My experience shopping here for an engagement ring was awesome. Juliet was very helpful me with the process of finding the perfect ring for my fiancé. I visited several times and cycled through a few rings. We finally locked in on one and it was perfect. Big thanks to Jared Jewelers and Juliet for making this moment special & flawless!!

I have never written any review about anything in past, today I feel I have to write because I feel cheated. I would never visit or buy anything from Jared’s. I ordered a pendant for my wife online and engraved my kids name on it. Before ordering the pendant online I went to local Jared’s store at Lynheaven parkway and sales person said pendant is going to be bigger in size because they have to engrave the names and it will be visible. I received an email that it is ready for pick up. I went to the local store and when I saw the pendant it was very small and I couldn’t even read my kids name on it. I showed it to the sales team and even they confirmed that they cannot read anything. I called customer service and the lady was very good and she issued me a ticket and said a support team will reach out to me. It’s almost a week and I haven’t heard back from them.

Despite the Covid 19 restrictions the shopping experience was excellent. The sales person demonstrated patience and knowledge of the products in the store. I did not really know exactly what I wanted however the sales person stayed right with me making suggestions that were very helpful.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. To be completely transparent, this was an utterly horrible experience. My fiancé and I went in to look at rings, and get my finger sized. When we asked if the store carried Moissanite options, because that was what we were leaning towards, we were immediately hit with condescending tones, comments, and attitudes. After even mentioning that, they treated us like we were beneath them and shouldn’t be shopping in their high end establishment. I don’t recall the two women’s names who “helped” us, but I so wish I did. To top it all off, they sized my finger wrong and recommended we go with an entire size bigger than what I actually needed.No money was exchanged but we wouldn’t buy with this store if everything was free.Sorry to sound like a total “Karen” but I’ve never been made to feel worse in my life.

Had such a wonderful experience here. I went in just to check things out as I had a very specific, somewhat nontraditional vision for a set of mens rings. I had plans to visit a few other stores before choosing one, but Emilee and I clicked instantly and gave me all the signs I needed to know I was in the right place. She wound up being my primary contact through the customization/creation process -- super knowledgeable, accommodating, and all-around fantastic. When she was not there, others were able to help easily and everyone was just as friendly and accommodating. I couldnt be happier with the experience and quality of the rings. Thank you!

Very helpful staff. A beautiful selection of settings and loose diamonds. Prices were reasonable with many options to choose from. They can do zoom appointments or you can still go in store.

We originally went to Jared to pick out my engagement ring. Found one we loved, bought it and it needed to be sized. They were about to close but the jeweler stayed late just for us and sized it. We ended up returning it because my mother surprised us with my grandmothers wedding ring. We took my grandmothers wedding ring to them to have the prongs replaced, the solder fixed and jacket prongs tightened. Let me tell you! The jewelers did an AMAZING job. They took at 30+ year old ring and made it look brand spanking new. They never made me feel guilty for returning the beautiful original one and were very understanding of the sentimental value of my grandmas ring. I highly suggest shopping here or bringing any jewelry here to be repaired. They are all awesome!

Madeline Morris aka “MAD DOG” was super acknowledging as soon as I walked through the door. “Friendly Alert” ;all day she was all smiles trying to help me find and customize my jewelry! She managed to understand my style and was very knowledgeable about the diamonds and birth stones. I ordered two gold necklaces and had them shipped to the store. When we arrived, we were told that one hadn’t arrived. The lady who assisted us couldn’t give us an explanation and seemed unconcerned. She told us to call customer service. After that we had to go on a hunt for the necklace we ordered. It resulted in a refund. We would’ve preferred to just receive another necklace. The customer service was horrible & we won’t be back.

The staff was wonderful! I have a ring I either needed changed or updated but I went in with zero idea what I really wanted and they showed me so many options and possibilities! Im going back tomorrow to buy two rings I looked at and to get my original diamond lowered to be a more optimal height. They were amazing!

Jared service goes beyond any jewelry store I have dealt with in the past. They aim to please and back their diamonds with interest, knowledge and care to make sure that the condition is solid to protect diamond loss.

Currently 6 months jewelry inspections are given 6 months leeway from time you are due for actual inspection. You have to call in advance to make an appointment, walk in is NOT allowed. They are not open on weekends

After searching many jewelers. Found that Jared was the best. Biggest selection and best prices. Have never had a single issue whatsoever. Staff is always super friendly and dont try to haggle you for commissions

For several years now, when ever I have had to find any jewelry, I always find myself here at Jared. the customer service is ALWAYS amazing. whether I am there for some Pandora charms, a watch or my most recent purchase, and engagement ring(she said yes) - they always treat me like family. I feel like they are just as excited to pick something out as I am. I actually forget they work there while they are helping me, it such a comfortable experience. they always take care of my family and I with refreshments. I have also had to send out a few items for repairs, but you know what - jewelry is worn on the outside, its expected that its going to get a little banged up and when you spend that much on something, you get the warranty(certainly on jewelry) - and I have never had any complaints with the process. I buy the warranty and never worry again, the worst part is only being without my item for a few days. I enjoy going to jared for the customer experience alone. I think I could literally go there to just hang out because everyone is so wonderful! thank you to everyone who works here.oh yeah - who doesnt know that when you buy a necklace, you are really buying the charm/pendant....they always come with a starter chain.....anyway, keep up the awesome jobs guys! I would like to say that Jareds will always have a special place that I value in my heart when purchasing jewelry. They really care about customer feelings and ensure nothing but complete satisfaction. As always, no matter how careful we are with things like an engagement ring for instance, accidents can happen that damage these prized posssesions.I bought an engagement ring in 2016. I spent a genuine amount of money and she absolutely loved it. I hear nothing but compliments on the choice of ring from people we meet. A freak accident occurred last weekend where a metal latch from a box had grabbed a hold of the center stone and landed in the sand at the beach.We spent at least two hours with a number of people looking for a diamond that had been drinking up by the sand. She and I were both horribly upset nor did I have any money to replace the diamond at the time.One of the employees inside Jared’s saw how upset my fiancé was and really wanted to help and replaced her ring with a brand new one in the store, an exact copy with returning the old one as was.This is way more than I ever expected, nor would I ever feel entitled to a new ring based on something completely our fault. If this doesn’t help re-assure people that this company is a top end company, then please let me know who would actually care to make a difference like this.I appreciate everything and this helped maintain the positive energy we needed in the middle of winter.

We purchased my engagement ring in the Jacksonville, FL location, but I love up here in HR. Without a single hiccup, I have been able to have my ring inspected, cleaned, polished, stone tightened all at this location. We love Jared so much that we are designing a wedding Shadow Band to go with my unique engagement ring. Kristy has been working with us and my indecisiveness for quite a few months to make sure my designing experience is 100%. I know beyond any shadow of a doubt that I will always love my pieces purchased at Jared and they will be taken care of for life.

Their quality is great, but when it comes to your inspections, they claim you are “over due” for inspection. Especially if there is work that needs to be done to the piece of jewelry. EVERYTIME! I never had this issue in Georgia, but the Virginia Beach location is ridiculous. I have to fight this every 4 months (I always do my inspections early)

By far the best experience Ive ever had at a jewelry store! So, as soon as I walked in, I was greeted. Then, I was offered some tea/coffee/water by the lovely Moe. Not only did she offer me a beverage, she offered to help me customize my fiancés wedding band. She was super sweet and even got the designer to help us out, who stopped his break just to help me!! Everyone was so great and helpful, and made me never want to go to another jewlreu store again! I highly recommend going here for any jewelry needs!!

In the past few years of inspection repairs on my overpriced ring, their jewelers have made a mess of my engagement ring set. They have managed to make it more and more asymmetrical and horrible each time they fixit. All the diamonds are crooked in the settings. They werent always bad, but they are now.Avoid this place. Over the years we have spent well over 10k on jewelry there. A huge mistake.

Great selection of Tag Heuer watches, they had the exact watch I wanted in stock. Advisors experience with the Tag Heuer Connected was solid but he could have been a little more proficient. Additionally, WiFi is needed in store to facilitate the smart watch features. The gift wrapping of our second item we purchased that day could have been tightened up some as well. Overall though it was a great experience we have been longtime customers and will continue to be for many years to come. Would recommend this location to all family and friends.

Coming to this Jared is very hit or miss. Sometimes I have a very good experience, and sometimes I want to stop coming back altogether. It is entirely based on which representative you are dealing with.

I WAS THE VICTIM OF SUCH A SCAM ON MY LAST DEPLOYMENT. I HAVE SPENT OVER 25,000 dollars ON PURCHASES AT JAREDS OVER THE YEARS (ALWAYS PAID MY BILL ONTIME, NEVER LATE) BUT AFTER THIS SCAM ON WHAT WAS MY FINAL PURCHASE, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. BASICALLY, THEIR SCAM IS THAT IN THE STORE, THEY WILL OFFER YOU 0% FINANCING BUT WHEN THEY BILL COMES, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A RIDICULOUS INTEREST RATE, LIKELY 20% OR MORE. DUE TO BEING DEPLOYED, I DID NOT NOTICE THE INTEREST CHARGES FOR MULTIPLE MONTHS BECAUSE I WAS IN A VERY AUSTERE ENVIRONMENT WHERE COMMUNICATIONS WERE VERY LIMITED. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. WHEN I CALLED TO TALK TO THEM REGARDING MY ERRONEOUS INTEREST CHARGES, I WAS TOLD THAT I SHOULD HAVE TRIED HARDER TO GET ON THE INTERNET... I will NEVER buy another peice of jewelry from Jared. It is JUNK. My necklace broke I took it in for repair the repair was completely obvious. Put it on and that day it broke again. Took it in and was told the insurance I paid for didnt cover the necklace only the diamond cross. Ohhhhhhh ok, royal waste of money. Then they said they would give me a new chain unknown to me when I came to pick up they wanted the whole necklace......I only had chain. Finally got it switched out. Well this morning my necklace BROKE AGAIN. Biggest pile of junk. So know this when you buy necklace from them they come with STARTER Chains youll have buy another one for $300+ to make sure you dont lose your jewelry.
