The prices were great. I got buy 3 get 1 free deal. Service was great. Employees were very friendly. They have great service plans. They didn’t call me when my tire order came in. I had to call them to find out they were there.

I had previously gone to Carrolls Tire Warehouse and was told they couldn’t align my car because it had been in an accident. Went to American Tire Depot for new tires the ones I needed were sold out. Edward (great customer service) told me to bring my car back the next morning by 8:30 and he would leave Visalia earlier to go to Fresno to pick them up but he would have tire techs start my alignment and y the time he arrived he would have yhem.put on my new tires and get me out the door by 9:30 ( I was picking up friends to leave for the Central Coast at 9:30) I was skeptical but it went just as he said. I was so pleased w their customer service. It was AWESOME. Thank you Edward!

Fast and friendly service! Only issue I have is that the guy at the counter snuck in Nitrogen fill charges for all 4 of my new tires even though I didnt ask for that service. Also charged me for recharging the batteries for my tire sensors and in house warranties. None of this was mentioned. Came in literally for 4 tires, and an oil change and alignment. Partially my fault for not reading the pre-work invoice and saying something then, but still kind of a B.S. move to add something a customer doesnt ask for. Id gladly come back again but you bet Ill be more attentive to charges like that.

By far THE BEST experience. I was greeted with kindness. The staff listened to my concerns. The staff showed and educated me on the current state of my tires. My car is very peculiar and parts needed to be order. The team acted fast and were able to place the order. Further more, they worker with my schedule and even provided transportation to my employment after dropping off my car. Again, the best experience!! All the staff is very hard working and even stayed over time to ensure my car was in the best shape. I highly recommend this shop. As a customer, they treat you with respect. As for my car/tires they did and excellent job. As for prices, it was well within price. Will definitely be returning for future tire needs.

Great to actually find a place locally that can install tires without damaging the wheels. My go to spot is 88 Rotors but these workers made it that much easier to stay local.

Almost closing time I called them and took me in and went overtime just to help me out thanks guys I appreciate your help I would recommend If asked.

Ordered the tires during the week set up a weekend appointment brought the car in at 8 o’clock in the morning. After a short wait for check in. Left the car there car was done before noon. Was advised of repairs needed before alignment. Very happy with service and sales. I have taken all my cars here.

I have been going to American Tire Depot for years. They are consistently helpful and have a great selection of tires and will special order - like they did for my 4x4. I went yesterday because I had a flat but because I got the tires there, they repaired and rebalanced the tire at no cost. Good place.

Good prices on tires that is why it gets 3 but wait times to pay the bill was like a doctors office. One person giving quotes and answering phone while 3-4 people wait. Service writer was good but under staffed. Waited about 45 minutes to pick up my car and I just needed to pay. Need to figure a better check out system aside from giving advice and quotes.

Went in to get a quote for a set of tires, I had been looking online and knew what I wanted to spend. I decided to go in and Mike got me an amazing deal. I originally wasnt going to get road hazard on the tires as it would go over budget but he was able to include it and still beat the online price. Great tire prices but I ran into a rude employee at the counter that drove a BMW.First incident was my car was not fully turned off when they moved it. I came back and told the gentleman that helped me and he aggressively grabbed my keys from the shop area and went out to the car and said, we would of given you a jump start if your battery did go dead....Then when I came back, after the first incident, they did the same thing and im guessing left my car idling with my stereo on to drain my battery. so I came back to a dead battery even though my battery is still newer. I even warned them that my stereo system,with double amps, would indeed drain the battery if left unattended before I even left the shop. I understand that they were busy but there is no reason to be rude and not make note of something that the customer warned about and then had an issue with before even leaving my car in their hands.

Ordered a exact tire to match my other 3 on web site. Comes in but I get home its a different tire! They say the warehouse sends comparable tire if the tire was out of stock. But how are you not going to inform customer before installing? Now Im driving with a odd ball tire and everytime I look at it I want to kick! Never going here again!

Quick and friendly service. I got a oil change with tire rotation and I was in and within an hour.

The people at the service counter were very knowledgeable and helpful with all questions I had, and the service men were quick and efficient showing me problems I had with the vehicle. Ill definitely be back. Ill also tell friends and family about them.

The guys at the store were a 5-star. The 4-star rating was for the on line ordering and appointment. Made an appointment and I showed up but the tires didnt. Had to reschedule. Other that would do it again except call the day before to confirm that everything has arrived to do the job.

Better give Mike a raise! That man is a solid customer service rep. He took care of my moms SUV when we were having an alignment issue and greatly helped me diagnose the problem so we could get her vehicle back in the road. Solid service. 10/10

I went in for a tire rotation. Staff was friendly and helpful. They found a screw in one tire .. :(. But it was very short and had not punctured the tire :). As in previous visits, no charge for the tire rotation: I bought this set of tires elsewhere. Next set will be here!!

DONT GO HERE. I went to get a tire alignment, they told me that they couldnt align it because I needed new control arms.. then they said that the inside of my tires were so worn out that it was down to the wire. But they just happened to have a set of tires in that would fit my car. But before they could throw the tires on they needed to fix my suspension and alignment or else Ill just mess up the new tires..I took my car home jacked it up and there was nothing wrong with the control arms, and the inside of the tires were completely fine.I took it to another shop the next day and they not only aligned my car for me but I asked if anything was wrong with my suspension, they said no nothing is wrong and my tires are wearing out evenly.ALL I WENT TO DO WAS GET AN ALIGNMENT AND THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME 1,400 DOLLARS.Dont believe anything these guys say. If they think you dont know anything about cars they will try to rip you off

American Tire Depot- Visalia was awesome. While driving up to a friends cabin in the Three Rivers area my friend got a flat tire. He didnt know the used truck didnt have the tire winch handle to access the spare. Long story short this was the closest open tire shop. The service was great, the prices were very competitive, and they got us in and out quickly. Being we were on vacation the quick part was very much appreciated!

I took my car in to have the front two tires replaced. When I got it back it had new tires, new tie rods, new roters, new calipers, new brakes and new alignment for a little over $1,100. I’m not too crazy about the price, BUT, I am very happy that my car drives like new and is safer on the road. Thank you for the good work. I would have gave 5 stars if they just changed the tires and charged me $120 like they originally estimated. ;P

I bought 8 tires from this place (for 2 cars) while i was on vacation i got a flat tire. They said bring it in and we can fix it Obviously i cant just bring it in. They said nothing they can do Even though i bought the road hazard warranty I will never buy tires from this place again. Rip-OFF!!!!ZERO STARS!!

Prices are good...Weve had our tires for almost a year now....No problem so far. Went in shop was nicely greeted, place was clean....Gentlemen that waited on us helped us right away. And he got the car in and out quick. Even though we just went to get our car aligned and tire pressure checked. We watched TV while we waited them to finish with the car.Let us know of somethings that should be done to the car. All and all it was a good visit.The only thing is that the car they worked on was a 2005 G6 Pontiac her info needed to be undated on the paperwork was all wrong. The finished paperwork was from a2007 Dodge Caliber. Her moms car. The Pontiac is hers. Address was all wrong too.We told him but he said next time your in you can change it. Hopefully we can get changed then.We were there on March 20, 2020...15:05:26

Went to American Tire Depo to get two tires unmounted that I had in my trunk around 12:00pm. Guy said he’ll work on it right away, so I waited outside on my phone like others around me. About 30 minutes past so I decided to tell the guy “hey I have another errand to run to Exeter, could I leave them and come back to pick them up? And he “yeah of course, I’ll just need some information and we’ll have them done before you come back” I’m like alright sounds good. So I came back and notice my wheels were at the same spot not touched, I was like okay I’ll just sit in my car and wait like 20 minutes. And I’m those 20 minutes I saw two guys, one that helped me on the counter (seems like a manager based on his uniform) and other with him, an employee. Both on there phones laughing and having a great time, then they occasionally look at my wheels and get back on there phone. So with that I decided to call a different shop, Called Big Boyz Garage told them what I needed done and it was the same price but honestly if it was more I’d still have went. Got there unloaded my wheels and was welcomed in to the office, greeted me and started the process to unmount my tires while they charged me. The lady there helped me out but she had a phone call to handle and I was fine, so the other manger stepped in and finished the process. And that was it, I was on my way. I mentioned what happened to the other shop and he told me “no matter how busy a shop is, they should prioritize on the customers that need a quick and easy service. An example like if some lady comes in and has a flat he know that, that lady is already having a bad day so why have her wait any longer” a great example how his shop works. Told them I’ll be coming back to you guys when I get new tires. Now to put the time I waited for my service at American Tire Depo, got there at 12:00 pm, left to Exeter at 12:30, came back from Exeter like leas then 40 minutes; saw my wheels haven’t been touched; waited an extra 20 minutes. Made the phone call and they probably didn’t even see me grasp my wheels and take off. So they took around an hour and a half to do a job that takes less then 5 minutes, trust me it does not take that long. I’ve done it in high school for advance auto class and mind you these guys are professionals so they do it every day.

Tbh I let my tires get pretty bad before I came in to get new ones and I appreciate that they didnt poke fun at me. Their customer service is the best. I suggest ordering online because their deals are very generous. Make sure to call before you actually go in though so they can make sure the store has the items you want and your appointment can be on time. Service is quick and they make sure to ask exactly what you need and respectfully suggest what you can benefit from without being crazy pushy.

Was trying to look for A/T tires, so decided to hit up both American Tire Depot and Discount Tires. Went there one day and dealt with Mike, who was super helpful. Recommended some mud tires instead; however, after doing more research decided to go ahead Nitto Terra Grappler G2. The next day, we went to Discount Tires to see what they could do and the price they gave me omitted some installation fees. Went to ATD and showed them the quote, trying to get a better deal. Didn’t deal with Mike, dealt with some other guy who didn’t give a name. Pretty short, not that friendly. Ultimately, he was annoyed with us asking to get a quote to try and compare competitors’ prices. Said in his “13 years doing this,” he’s never seen someone go around for pricing and trying to get a price match. Well, dude, congrats. Now you have. The only positive takeaway was he did us the HUGE favor of showing the print out of the “original” price quote and a copy of the “discounted” price quote.Left with a bad taste in our mouths, and ultimately ended up going back to Discount Tires, and with no issue, they even beat the lower price American Tire Depot gave us and had a deal that threw in four snowboarding tickets for free. Never will return to this particular store again; have bought tires from the ATD in Hanford with no issue. If you do choose to come here, don’t go to the guy that isn’t Mike. Lol

Worked with Edward today, had a flat with stripped lug nuts, wasn’t able to change the flat myself. When I called and spoke with him he was very helpful, provided me with all the info I needed. I wasn’t able to get my vehicle there before closing but I was told I could leave it in the parking lot and they would get to it the next day. Turned out I needed four new tires, which I did not notice, as well as they found a bent tire rod. He worked with me on the price and was able to get four new tires and fix the tire rod. I was very happy with the way I was treated and found that the price I was charged was a good one. I will take all my future tire business to them. I recommend this establishment to anyone in need of tires.

Edward Serrano at America’s tire was very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a diesel truck and brought it in for an oil change. It was used with 140,000 miles. Edward and his team not only took care of my immediate need, but he also looked over the entire truck and built my confidence in what I just bought based on how the truck performed in the inspection. Safety is important to me because it is a family vehicle that we will use for road trips. I was told by the seller of the truck that the tires were only 1.5 years old. Edward showed me the tires are from 2015 and over 5 years old. They have some cracking on them and since I am going to tow a 13000 lb 5th wheel, Edward informed me it was safer to replace a 5 year old tire with the long distance hauling I am about to do. Thank you Edward and team for going above and beyond to help us and keep us safe on the road.

The thing I like most about American Tire Depot is the customer service. The fellow at the counter named Edward went out of his way to help me out and it was genuine it wasnt a front. I called to get a quote- which they were able to give me a deal for all new tires and an alignment. ($570) for 215-60-16. It did take a little long, almost 2 hours. But I didnt have anything to do and they were helpful. They even went as far as showing me other problems that needed work on my vehicle. All in all, ill be going back.

I purchased a full set of new tires from American Tire Depot. The final cost of the tires was less than quoted over the phone. The service people called to let me know about some other things that needed to be repaired or replaced. I appreciated that when I turned down some of the work suggested, there was no pressure to let them do the work. The work was completed within the time promised. If I need tires or other front end work down, I won’t hesitate to contact this particular American Tire Depot Store.

Great experience. My wife’s car had a screw in the tire and they squeezed us in so that she didn’t have to miss work the next day. They were able to fix a pretty bad puncture. Pleasant to deal with. 5-stars!

This is the first American Tire Depot location Ive been to that I wasnt impressed with. Their lift for heavier vehicles is out of service, and apparently has been that way for over half a year. Also, the area overall is a little sketchy - people hanging out in the parking lot, not moving for cars trying to park - overall not good vibes.

Nice folks but down come here if you are in a rush! 3 hours for an oil change and 2 tires. Thats 1 hour per tire and 1 for the oil change.
