to place for drinks and veggies.

Store always has great sales. They are not big on specialty items but general selection and normal items are always less expensive buying here than most competitors. You can really stretch your money here.

Just had horrible experience with lead on floor. I got a broken box of borax off the shelf. Some dust got in my eye. Asked one of the lead members to use the eye wash station. Was told to go to front to bathroom.

Yummy ready meals in the deli and anything else you could ever need is here. 🙂🙂🙂

Always busy. They sell pizza and fried chicken, mojos

They always have a wide selection. On top of the bag your own goodies. The only downside is I have to travel 30+ mins to get here.

Love their fresh sushi. Great shopping experience. I also love the fact its mandatory to wear masks. It would be better if they enforced covering the nose though as corona can still get in through there. Winco also helped me get money from western union.

I loved the deli pre-made meals and wraps there until they shrunk the portions considerably. Now i quit buying them. I used to go there just for those meals,now i do more shopping at walmart😦

Winco is an amazing place to have here in the valley!!! Great prices!! Open 24hours!!! As a medical worker who works crazy hours and doesn’t get of work till 12am sometimes. Winco always comes handy!

The best place to grocerize yoself

I go to WinCo frequently for grocery shopping! The only concern I have for WinCo Foods is no credit cards are accepted, and hopefully it will happen in the future! Other than that, each of the departments are very organized, where you can find everything you need! Everything is fresh! Very spacious! Very clean and tidy! Helpful, courteous, and friendly employees! Great customer service! 👍

This store has great prices and just about everything on anyones shopping list. Lines can be long but fast....and self checkout is easy-to-use.

I enjoy shopping at this Winco store. The employees are always pleasant and helpful. This store is usually well stocked with many options and varieties. The voices are pretty terrific too. Much prefer Winco over the other competitor.

Wildly variable pricing, tritip at $9/lb was off-putting. The yummy red bell peppers are the same as Save Mart for half the price, but i had to dig through two boxes of russets to get three decent ones. If i hadnt been near there for the farmers market I wouldnt have stopped in. Wont bother in the future. As it was, I stopped at the IGA and bought $5/lb tritip on my way home.

Best time to go grocery shopping is early morning. They pretty much have everything you need and reasonably priced. They have a nice little beer walk in cooler with a decent selection of IPAs and micro brews.

They have everything you want at a competitive price, friendly service as well. Very congested on the weekends. Other than that happy shopping.

This Market is big and it has almost everything you need to make any type of food youd want.The one thing I do not like about the place is that its not that well organized. It is a bit confusing how their isle are set up. They have honest prices and has plenty of parking.

High quality produce. I love the dried goods section, that has all of the specialties nuts, grains and legumes. The prices overall are affordable. The Cereals are more than otherstores. I prefer going here than Costco.

Great assortment of stuff, very clean store never really see any trash or messes. They have a pretty big selection of loose products that are much cheaper than their prepackaged counterparts. Staff is usually pretty helpful and courteous, never really had any complaints after 8+ years shopping there. They also have some of the best already made pizza and its a great price.

Competitive prices. My complaints: the seafood section always smells bad, it is packed on weekends, but open 24 hours.

Ok so I purchased from Winco deli today mozzarella sticks and on some of the sticks there was no cheese! 🤦🏽‍♀️

It was a much better experience, than I anticipated. Only problem I had was I pick up like 3 different turkeys before I got it right. I needed the tag with the weight on it for self check out. The lady that was helping in the area was helpful. I made about 3 trips back and forth, but her attitude was sympathetic to me and she made sure I got what I needed before I left. Very nice people

Great store to buy grocery and produces not alot of people on midday.

Staff is always friendly. Their chicken is delicious, and their donuts are also good and well priced. At the beginning of the pandemic when masks were recommended I did notice that many people were not wearing masks, however now I see more safety precautions in place and more mask wearing so good job winco foods. 👍

Wish Porterville had a WinCo grocery store. I go to WinCo when I go to Visalia.

Everything about Winco is good. Some of the basic items that I use are $1 cheaper than Savemart.

Lowest prices in visalia the store is very huge and very clean, the aisles are wide not narrow, so two shopping carts fit. another plus is that they dont cram up there shelves and WinCo has a huge variety selection with there bakery, hot deli, beer and they sell hot pizza by the slice or you can buy the whole pizza.

Winco is kinda new here, been going since it opened, & the employees are always rude. They always seem to be having a bad day. No big deal, but it shows in their work. Cashiers are never available, help is never found, & when you do get checked out, its just weird. So now I strictly use the self checkout when I go. Why I go? Because their prices are pretty neat, fresh fruits & veggies are decent, & its close to me.

My go to grocery store! Its farther from me than others, but they have a selection of goods I cant find at other stores, not to mention the excellent bulk buy section. Friendly staff are also always working on the aisles so you never have to go too far to ask for assistance! Great store, highly recommend it!

To me its the best place in Visalia to shop as far as food goes the overall prices every time I go in there I always save money the only thing about it is its so damn big it takes a while to go from one end to the other besides that you cant you cant say anything about it but good things

WinCo Foods has been my personal choice for grocerys for very long time.I was however disappointed recently due to the not stocking the product I was shopping for as well as according to the associate I spoke with did not even know what it was.But I still prefer to do my food shopping at WinCo!

Theyre very busy but they have everything that you need the people are very helpful and the aisles are clean the only thing I would say they need to put price tags on what theyre selling a lot of merchandise did not have that which makes the customer Wonder just how much something is they need to take the guesswork out of that but overall I would go back to WinCo foods theres nothing that they dont have but everything that you do need.
