Visiting the area and accidentally got sand on the charger part of my phone. Walked in and Jesse greeted me with a smile. Took my phone and literally gave it back in about two minutes saying it was fixed! WOW! Jesse shared with me what to do next time to alleviate the problem. If I could put 0 starts or less I would. They stole $25 from us for a non refundable deposit contract for a service that they changed the initial conditions and they made mistakes with the diagnostic and services they offer for that contract. Additionally to that Tiara was very disrespectful. She was screaming to me by phone after and she didn’t want to let me talk and when I was trying to claim my money back. We waste money and time and we were disrespected for this business.

I came in this past Tuesday to have my phone fixed after dropping and breaking one for the first time in my life. I checked around and saw that CPR had great reviews and saw that they were relatively nearby. I left it with them and was given a price of $125. I thought it was a fairly reasonable price and left it there. I asked if they could email me status updates, but was informed by the gentleman at the counter that they didnt use emails for that purpose and that he could call me instead. I dont have a home phone and really couldnt give him a friends or relatives number because, well, all my contacts were on my phone, so I took their business card and left. I called on Thursday from a coworkers phone and asked and the phone was answered by a tech, presumably. He told me that the screen they received was the wrong one and that they had already ordered another and that it would be ready in another 1-2 days, but most likely 2. It was a little annoying, but the shop couldnt help that sort of thing. Accidents happen . With that, I called on Friday just to check and make sure my phone still wasnt ready. This time the phone was answered by a manager and without really inquiring, she informed me that the screen they had received to fix mine was broken by the tech and it would be most likely fixed on Sunday. I was pretty bummed by the fact I had been lied to by the tech the previous day and also by the fact Id have to wait five whole days without my phone which is a relatively mild inconvenience. I asked if I could receive a discount and was offered $10 off. $10 was better than nothing, but I felt like it was a bit of a low-ball and I couldve probably asked for a bit more. Maybe $25. Saturday afternoon came and I decided to once again just check to see if it was ready, and it was. I came in, paid, and received my phone in good working order. My phone works great, and Im all the happier for that. I leave a 2 star review because while I read about everyones positive experience, mine felt inadequate. I was lied to about the original screen, and I have mixed feelings about this coming from a business I came to for my first ever cell phone repair. If the tech wouldve been up front with me about the screen, I wouldve been cool without and probably laughed about the lighthearted irony of a cell phone place breaking a phone screen. I was also going to recommend to the gentleman today whim returned my phone today that they utilize emails for phone updates, because I couldve checked a computer just about anytime, but I forgot and left. Turning my phone back on, I checked my emails and saw that I indeed did have an email that I received yesterday from the shop informing me that my phone was fixed. I hope nobody sees this review as scathing, because at the end of the day my phone was fixed, and the price was fair. My experience was just very inconsistent and my two big issues were being lied to, albeit the lie was harmless, and that I dont feel like the staff themselves understood their own communication methods with customers. I hope this business does well and grows with time.

Took my iPhone X in for a screen repair. Total cost of the repair was $115 (which is a massive bargain compared to what other computer repair shops charge.) The repair took about 2 hours long. The cost and service time were fantastic. However, about a month after the repair, my phone dropped from my hand onto its face destroying my front screen. Mind you, I have NEVER had my phone without a decent case and the protective glass to prevent instances like this. When I assessed the damage to my phone, the front screen cracked entirely and the protective glass was intact. I’ve never had this problem with the screen from the original manufacturer (first time the glass broke was entirely my fault.) The screen I received from CPR also had a noticeable afterimage when switching to another app which honestly didn’t bother me all that much. Overall, the staff and service was very good, however the quality of the products that they use for repair is subpar. You get what you pay for.

If you have an apple device just take it to apple. CPR replaced my screen but I did not realize they don’t use authentic apple parts. First one was a dud, caused massive typing issues so they replaced it again. Second time the typing problem was fixed but I dropped the phone in a store and it shattered again. So I spent $170 and my phone broke within 2 weeks. I took it directly to apple for a mere $30 more ($200 total) and got an authentic apple display which, as anyone With an apple product knows, is VERY durable. That being said CPR did a good, fast job. I just felt screwed because I did not realize I was getting a knock off item that would easily shatter if dropped on on solid floor. So this is me telling all of you, if you have an apple product just go to APPLE.

Today I went in with a broken screen and nicely the clerk offered to help. Once I returned to retrieve my phone my Face ID was not reading I let the gentleman that assisted me know and he let the clerk who fixed the phone know, suddenly her voice got stronger and louder with our interactions. She asked for my passcode and I apologized and told her I would need to see the phone to enter it and give to her I know it by muscle memory. She rolled her eyes and went to get it. My phone was given an error that has only shown up one other time after the screen was fixed and the clerk readjusted it and it went away, I mentioned this to her and she spoke in a condescending tone as if she were taking to someone incompetent and repeated what she said, I nicely said ‘I completely understand what you are saying I am just giving you my past experience with this’ she snatched the phone, I asked was there a problem she said, I just need to test it. When she returned my Face ID worked she rushed and said I needed a some type of board and did not take the time make sure I knew what it was, I again asked was there a problem she again repeated herself telling me I was wrong with my past experience, I said ‘I mean with me because you are being rude and snatched the phone from me... the clerk said no I wasn’t i need you to sign here, I sign she said I was not being rude, I said ‘you are still talking rude’ (her voice tone was 100% different than what it was before I mentioned something was wrong) she said IM SORRY YOU FEEL THAT WAY, YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY! Turned around too. I said YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY TOO..... I DID NOT get a RECEIPT, DID NOT GET CHARGED EITHER which leads me to believe she did something wrong, once in my car my phone was then giving me an error message, I COULD NOT PULL UP GPS OR NOTHING ONLINE. I wasn’t helped with how they could help or where I needed to go if they could not help either. The experience hurt my feelings, I have received crevice from other CPR stores in past years 2 times and they were nothing like this.

I took in two IPADS that my grandson broke the glass on. I thought that they were trashed but on the recommendation of a close friend I took them to CPR Cell phone repair. I dropped them off on Wednesday and picked them up on Saturday. They were like new? You can’t beat $99 to repair broken glass on a $600 IPad. I will use them again.

Ciara (sorry if I spelled that wrong) and the gentleman that worked with her today (2/26 @11:30am) were so sweet! Came in with a problem and even in the beginning I was kind of rude, they still helped me out. Ciara tried to see if a quick fix would work and it did! In and out in less than 10 minutes. They fixed the look of my phone.... but they didnt fix the phone.... I cracked my screen pretty badly and it would press things on the screen. It still does that just less bad. Maybe it was just this repair man.. but all of the money was not worth a half done job.

I had been having a very busy stressful day and I had a hard time getting my phone repaired at the Norfolk CPR, the attendant was not very helpful so I called the Virginia Beach store and they were very helpful. When I arrived I was treated very well and helped quickly by Sotiris. He was very professional and kind. If I ever need my cell phone repaired again I will definitely be going to this location.

Its a decent shop. I went there for two cellphone repairs. Both phones were broken for years. They fixed my iphone 6 (LCD and screen replacement), soon afterwords the screen started to tap things by itself. If this phone was my main phone id be really upset. The problem occurs off and on though. The second phone was a galaxy grand prime (lcd and screen replacement) which they had to order the part but ended up sending it to the wrong store. They gave me a discount for the wait, so all was forgiven. But on the galaxy i seem to have the same problem as with iphone. So if you need to fix a phone simply to get your photos or information from this place is convenient.

Got my phone fixed, had to had to replace the screen.

At first, service was great. Got my phone fixed and paid. (I needed a battery replacement & a new screen). Everything was going fine for a few days, then my phone would randomly turn off and the apple logo would come back up. Wouldnt turn completely on, just stuck at the apple logo, then go dark. Finally would get it to turn back on, and it would last for maybe an hour or so. Continued to happen. Then one night I was working and it happened again. But this time it never turned back on. Took it to Apple yesterday, come to find out my whole entire thing was fried. Had to buy a BRAND NEW PHONE because of this.

Professional experience and friendly staff. Hope to not be back again (because who wants to keep breaking their phone screen), but if you are looking for great service, go here!

Broke my iPhone 11pro screen, took them 3 days to fix it. Cost almost 500, screen was very poor quality. The person at the store said there was nothing wrong with the screen but obviously there was. Took it to apple cost 290, and only took an hour to fix. If you have broken iPhone screen just take it to apple store, it’s super cheaper, and you get a normal screen.

Another excellent experience at CPR! My daughter dropped her phone and needed a new screen. After sitting in wonderful Virginia Beach traffic we got there 40 minutes before closing. I was almost sure we were going to have to drop it off and pick it up the next day. I was wrong. He fixed it for us and we left with it. My daughter was so happy!! This place is awesome!

Excellent service both in the Virginia Beach and Norfolk stores. Replaced my HTC phone screen for the best price in town. Had them order the part in the Norfolk store for repair in the Virginia Beach store. They called me when it arrived and I dropped off my phone. The repair took about 2.5 hours to complete. Everything works great. Very happy with their service, Jessie in the Norfolk store and Travis and in the Virginia Beach store. I would definitely recommend them and based on the many customers walking in both stores, their business is good!

My son is in Virginia Beach for college - I am in Florida. We specifically chose this company to fix his phone because of the warranty they offer. 3 weeks later his phone is not working. They refused to honor the warranty because it appears to have physical damage. Satira (sp?) was the worker when my son first went in and he was rude and condescending. I called and spoke with Skylar who promised to call me back and never did. I called next day and spoke with Satira- who said at first he remembered my son yesterday. My point is that the phone would not have physical damage to it if the repair was done properly and/or the replaced part was faulty. He laughed and said I made no sense. He also said if that were the case there would be discoloration. THERE WAS DISCOLORATION!! He then refused to send me a copy of the warranty and said that type of work is more than his pay scale. He then back peddled and said he never met my son. This place is beyond dishonest. And as a mother out of state- I was hopeful to have found a trustworthy business. Not the case here.

I got three quotes to fix my Pixel 2 and CPR was the best price. The screen for my phone wasnt in stock but came the very next day! The actual repair only took an hour. Very happy with the service and overall experience.

On my first day of work at my new job my phone got ran over by our work trucks. Phone still worked but my screen was heavily cracked. Called around to cell repair shops near me and came across these guys. I had to order the part and waited for it to arrive at their shop. Once it came in, I dropped off my poor phone and they said itll be done within an hour. Lo and behold it too less than an hour for the technician to fix my broken screen. They do awesome work! I recently went to the CPR store in Norfolk. Jesse was really polite and efficient. I had an old iPhone 5s I wanted to get the screen replaced on so I could use it as a iPod. Jesse had my phone fixed in an hour. It works great, looks great and everything was affordable. I was really hesitant on going but I’m glad I did. Best part is the website provides free estimates and you can book an appointment online, which I did just in case it was busy. My estimate I receive was correct.I completely recommend CPR in Norfolk.

Came here for a battery replacement on my Galaxy S9. Was shocked when I was quoted $50 for new battery with labor, thats a hell of a deal. Battery had to be ordered but came within two days, they gave me a call and told me it arrived. I went down there and an hour later left with a brand new battery in my S9. Awesome service and an awesome price.

This is my third time replacing my screen in 2 weeks. The first two times my screen was broke was due to user error (dropped my phone multiple times) so on the second fix I purchased a screen protector. But for some reason the next day my screen was black and it no longer worked. I returned to Virginia Beach CPR quite upset wondering what happened and whether or not there was a reasonable resolution. Comes to find out there wasn’t it was neither due to an error they made nor an error I made. But Joe being the upstanding man that his is offered to replace my screen for me this one time and allow me to test the device before leaving. And whatever happens after that is on me. I truly appreciated this and needed it being a student who works full time. I will definitely be visiting CPR for all my electronic repair needs for the rest of my life. I ordered a screen on a Friday and came in on a Monday. They told me after they tried to fixed it that the screen wasnt responding to touch which was a lie. The owner ordered the wrong screen to try to save a buck. So they reordered another and told me Id get a discount. I waited til the following Friday and then told me there was a delay in shipping and would have to wait again and offered the same Discount as before. That again was a lie as I found out the guy broke my replacement putting it on. I got my tablet back and refund of the deposit as well. Then I found out they didnt hook up my sound correctly putting it back together and had to have to refix it. I will never go back to this store for a repair ever again.

I went to get my phone screen fixed that’s all it needed and when I got it back I went home and my Face ID wasn’t working anymore and I contacted them a week ago and still no answer I want a refund for a whole function of my iPhone X not working anymore after the repair!!

The people that work here are definitely not there just to make money. I went there w/ a cracked iPhone 7, to the guy who helped me said that he could fix the screen, but could totally fix the home button.He recommended that I pay the deductible through the warranty company.At least he was honest.

They got the job done but I was a little disappointed that I made an appointment online. call them about 20 minutes before I was going to be there and they said there would be like an hour or two not very long. when I showed up 20 minutes later apparently a bunch of people got in line and started turning in their phones as walk up which they put in front of me so it took 4 hours instead of 1. At least I got it done. And it works otherwise they would definitely got less stars.

These guys are a lifesaver.. I really didnt want to pay another 700 plus $s for a new phone. I am really greatful for a cost effective repair. My phone is back to new and running like a champ.On top of that.. The staff that assisted me was fun, caring, and professional. I really appreciated their assistance making an aggravating situation easy.

Dont waste your time going anywhere else. This guy knows what he is doing! I wouldnt take my phone to another repair center if the charge was FREE! Travis is the best in this area and that comes from an Iphone XR owner plus other Iphones I have taken in to be fixed. Not only do they fix screens, if you phone has another issue, before you make an insurance claim take it in or call them first. My last trip in he fixed an XR with screen damaged from an airsoft bullet hitting it without any protection. I just knew it was done but he fixed it for 1/2 of the cost to replace it through my paid insurance. I will never send back a phone to be replaced again before I take it to Travis first. And Travis needs a raise!

This was my second visit, and I’m a picky customer, so that says a lot about their quality of practice. I brought my wife’s and my 6S Plus iPhones for screen replacements and the staff knocked both replacements out in an hour! The work quality rivals a brand new phone and the screens are responsive with no noticeable issues thus far. I definitely recommend CPR to anyone who values their damaged smart phone and is sane enough to stay away from paying hundreds, if not thousands of dollars to simply buy a new smart phone.

Took my iPhone 6S Plus to the for a battery replacement. The tech accidentally shattered my screen while attempting to pop open the phone. The technician wasn’t very professional and actually a bit obnoxious. However, I personally don’t mind, it’s just my unbiased review. My replaced battery works pretty much as new, however my “new” screen replacement seems to have a constant slight flicker and sometimes the touch screen doesn’t respond. I’d come here again because the service is the cheapest I could find in the VA Beach area and also because the battery replacement was a complete success. I just wish my screen didn’t have to be swapped out too.
