Came in today for a new washer and dryer set for our new apartment everyone was so friendly and greeted you pretty much is soon as you walked in. They helped us find what we were looking for. The process was very easy of filling out paperwork and just giving our personal information. We even got the washer and dryer delivered the same day and the delivery driver John was such a sweet guy informed us about the washer and dryer and also let us know that he is the maintenance man as well so if we ever have any issues we know who would be coming over to help us! This is our first time setting up any rent to own for anything and they made it such an easy experience!

Ray and John showed up on time and got in and out fast and also the best part the price 👌 it was better there every where else in Victoria tx and save us $1,000 thats the best service I ever had! My wife and I are satisfied 👍

Best rent-a-center Ive ever experienced. This place is better than any Aarons store Ive ever been to. The staff are friendly, helpful, generous, and clean! If something breaks they replace it, if they dont have something Im looking for they will order it. They are quick to get the things customers are looking for, and on top of that they have the most reasonable prices! If youre looking for gorgeous, excellent, and clean furniture at a reasonable repayment price this is the place to go. I wont buy my furniture and appliances anywhere else.

Went to rent a center for the first time to look at getting a washer/dryer and possibly some sofas. Right away Alex, the store manager, was very helpful in showing what we wanted to see. One of the employees even gave my daughter a goody bag to enjoy while we looked around. We ended up purchasing a couple items and are very happy with the customer service!

They always work with me if a need an extra day or 2 to make my payment. Theyre very customer oriented and always friendly and helpful with every interaction Ive had with them..Mr. Mike you guys rock!

These guys are crooks. I was willing to extend the rental that left by another, but they wanted ask my personal information and while I was there they picked up on 9/14 the washer and dryer that was paid until 10/1. They were in the process of re renting it to me starting 9/14. Dont trust them they will probably rent you personal information.

Great products but you can get that anywhere! VERY POOR customer service!! They are not mindful of appt times when they set them. You have to repeat yourself over and over when something is set up because they just dont take note of it or just arent mindful of the conversation I guess? They dont answer phones or respond to messages left on their answering service. After receiving an email 3 days ago that my payment was coming up soon Ive attempted to call several times, left several messages and NOTHING! Not a single call returned. My schedule doesnt allow me to go into the store so a phone payment is my only option. Im sure they will try to make me pay a late fee now because of THEIR NEGLIGENCE and unprofessionalism! Corporate will be reached today! And yes I am a loyal, ON TIME paying customer! Only use same as cash option because they arent going to rip me off with all that interest and stillll, they cant call me to receive their 321 dollar payment! Ridiculous
