Purchased two dryers and a washer from millers over a couple of years . Very satisfied with dryers and washer, very helpful service, had little trouble with dryer and they helped me over the phone troubleshoot, simple fix. Thanks millers for you service very helpful recommend youll to everone!

Ive known Bruce,the owner for a long time and hes a great person .Very knowledgeable and has good personnel working for him,this is the place I go for my appliance needs.

Just based on my phone call I wouldn’t use this company. Not to mention they expect you to bring your appliance to them.

Beware of this company. My fridge wasnt cooling so I called Miller Appliance on a Friday afternoon. Bruce said the damper flap was stuck that allowed cold air from the freezer into the fridge. He used a screwdriver to push open the flap and said that may free up the gear. Call me if it does not fix the problem. By the next day it was apparent the problem was not fixed. I called him Monday morning and said it looks like the damper needs replacing. He said hell order the part, approximately $150, and charge me parts and labor. Then says, of course Ill have to charge you another service fee of $108. After discussing his failure to fix the problem during his first visit then attempt to charge me another $108 service fee three days later, I knew I would no longer do business with Bruce or his company. I ordered the part online for $106, tax included, and replaced the damper flap myself in less than 30 minutes.

Not good unfriendly. One of his employees was having a conversation with me while he was in the back. He came in and told me not to talk with because she has work to do and if i continue to talk with her he will charge me double. I thought he was joking but the look on his face i knew he was serious. I said know more. Im from San Antonio had came to Victoria to buy a used heater. I had only went to miller appliance to get the heater change from propane to natural gas. I was there from about 10:10am to after 4:00pm. When he told me he was finish he left leaving a male employee to cash me out. The bill was outrageous there were no part need just a drill bit to make the line bigger for natural gas. For two heater he charge $233.00. I really feel he over charge me and that why Im writing this. I will never offer this service to anyone

Would never recommend to anyone was threatened by the old man here over a bill that wasnt even due yet and got multiple calls with threats and he even complained of other customers of color..so I paid in full and was on my way..no thank you!
