Took my iPhone in to have battery replaced. Was told we have to run diagnosis to see if thats the problem. And we only do appointments so you need to schedule online. Im right here in the store you cant schedule here? I dont need a diagnosis I need a new battery. Why do you need to run a diagnosis so you can try and tell me I need to buy a new phone? No thanks. I just need a battery. I know because I looked at my settings. And it doesnt stay charged all day like it use to. Waited for over an hour to see about buying an Apple watch... Only one person working in cell phones but there are employees all over the store standing around talking on there walkie talkies to each other. Dont waste your time at the best buy in Victoria... Not sure how they have 4 plus stars. I would give 0 if I could. Employees do not want to work out provide customer service.
We bought a TV and it was awesome for my Bedroom. Better sound, and its a smart TV and has but in Fire Stick. Love it

The salesmen are very helpful and friendly. I wish they had more of certain high end items in stock so I wouldnt have to wait for delivery. However the delivery speed was very quick. No issues with service at all.

This particular visit was an appointment with the Geek Squad. My tech was ready and waiting for me, extremely cordial and shared what was to me extensive knowledge of my product. He was courteous, professional and let me know absolutely that his intentions were to take care of MY needs 1st and Best Buys needs 2nd. Customer service was impeccable

Didnt make a purchase, but I was disappointed in your lack of selection for standard sized gas stoves. If course I would love the bigger ones, but Im not going to hire someone to cut down my granite and cabinets for it to fit.
The clerks were more concerned with stocking shelves than answering questions about TVs. I remember when they used to have knowledgeable people working there. I did my own research and bought one at Walmart instead.

Updating the review below. It was quite the obstacle course over several days with hours literally on hold, but Geek Squad warranty is now refunding my washer purchase price and allowing me to purchase a new unit. So not easy, but seems like a solution will happen if youre willing to persevere....I bought 3 major appliances here in 2017. Ive been trying to get a Geek Squad repair appointment scheduled since Wednesday (its now Friday night and no appointment even scheduled). On Wednesday I was told someone would call within 24-48 hours to schedule. I called the 800 Geek Squad number tonight after no such calls, and waited over an hour today to talk to someone. Then they assured me they would get me scheduled, asked me to hold for a transfer for 2-3 minutes and then line was never answered (I waited twenty minutes just to be sure). I also tried the local store. The local store does not answer the phone. Now Im in the hour+ wait queue again.Happy to update this review if I can ever actually get the service I purchased. Nobody out there hold your breath!

Very friendly staff, I purchased a freezer and arrived two days later for curb side pick up, before I could even check in an employee came up and said back up to their door, they loaded my truck in no time at all. I went in to purchase a couple of other items and the staff I interacted with all mentioned about how happy they were to be back to work. Ive had good service at all Best Buys over the years, with only one minor exception, this particular one, based on my experience was great.

What I have to say was that we missed the promotion for the total tech support by 1 day..It would have been nice as a courtesy to extend it, since we bought a big screen TV.☹also cant reach the store unless you know the ext. Main call center is in Corpus???? Poor in store service.
What you would expect from a medium sized Best Buy store.
Have take my laptop in 2 times. First time said they couldnt find anything an didnt do the other stuff I wanted. But said to take a video of it when it does it. So I did. Took it back. Showed them the video an got told well it turned on. What do you want us to do. I would like it fixed. Ive payed for Geek squad for years an never used it. An now I need it cant help. O an was told to use it on line services. Well its a little hard when the thing wont turn on. What the hell.

Was going to purchase a TV and after the man kept walking passed us without offering any assistance, we finally asked if they had one in stock. After very rudely saying the stickers on the wall do not match the TVs hanging right next to them (why have placards right next to the wrong TVs in the first place). He could have simply said the plaques don’t match what is on the wall. But he said it in the rudest tone while dragging out the word no like a child. Needless to say we found what we wanted but we will not support this place.

Curb side pu new phone. Was there 8 minutes and service was really quick.
This was the worst visit I’ve ever had here. I stop by just to get some headphones. I knew exactly where it was and I knew the type I wanted. I asked one of the employees walking by to unlock the case so I could get them out to purchase. he just stated “we’re on lunch now”. I really got irritated. He didn’t even let me know if he could find someone to help me.Being a nurse and if someone drops down, those words ‘on break’ doesn’t applies to anyone.I’ve been a manager before and customer service is a key component to any company. It also determines whether a customer returns back to this store/branch.

I purchased a new IPad Pro and was having difficulties getting it set up. I went back to Best Buy and was directed back to the computer area. Jenn was the associate on duty, she took her time and explained to me that until the IOS was downloaded she couldn’t do anything. She hooked me up to the stores WiFi and I sat there and waited. Jenn continued helping customers and taking in new inventory. When the iPad was updated, I was able to see that the iPad was working and I could now use it. Jenn suggested I sign up to take the tutorial class offered by the store. Please express my sincere appreciation to Jenn, she went above and beyond taking care of the old woman who couldn’t figure out how to make her new tool work. It was very much appreciated and it is what makes us keep coming back to Best Buy for our electronic purchases.

If I could give Best Buy ZERO stars I would. I had the breakage protection. They held my device hostage for over 30 days and then damaged it out. Meanwhile I already purchased another computer and they gave me in store credit. I dont need another computer. Best buy sucks. They want me to pour more money into the store when they could just give me my 1000 dollars back.

I had to stop here driving through town from out of town. Im sure glad I did. I was quickly greeted by Gabe the manager. He directed me to the adapter I needed and took the time to answer a few more questions very professionally. Come to find out he has been with BB for many years and was transferred to this location because of his experience. Im sure he will get this place in shape. Im a business owner and would not think twice about hiring people like Gabe. I ended up buying a printer and a few other things just because of his product knowledge. Great job Best Buy on customer service and manager Gabe! Ill be back if Gabe is there even if Im from out of town.

I dont know who said they price match...but they certainly did not & and got an oh well...we cant do that answer. I cant believe people consider buying there because they think theyre getting a good deal. I went in for exact same 2-in-1 I found on Amazon and was shocked the markup at Best Buy was over $400 more expensive. Staff attempted to be helpful, but their knowledge of systems & tablets were severely lacking. Do your research 1st & youll save yourself some cash.

Best Buy here sucks . I went to upgrade my iPhone 6 to the iPhone 7 plus. They told me, since my phone was cracked I had to fix it, so that was $100 then, I went back and they said that Id have to pay the rest of it off for $160 . I went to sprint after that and paid the rest of my phone off there . $32 was left for me to pay off . I went back to Best Buy because they told me I wouldnt have to put anything down and I would receive a $200 gift card to Best Buy. Well, they got the phone out and started filling the stuff out and then they said you need to put $446 down plus tax . So I left, went to sprint and paid $130 and still got the iPhone 7 plus 128GB. Do not go there unless you want to waste your money .
Nobody can beat Best Buy prices and if they do they will always match if. Plus their loyalty program is another great incentive to continue coming back. Highly recommend!
