I agree with the reviews the service was amazing! Needed to get my brakes & rotors fixed and the guy gave me a reasonable price. He was very friendly and efficient. Ill be coming to take my car to these guys in the future. Highly recommend 👌🏾

This place was recommended to my family and I from our AAA tow guy. The helped we received was amazing. Went in for a basic car inspection and he was able to get me an appointment within a day. He explained everything wrong about it and gave me his honest opinion. Much appreciated and good place to trust!

The service here is really fast, and extremely friendly. They are not over priced & get the job done in a reasonable time. My new shop I will be STICKING to out here in the high desert. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Had to get my heat shield replaced, the dealer was charging me $490. I brought it to Villegas and they gave me a price range $80-$190. It turned out to be even less. The work was very well done and quick too. Great service and very professional, highly recommend.

I had appt 11:00 o’clock I been so stressed out my track light and engine light came on Sunday and I was totally worried that I would have to buy another car but today Ventura put my brain at ease he checked it after I had put a new gas cap on and he did a tune up checked everything with evap hoses all passed Ventura is a honest man I will take my cars there god bless him for helping me today thank you ventura

Car is unrepairable, Ventura tried his best to find part that has been discontinued. Very helpful and communication was great.

I am from out of town and was leaking oil. My brother in law recommend me here and it was great experience. I was in and out in a couple of hours and the problem was solved. He charged me cheap and doesnt try to take your money. Definitely reccommend to everyone!

I went because I read the reviews, It was not what I expected garage was behind 3wks of work. I emailed for a quote and appointment the night before but there system was done I was told once I arrived from Barstow on top of the charge for diagnostic text beginning 125.00

Honesty, fairness, pride of workmanship - sadly, these traits of integrity are no longer common in our world . . . but Villegas Auto possesses them all! To put it simply, Ventura is a great mechanic who also happens to possess superior customer service skills. He took his time to inspect my car THOROUGHLY, showing me exactly where and why (in laymans terms) problems existed; gave a fair estimate of each possible repair; and prioritized what was urgent vs. what could be done at a later date. He did not pressure nor catastrophize anything he pointed out, and when the work was completed, there were no surprises, no add-ons, and no upticks in price; in fact, he even made a few small adjustments gratis simply because he values his customers and takes extreme pride in his work.I dont know about you, but I am so tired of getting rooked by service people, wondering if they really are ethical or simply good talkers. Well, Ventura is NOT that kind of mechanic; rather, hes that rare individual whose word actually does means something, whose assurances that he will stand by his work are sound . There are so many unscrupulous auto technicians out there (perhaps even some who sabotage an engine to ensure future work), so it was such a blessing to have found a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and honest person who cares about me as more than a profit . . . Villegas Auto has earned my trust and my loyalty as a HIGHLY satisfied customer.

Mr. Hose who works at the Villegas Auto, was very helpful in finding the solution to fixing the stud on my front passenger side tire. We both thought it was going to cost a lot of money; but with his expertise in handling this type of problem was able to minimize the cost and the time required to fix it. He also showed concern when he realized the brake pad was going bad and suggested we take care of that now and he did do as he said.Thank you Hose, for your knowledge and good customer service to meChristy Amerson.

My sister came in from out of state and needed work done on her A.C. which had died somewhere in Arizona 😳 he was fast, courteous and did a fabulous job.

We always take 2 of our cars to get serviced here its affordable an excellent experience. I highly recommend to take your car here if it needs service or just an oil change.

Thursday May 9 2020 Called to make an appointment to get my car fixed. I was told to call back next Thursday to make an appointment for Friday. I called 6 times today May 21st 2020 and got no answer. I left my number for him to call me and validate the appointment, no call. Not good business.

They did outstanding work on both my vehicles at a very reasonable price! Identifying 3 major issue(gasket repair for valve covers and spark plugs and wires) all needing immediate replacement and 3 minor issues(Blend door actuator for the AC, right locking door actuator for automatic locks and wiring default allowing my windows to roll down/up properly) both the causes and solutions with my Explorer Xlt ‘03 were found and set for repair in just a few days, they even went outta there way to find two “like new” parts(visor driver side and center console cover) that I never had in my vehicle cab when I purchased, they also worked on my ‘08 Acura RL doing a fluid flush on my differentials both front and back and the transmission fluid! Great work and would recommend to anyone needing Great mechanic in the high desert/ Victorville area!!!
