Our 15 year anniversary is approaching and with some research I chose to go to Diamonds Direct as my previous jeweler gave me my set back with 3 diamonds missing(they replaced them) after it was sent off for a month to be resized. But I went into DD originally wanting my OG set resized and some minor touch ups (prongs redone). We were sent to Spencer and let me tell you he was kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. He explained everything that would need to be done and the cost. While my husband was chatting, I drifted off to browse(typical woman) Well I saw the “engagement” ring and knew I would be purchasing it. So then off I went to find a band and again when I saw the band I knew it was the one. They have a huge selection btw, but when you know, you know. After 15 years It was time for an “upgrade.” I wanted something simple but eye catching and this pair jumped out and I knew it from just a glance without even trying them on These were the ones. About 2 months ago, I walked into diamonds direct, I was pleasantly greeted by Mr. Lonnie Phillips. I told him I was shopping around at different jewelers with the goal to design and create the perfect ring for my future wife. He explained to me everything that Diamonds Direct is capable of doing and all that comes with purchasing from Diamonds Direct, about the warranties, cleanings, size, what carats actually mean, what color scales there are, what’s plausible and not, etc. we spoke for a little bit and he recommended that I go to the DD website to help with more ideas how to build the perfect ring. With the knowledge, charisma, friendliness, and confidence that Mr. Phillips displayed, I was certain I found the jeweler for me. So with that experience of meeting Lonnie who will ensure I create the perfect ring, I got to work on my time on the DD website and generated a broad idea of what I wanted. I met with Mr. Phillips again to piece together all of my ideas that I wanted to incorporate into the ring. Lonnie took the time and worked with me upwards of 4 hours in store ensuring that every aspect of the ring is perfect. Feeling good after Lonnie and I put our heads together to generate this work of art, he told me the ring would be done in 4-6 weeks. 28 days later Lonnie personally called me to tell me it was ready. I went and picked up the ring the next day, the ring was EXACTLY as I imagined. Lonnies ability to take someone’s dreams and put it into reality is something rare and one of a kind. My over all experience at diamonds direct was 6 out of 5 stars. All my expectations were exceeded and I couldn’t be happier.

I can not express enough how much I appreciate Jeff Hawkins. He eased all my concerns and answered all my questions with such patience. Jeff genuinely cares about getting you the best diamond for you- not just making a sale at a certain price tag. I took my son to pick out wedding rings and Tricia was extremely patient and helpful. It didn’t seem to matter how long it took or how many visits to get it exactly right. I had been interested in adding another bracelet to my arm. We went through every one they had before I settled on one. I am that shopper who has to see everything before I decide. When I got home I was having second thoughts and they were having an event that started the next day with several vendors bringing in more pieces. I recently went to Diamonds Direct to have a necklace chain fixed. Chen, the general manager, welcomed me and brought me to the repair desk. My necklace was repaired within days and Chen was there to greet me again and make sure I was happy with the repair. Between the excellent repair service and Chen’s caring service, I will only be using Diamonds Direct in the future. Ask for Chen and you will not be disappointed.

Kim Kellam is the absolute best for everything sparkling. She takes her time and works with you to find the absolute perfect piece(s) specifically for you. MUST SEE COME AND SEE JEFF HAWKINS!!Usually I hate going to jewelry stores. Try to make average stuff seem good. NOT THIS STORE!First went to this location little over a year ago and met JEFF HAWKINS. He is not the normal salesman that will try every trick to “butter” you up just to make a sale. Jeff has a great personality, listens to what you are trying to achieve and has a great way to show you exactly what your looking for. Found the perfect engagement ring for my wife who absolutely loves every detail. Taking Jeff’s suggestion, we came back about a month later to an event they were having and bought our wedding rings. Following his advice we saved several hundreds of dollars. Recently came back to see Jeff for our one year anniversary. Jeff immediately remembered me and once again listened to what I was trying to buy and came up with a custom design and found the best way to save me hundreds more. I tell everyone Jeff is my diamond dealer and I will NOT buy from anyone else!

I want to start by saying my fiance loves the ring and if it were based on that alone I would give 5 stars. Lonnie was GREAT and very professional by taking notes on everything we discussed at my first visit in November. When I was finally ready to make my purchase in February he was ready to go. I definitely felt no pressure to buy anything and I have to say their customer service is second to none. They addressed all of my concerns and helped me know I was making the right decision buying from them.
