For the most part they are nice but one lady kept shaming people and was unempathic. Loudly annoucing things like well obviously you didnt renew that and this is why you have this felt bad hearing her put people on the spot

I have been a member for 5 years and recently I have been greatful that I am. The roadside assistance has been a lifesaver. The app has a few changes, overall its an 8 for ease of use. The locater map found me easily. The Tow Co tracker was glitchy (not too accurate) found myself questioning the route too many times but kept me occupied while I waited.

Registered a car in 15 minutes! Beats the DMV anyday!

Staff was friendly service was quick got my document notarized. Theyre not limited just to happen with towing roadside repairs but also DMV registration renewal and notary services.

The AAA app was super easy to use and I had a tow truck in under an hour.. very pleased

I can’t imagine why anybody who drives a car, wouldn’t have a membership to AAA. I have been a member with my mom since i was a teen and then started my own account with my husband as an adult. The discounts are so useful. For hotels, food, retail and even shoes! Countless times I have needed a tow, some emergency gas or locked my keys in the car (older car). They even helped when i was locked out of my house!!!!!!! But, really, every year I am thankful I don’t have to go the DMV for registration. No line. No waiting. No dealing with people that don’t seem to enjoy their job. At my AAA in Visalia, everyone has a smile on their face and treats you so kind, genuinely. Buy a membership and then buy one for family and friends as a Christmas gift. I got a pound of See’s for gifting a membership. It’s totally worth it and you’ll find your own way of using the benefits

Went to transfer my title because the DMV is hard to get in because of covid. I had to find out you needed to be a AAA member to take care of that issue. Very misleading.

I would not go with company again. I had them for a year and every time my payments were different. I payed on time because they took the money straight out of my bank account. When I called to see why payments were always changing they would tell me it was roadside assistance. But my roadside assistance was payed in full. I know have a different company.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Shelly Espinoza was extremely rude and no help. I will be in contact with their corporate offices to let them know about our experience here and how unprofessional the people in this office are! We are in the middle of closing on our home in Visalia and they wait till the last weeks to tell us that they cant give us coverage on our home because there was and existing claim on the home we were purchasing. Which has nothing to do with us. I asked what the claim was for and she was unable to provide me with any information. My wife and I have been loyal customers to this establishment for 7 years and now will be taking our business elsewhere. We picked up the phone and contacted State Farm. Not only were they able to help us get insurance so we can continue with the closing process but they were able to pull up how much the property damage claim was on the property we are purchasing. Come to find out it was a 268$ claim. Are you kidding me AAA $268!? You have lost a client who has been loyal and will never do business with you again.

The people here are always so helpful. I am currently shopping for car insurance, so that was the purpose of my visit. Got myself a quote and was out of there in under 10 minutes! They can also take care of a lot of DMV services for you right in the office.

Once you become a member you can do your DMV transactions here like pay for tags saves you the time and DMV headaches you cannot renew your license here or get a license here but when youre just doing tags or a vehicle transfer it saves you the headaches of DMV lines and with aaas roadside assistance coverage you can be in anyones vehicle and be covered in it even if youre just riding in it and you guys break down it is something good to have and its only 60 dollars a year

AAA is one of the last of the mohicans....I mean they actually help you and try finding even better ways....so far every employee Ive dealt with is just genuinely happy 🙂....oh and did I mention DMV services (without the DMV😍) ☺️☺️☺️☺️#NoAllDayWaitingAtAAA👍

Whats not too love. Ive been with AAA over 20 years.. Not only is do they have Roadside Assistance. Pay your Renewal Tags there, Order Personal License Plates from there, Forget going too the DMV, if you dont have too.. Plus Thousands of Places give Discounts for having a AAA card. I saved $35.00 when I bought Prescription Eye Glasses with my AAA card..

I went in first thing in the morning to pay my DMV Tags. I was informed they do not use debit cards but they have the terminals there. So I go to the next city to get a check from my office and go back to AAA. Then they tell me Their systems is down. They could have told me this morning. so now i wasted my time and fuel to go there. I then go on line to pay my tags and it worked. Does not look like the system is down and it worked to me. I even checked the DMV Site to check out the outage and there is no reported outage in the DMV.

After being with State Farm for 8 years, I decided to go with AAA, after a recent rate increase with State Farm. I sorry I did, it’s been very discouraging. First, my premiums didn’t make the original quote, so I took less service to level it out. Next, I couldn’t add my 3 insurance services together, they all got billed separately, and only offered me a total of two payments of my renters insurance. Then, I gave them my bank info on all 3 services, yet one of them didn’t go through (because they entered the numbers wrong), yet no one contacted me until it came down to cancellation. A month late I didn’t get charged for one of my services, so they increased my premium the next month. I then tried to take a driver off 10 days before billing, yet they still charged me a higher premium for an additional month. After all this I made the decision to cancel, and was made aware that even after paying to be a member, I was going to be charged an early cancellation fee, yet would receive an email with the amount. After waiting 5 days with no email, I was on the phone for 40 minutes without a resolution, and left two messages three hours ago, with no response.

If you drive consider membership to an auto club, all cars breakdown eventually and towing can be expensive.

I have thad tiple AAA for about thirty years because of there service they provide.However, we we called on 01/18/2018 at 9:28 p.m and they left us on the side of the road. We told them we would drive down the hill from Kings Canyon National Forest with no brakes to any location if someone would pick us up. Southern California AAA dispatch said they would not pick us up. The exact quote from Katherine (supervisor) was, “ it doesn’t matter where you go no one is going to pick you up tonight”.They made us drive all the way home with only front brakes working. 2 Hour Drive.Horrible would not even begin to describe the service we received.Once loyal customers,Jon and Gina

Indispensable replacement for our dysfunctional state DMV. I consider membership a bargain at twice the price. Ive been a member for over 34 years, basically 70% of my life, thats a bit shocking in a good way.

Customer service for Dmv transfer was horrible..they dont know what they are doing, and they were very rude! Membership is overrated, will cancel once my one year contract is over! Will not recommend anyone for AAA
