Amy was very nice. I came in to have my ring re sized, rushed before the holidays & they surprised me next day. I am impressed with the short wait time.

Gigi was great, I was in a hurry, decided to buy a watch on a whim. Happened to call this location and and gigi picked up. Texted her the exact watch I wanted and she had it ready when I got there. 15 min in and out. It was awesome customer service, will definitely be shopping with her again.

Store 1269Store manager MarianneAfter an unfortunate event with my engagement ring and wedding band in the garbage disposal I called the store to check my warranty and was advised to come in anytime to see what could be done. The certified diamontologist inspected the damaged and confirmed my worst fear that the damage was irreversible and the ring was totaled. Store manager Marianne made one phone call to see if there was anything in her limits she could do, after a quick wait she returned to share great news that she could replace my damage ring with a brand new one and I would only have to pay $225 for the warranty policy on the new ring! Best customer service I received by far from any establishment. I will continue to only use Zales and this location for all my jewelry needs.

After I got my wife her 4K ring, diamond falls out. No biggie, took it to the kiosk to get it repaired. 10 months later still waiting on it to be actually repaired, while paying interest on it the whole time. Save your money for somewhere else with better quality and efficiency. Zales is a scam.Update: After months of no reply from this Zales, we had to contact another kiosk to get our ring back. Finally they sent in a replacement but lost the original.

Went in to get wifes engagement ring fixed prong broke on it. Had about a 2 week turn around and was reasonably priced.

The staff here has been wonderful to me every time I go in. They are willing to go the extra mile for me and my special orders.

Marianne was so helpful and kind over the live chat feature. She helped me get some things done and took the extra initiative to see everything through - I can really tell this store takes care of its customers!

I bought a ring from here back in May that I absolutely LOVE, but after just getting it back from having a diamond repaired and noticing that another diamond had fallen out, I was a bit disappointed with my product. So, I decided to go into the store and see what could be done. The manager, Marianne, came up to me, and I told her what was going on. She immediately told me that should not be happening and helped me out within seconds to get a new ring so that I could stop having that issue. Im pretty sure I was in there for under 3 minutes. I went in feeling just like nothing was going to be done other than me having to send it back, again, but she helped me out so well! I was amazed at the level of customer service with the friendliness, efficiency, and timeliness. Just reminds me why I love Zales in the first place :)

I called ahead to see what time they closed, the lady said 6pm. I explained that I was on the way. I got there at 5:20pm and the store was completely locked up. We stood outside while the lady just stared at me.

Place is a joke Manager has no idea what’s she doing..... they need new staff members

Honestly I love Zales but the customer service here is repulsive. We have spent a large sum of money at this location for jewelry that had to be ordered. I have been promised calls for when it arrives and they never call. When I call no body answers or they tell me they will track it and what do you know it’s sitting at the store waiting for pick up. Hire someone who will take care of the people who buy from the store. DO NOT SHOP at this location.

Went in to get my daughter her first necklace, she was super excited. After waiting for 20 minutes the extremely rude staff never acknowledged us, there were 2 employs working and 2 other customers. A simple acknowledgement of we will be with you in a moment would have been nice.

I bought a ring from a different place and the ring was too big. I told Amy Ramirez that I needed the ring two sizes smaller and I needed it back fast. Not only did she get it done fast, she went out of her way to ensure that I was able to have it before my girlfriend left for the weekend. Best experience at zales this far. I would highly recommend Amy Ramirez and the rest of the staff at the Lynhaven mall location.

Worst customer service I have experienced with a Zales in 20 yrs of having my rings.

I was worried about visiting this store after reading previous reviews, but it was an overall okay interaction. I went in to return an item I purchased online. The sales associate had a hard time finding my order, but she persisted until she was able to make the return official.

I had such a good customer service here. Amy helped me to find a watch which I really love it. :)

The manager? was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She didnt even try to help with my warranty issue. Every time I go in there she is extremely unfriendly and overly assertive. The only way she can possibly make commissions is if she intimidates customers into buying. I wish the best for the new guy cause he seemed very nice and friendly. Dont work for someone like that long! Mean bosses ruin your spirit and give you bad customer service habits.

Like the other reviews online this store ignored my presence, there was only one other customer and guess what? They were waiting too! After being there 15mins to make an online purchase return to the store, they told me they dont do returns! Lies, and Do yourself a favor do not buy thier jewelry.

So I called this morning to see if the rings I paid thousands of dollars for were sized for my wife and I. Someone answered the phone and I asked if the rings were ready. She said that the computers were not open yet. Why would someone answer the phone to say that they are not open. And she couldnt take a few minutes to look to see if the rings were ready, probably in a draw with my name tagged in them. You would expect a company that sells products that are in the thousands of dollars would go a little above and beyond to check and not use the lame excuse that the computers are not open.
