The store was actually clean today. There was a large amount of products on the shelves. I needed certain balloon and I told this lady who does work there that I not my grandson could reach the balloons and it seemed like she got bothered because I was interruptingher conversation she was having with a man. Other than that very nice girl at the register. Nice visit today.

I like going to Dollar tree obviously great price on items compared to regular stores. I hate walking into any and all Dollar trees because there is only one cashier for about 25 customers in line. Theres always about two more employees working either talking in the office or stocking shelves and management only has one cashier working for dozens of customers. The customers become irate and cruel to the cashier which is not at fault and has no control over how many cashiers work, thats up to management. Ive seen customers yell at cashiers or drop their items on the floor and walk out. To place an employee in an position like is cruel and thoughtless. Ive called Dollar tree corporate office with no response back. I encourage everyone that has experienced this to call corporate office until something is done.

I really like shopping here but on Saturday 6,2021 a worker was in such a bad mood that i seen people walking out of store making them feel uncomfortable with those bad vibes......

Hate coming to this dollar store. If I need something quick I go to family dollar down the street. Always only one register open. Huge lines and long waits for customers. Not clean, no organization. Not stocked as well as other dollar stores in town(mooney store for example). Never see any managers here stepping in to help!!!!!

This store was surprisingly organized. The two gals working that night were very nice. They had everything I came for 😊

Overall my experience was okay staff was respectful but they didnt have everything I needed so.

On December 23rd just after dark we went to Dollar Tree for a couple of last minute Christmas dinner table glasses. We found what we needed and also picked up some big and tall wine glasses that received a ton of compliments! The store was slammed of course and the check out lanes looked like we were going to be awhile but when we were done shopping and walked up to checkout there was only 1 person in front of us and by the time I finished putting our 45 items on the belt, the cashier was already almost 1/2 way finished scanning them. Plus he was smiling, happy and joking around with us. He was in a great mood despite the crazy people in the store! Great prices and great cashier dude!

Not the best stocked store in Visalia. I like the other Dollar Trees in town.

Women cashiers working hard, no management support. Huge lines and waits for customers. Lots of people leaving. No customer service here-wont go back. Never see any managers here stepping in to help.

It was okay but not as big a selection like I thought it would have. Hanford has more it seems. Too bad they shut down the Dollar tree on Mooney..I loved that one!

Staff were friendly and helpful. And some dressed up for Halloween, love the teamwork. There were in the middle of a reset but still very nice. Thanks a bunch 😇🙏💚

I didnt like it there that much everything was a mess. A lot of there items were scattered a over the place, some were even on the floor, its not organized at all. The only reason I go there sometimes is cause of the prices. Everything is a dollar but some of the items should be less and there is no way of knowing that. I guess you get what you paid for.

The store should have no stars. Horrible customer service awful management and the Associates cant even tell you the truth when it comes to their policies. Do yourself a favor and go to any other Dollar Tree who will do refunds if they happen to put a bad product on the Shelf rather than waste your money. The manager Terry sits in an office all day and doesnt even do his job. This whole chain of stores is so screwed up that corporate cant even call you back. Probably because they know how bad they suck. In my experience any stores that refused to refund is not because of the customer but because they have bad products and refuse to lose money. Horribly ran and even more horribly executed if possible. Small selection shelving is always a mess, any other store is better. Youre welcome!

This store is always dirty. Always messy. Not organized at all. It is a convenient store since its so close to me. But I dont like the customer service either. I honestly think theyre unprofessional and sometimes rude. At times I feel like it bugs them to help customers.

Surprised by the lack of cleanliness and order. Almost every aisle had unshelved stock making navigation difficult. LOVE DOLLAR TREE; disappointed

They have 4 registers and only 1 is open and the line is so long all the way back to the freezers

Very disorganized! Not stocked timely. Their staples were not on the shelves! Hard to keep organized with out customer cooperation.

Nice and cheap

I love this place!! I can shop for school supplies without having to overspend. And of course party supplies, they even have for wedding... with a few touch ups my wedding favors were ready to go.

The employees are nice and got out with a decent time. But there bathrooms are always out of order and today it was very dissorganized. Very messy. Waant a very pleasant site.
