I went to the local Victoria Bed Bath and Beyond yesterday afternoon after I had already checked their web site to be sure that had the kitchen Aid mixer attachments that I wanted to purchase in stock. Both items showed to be in stock in the local store. I checked the shelve and could not locate one of the items. Went to front and the manager very sharply told me to go to the Small appliance deptAnd she would send someone to find the items for me since I could not find them. A very nice young man came up and politely asked what he could assist me with. I told him I had already checked online and it showed that your store had both items and the manager told me to come back here and someone would help me. He had to go ask her but she very snippily snapped that if it wasn’t on the shelf it wasn’t there. Another employee said they probably had some in the back but the manager would have to get them. Well guess what. The manager was getting ready for her break and did t have time to help me. Well that was fine I thanked the two employees who were very gracious and helped me but told them I would just order online. They both apologized and the young man even walked me to the door apologizing for his manager. Now that’s a keeper of an employee if u ask me. Next time I won’t waste my time or gas to drive to town to buy local from bed bath and beyond. I’ll just order it.

Love it nice place good to customers

In town and decided to shop at the local store. This location in Victoria, TX has got to have the rudest employees EVER! Crystal had an attitude and when I asked to speak with someone because of it the guy that came out said he was a manger also had an attitude. Mona walked by so I stopped her about both of them and she, just like the 2 employees, just didnt care and had an attitude. Im not sure whats going on at this location but none of you had customer service skills. Hiring process might be slim pickings but come on now HQ- do better and be better at choosing whom represents Bed Bath & Beyond! I also witnessed them very aggressively treating another customer horribly. I told Mona I was calling HQ and her response was It will just come to me anyway!

Have some nice products . Walked the store twice, saw atleast 5 or 6 associates. Not one asked how I was doing or if I needed help finding anything . Customer service needs alot of work .

Buying items for our new home. Plenty of inventory and a variety of items to choose from. Clerk was very helpful helping us get set up on-line for coupons and other info from BB&B. We love going to your stores.

I looked online before going into the store. I didnt realize I had not been looking at my local store and wasnt finding what I wanted. A marvelous clerk showed me around, read labels for my old eyes, I found other things I liked better. Everyone was so nice and extremely helpful.

EMPLOYEES VERY FRIENDLY.

They were very nice, helpful and knew what they were doing. They dont carry what I want in the store. You have to order it online and they took care of that for me. It is going to be shipped directly to my house. Very convenient, thank you for all your service.

Great store, I wish their selection was better though. I’m fine making an online purchased especially since they usually waive the shipping fees but they could definitely move to a bigger store and still bank.The staff is pretty friendly but there doesn’t seem to be a whole lot of them during the daytime.

Great place to be, you walk in a get greeted instantly the staff is wonderful and so hard working the manger is great, looks like she works her put off she needs a raise always has a smile and there to help when needed. The store is always clean and smells great walking in the deals are worth the time looking around, will be returning very very soon!

This store especially management (specifically the female management) doesnt even deserve one star. They are incredicably rude and dont even care that they are. These people obviously dont deseve management title and should be fired!!!! What kind of ppl are running this place. I dont recommend this store to my worst enemy. Save the trouble order online if you must or go to another store in victoria but whatever you do dont go in this store. Worst service, rude management treats you like gum in the soles of your shoes.
