Brake masters is way over priced and try to sell you what you dont want all for the buck. I took my truck to midas for the same repair where brake master wanted to charge me 230 for a rear drum break change. And was able to get the same break job done for 130 at Midas. Thatv as a no brainer! 🤯 Blew my mind!

The shop was very clean with an air conditioner waiting room. Eddie was very helpful and worked with me on a good appointment time. It would be nice if they had a vending machine. I would definitely refer someone to go here.

Very professional and friendly staff, they can be very busy at times which increases your overall wait time but in the end they get the job done right. I had an alignment done here and I couldnt be happier with not only the work done but the reasonable pricing. I would ultimately recommend them, just make sure you have some free time.

We went to have them change our oil since we bought the oil. Cost 35 dollars for labor. We have them two 5 quart mobil 1The car takes 6 quarts. They gave us back 2.5 quarts. Where did the other 2.5 quarts go?? They should have given back 4 quarts. I hope they didnt just pull some BS. But I smell BS. I asked the guy and all he says is I dont know....super weird and shady. They also said I needed to replace all my brakes and it would cost $562. Lol please do not ever believe them. My brakes are fine. They are trying to make money. And brake change that expensive is not right.I went home, checked the oil and found out it was way over filled and super dark for new oil . They didnt change my oil and just over filled it. Most dishonest people ever. It is sad that they can even live with themselves...They over charge for brakes and will do shady things to you if you dont do the brakes with them.

Denied Services as a Disabled Combat Veteran. Asked if I was clotshotted. I am not nor will I be. Then asked if I had a mask I said no and Im exempt by my disability. They looked as if I was lying to them.Then I replied I can prove this to you although Im not required too I will. They said I said they need to make accomodations for the disabled and they replied well weve heard of the laws but we dont care around here. I asked for their card they obliged and then I said that would have to report them. They didnt care. An honest review. These others mustve been friends or family or rare chanced customers with truly good experiences. Were still the USA right and theres no local laws stating a mask is mandatory.ppretty sad this is how Veterans are being treated in this area.

Richard provided exceptional service. He was able to get me in last minute and make the needed repairs to my rim and he went the extra mile by finding just the right lug nuts for my hub.

I came here for an oil change. They changed my oil and turned of my maintenance required light once they were finished. They were very fast & friendly. They even checked my brakes as well for free. Im very satisfied.

Do not come to location unless you want to spend 4+ hours waiting for your brakes to get done. Was recommended this location by a friend as opposed to going to a dealership for my brakes and not only did I check in at 12:48 and left at 4:48 on the dot. But they let me know about 3 hours in that they didn’t have the right parts and were waiting on them. This could’ve been discussed with me earlier so I could reschedule for a day when the parts were available, instead I waited around thinking a company with the word “brake” in their name would be a solid substitute to paying a little more at a dealership. I would not recommend unless you would rather call off work and wait in a brake masters lobby to accimdate their time frame like I did without any compensation added to the total.

Great service and fair prices, would recommend. Only reason Im not giving full 5 stars is because when I had an appointment at 4pm, they werent able to get to my car until 6pm (because they were really busy, maybe understaffed?). But other than that it was a great experience.

Unprovoked rudeness everytime I go there. This location is usually my last resort when Im in need of an oil change because of the rudeness. Today was my last attempt to give them money ever again.

I drove to their business right at closing and they helped me with a flat tire with ease. I called 7 different places for help and they all said no, but this store was so willing! Thank you all again!

Had appointment at 10 and they said they would get it in right away but did not start for 30 mins while we waited. There were no other cars in the slots where our car was taken. Employees were standing or walking around not working. That does NOT make a 5 star Great service! But 2 1/2 hours later, job was completed.

Took my car in for an alignment and tire rotation the guy was rooted the counter the first but then he was okay so I proceeded after having my car back there for a while he said that I had a nail in my tire my tires were bad which I just got new tires last year they couldnt do the rotation or the alignment because of this and that my control arm was cracked needless to say I went to the tire shop down the street the nail was not in the tire it was on the tire and my tires are not bad we will find out about the control arm tomorrow

The manager Richard is amazing, he’s always looking out for his customers and making sure your car is in great condition. They have good deals and they take their time with each car. I never have any complaints. I trust my car entirely in their hands!!

Very unprofessional. Front desk Ed quoted me a price of 287 out the door for brakes and alignment. Once the car was done they went from 287 to 357. I asked why they had no answer. I told him he quoted me 287. His excuse was he doesnt remember he talks to 100 people a day. Then I caught him talking behind my back to his co worker about me saying that I never told that guy 287 so after arguing with him he had me pay 297. Very unprofessional and rude

These guys are the best! If you want a good, solid mechanic, this is the place. I highly recommend. Theyre not the cheapest in town but theyre not the most expensive either. They stand behind their work.

Reasonably priced oil change

They seemed pricy to me, but according to other reviewers its on the affordable side compared to others. Nonetheless, before I go back I may try learning to replace brake pads myself. When I first went in they had freakin 700 Club playing on the lobby TV. Not exactly a crowd pleaser. Instead of growing nauseated by Pat Robertson I took a walk to the nearby donut shop to wait it out. BM is close to other similarly convenient businesses, like 7-Eleven and Jack in the Box. I wanted a place that did brakes only, so I could be sure they were true brake experts. So far the brake work is holding up well.

I will never be going back there again. They didnt tighten my lug nuts properly and said it is normal to take off lug nuts by hand with no tools.

My son takes his car here all the time, great workers!

I have been using this Brake Masters shop for several years and Richard and all of his mechanics who service several of my vehicles have always done excellent work at what I feel is a very fair price. I have tried other shops (usually only once) and have received poor service or been over charged for services/parts. I have never had to return to this shop to have work they had completed fixed, its done right the first time.

I cant believe what happened. I took my car to do an oil change. First the mechanic said my car might be leaking oil. I didnt really believe that cause I just bought the car. And its never gave me any problems. I came into today to jiffylube Today cause you guys were close but Im glad I came here to the pain the you guys great my bolt. Now I Had to pay an extra 90 to get it fix dont mind paying extra money if I did the problem but this is Totally not even my fault was giving you guys a chance But it looks like giving my good faith to people didnt work out this will be the last time i ever ever ever ever go to you guys my car is everything my car is my way to work I cannot afford for mechanics to f**** up my Stuff

This place is a rip-off. Took my car for brakes and this Eddie guy was so rude and unprofessional. Had a very bad experience I’ll never recommend this place to anyone. I ended up calling corporate and was able to get my service for free . Went back to the same spot in Victorville and once again but now this time the manager was very rude. I called corporate back and they ended up sending me to the location on Hesperia. Which by the way the gentleman working the front desk was very polite and understanding. I wish there was more people like him .

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received here. I came in late about an hour before they closed after talking to Eddie on the phone. They stayed open later to get my brakes done for me. They were kind, and they seem to really care about being sure people are driving safe cars. They’re not just about making money like other shops around. Prices were alil higher n they try n say free brake inspection that will apply to ur repair n than charge u 65 if u dont want a repair. They did a good job on the brakes thou. Needed brakes front n back n rotors total $600 came with lifetime brakes n rotors so its worth it.

They are usually pretty quick, especially if you get there first thing in the morning. They have coupons on their website for various services.

Went in for front alignment. Presented on line coupon for 20 off. Which brings there high price down to average for the areA. Was told i needed parts that i do not need. Formerly ase certified. The coupon i used would cut into techs commission. He was looking for whatever he could to stick it to me. Go else where.

I rate them a big fat ZERO!!! Poor quality off work!!! There customer service is a joke And a big rip off too. Brake pads wore down within a couple of weeks. They blame it on defective pads. But the problem wasnt the pad. It was the caliper not releasing. Which they said they had looked at and found no problem. Now there saying nothing is under warranty and I will have to pay again to replace them. Dont bring your car here!!!!! Please take elsewhere!!! Worthless shop!!!

Sadly they couldnt fix my brake light staying on, paid for Diagnosis was told it was a switch came back next day wasnt. I was refunded my money . Sadly still have a brake lite on when car in gear. But I believe them to be Good Honest service station. Will Reccomemd to others.

Took my car there to get my brakes looked out, and boy, they seemed to find a ton of issues with my car. 1 of which was clearly visible, and the reason I brought my car in. Took care of the main problem (which I found out I had overpaid for parts by a decent amount, but ill live with that) I take my car somewhere else, find out I didnt have all the leaks and troubles they tried to scare me with to make a dollar. Will not be returning, will not recommend.

Brake Masters fixed the broken wheel stud that my tire shop provided. They fixed a few more studs that were stripping, which probably saved me a lot of future problems.
