Tire kingdom @2348 TAMIAMI TRL SVENICE, FL hires people who dont know how to lift vehicles and are far from certified auto mechanics they buckled the fenders on my classic car when they lifted it.. then deny it!.. I warned another buddy with Camaro RS and he also specifically ask if they new where to lift it!. they buckled his fenders too again denying its there fault!

Oil change only. After a few days in the garage I notice this large spill. Took car back and they said the Tec did not change the washer seal on the drain plug.1 1/2 to get the oil change an hour to correct it and 20 min to clean the oil off the painted garage floor. Used Dawn but it would not come off driveway pavers.

Zeneca and Jerry did a great job putting on 21 inch Michelin pilot sport AS I’m 2019 Range Rover Sport.

I bought 4 new tires and they where very reasonably priced. The staff was excellent and kept me informed about my car as they worked on it.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for superior service at a reasonable price. Their customer service and auto technicians are top notch.

Recently took our SUV here for an oil change and tire check. Tire needed to be replaced; they had the tire I needed in stock and put it on while I waited. I like that they send you an email quote and check with you before servicing the vehicle. Friendly service!

Not sure yet. This was my first oil change with them. The mechanic told me he had topped all the fluids, yet my windshield washer is either empty or does not work. It just makes me wonder what they really do or do not do at these places.

Clean shop, centrally located, and friendly staff. Full service tire and auto maintenance. Prices are good and the staff will often offer discounts when doing multiple services. They will gladly install wiper blades too. Strongly recommend for auto maintenance and tires.

Seems ok. I made an one hour appointment online for new tire install and wheel alignment. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes apparently because staffing and a backlog at the alignment station. The tires were installed satisfactorily but looked like some scuff marks on the wheels I dont think Id put there. The coffee machine in the social distance waiting room was out of order. Not enough seats for everyone and the ones they have were torture for my one hour butt. Polite and professional, I will go back, but Ill drop off my car next time.

I took my van in in the morning frantic of a flat tire that needed to be replaced but instead they sealed the hole and I was on my way. they did it right away it cost me no money and they work excellent. Great experience taking my Explorer here. Called around and they were even cheaper than Costco who was running a special! Clean inside, very friendly, had Seinfeld going on the TV. Done quicker than promised and they offer a great warranty with free flat fixes (a lot of construction around here so that is gooood!!). Highly recommend

Looking for a tire replacement that I saw available on their website but when the attendant looked into their system, he told me it wasnt available even for ordering it. Offered me one of a different brand which I refused.

Brought my 2016 explorer sport here for an alignment and 2 tires and when I left the alignment was worse than it was when I first went in I called them back and told them my issue. couldnt get me in for 3 days and I waited went back had them do it again for the 2nd time left still felt funny figured it was all the construction in the area after noticing my tires getting destroyed I took the car to another place and wow they told me my alignment was so severely messed up I needed to have it done asap will never go back here didnt even try and get a refund the guy that does the alignment seems to worry about smoking cigarettes more than he does his job careful when the ponytail smoker does your alignment (accidentally gave them 2 stars)

Wade and his techs are the kind of people that deserve to be rewarded. Took a quick walk in mount and balance at the very tail end of a Sunday even though they were jammin. Winners in my book, thank you very much.

On the way down to Venice from up north, I found that I had a faulty valve stem on my right front. Got to Tire Kingdom and talked to Bill. He came out, pulled the old one, put in a new one, refilled the tire, leak checked it first, then capped it. When I asked him how much, he just said, Have a nice day! Being here with out-of-state plates, kind of at their mercy, they could have charged me whatever! Excellent service and best customer service!

Tire Kingdom is in the disservice business.We had a fast leak due to a puncture, pulled in, and asked for service. You can leave it here or make an appointment. But my tire is flat. Not my problem Went accross the street to Tuffy. Tire Kingdom should be renamed Clown Kingdom.As an update - a neighbor with a flat had the same experience whereby he was turned away with a flat tire. Perhaps the owner needs to intern at a tire shop on Jamaica Avenue Queens, a place where tires are routinely fixed on the spot.This is a business which clearly does not need or want my business.

As former mechanic I cannot state enough how disappointed I am with this store. I bought a car at auction and had it brought to another mechanic for repairs. She diagnosed and fixed a few problems but one. The one was a severe shaking on the car from the front left area of the car.I brought the car to TK and I was quoted $1300 to fix the shaking from the front end. I knew this had to be horsesh!t because of the mechanic I brought it to beforehand went thru the car well.So I called TK back and had them do a 19.95 tire rotation from back to front. Guess what, it worked and had only minor shaking.Problem wasnt motor and transmission mounts and a bad wheel bearings. It was simply a wheel that had hit a curb and was out of round.2000 miles later the car is here in Minnesota.I told a dinner party that night about the averted ripoff and all the guests have put Tire Kingdom on thier do not go to list.

Our boat trailer tire had a blow out and my husband sat on the side of the road with our boat while I went to get a tire as soon as the tire kingdom opened. Dan helped me came got my tire out of the trunk and even though there werent any in stock he somehow made it happen in less than 20min. He was kind, fast and super accommodating and a God send .. saved the day thank you Dan sir.

Went by appointment for an alignment, when I got there the guy was nodding hes had from the beginning and I asked him what the problem was he said the truck was too old and it would take him a long time to do it and he wasnt going to tie his guys for that how long and along with other excuses, waste of time!

The people r so nice. I came in with something in my tire. They took .my vehicle back right away and fixed it. I like the idea of them patching the tire instead of plug. Very nice and clean place. On vacation and they help eliminate my stress. Thanks again

2 years ago (just came acrossed these saved pictures) My 25 year old daughter calls me devastated and crying stating they told her she needed a new tire, as she really couldnt afford another one as this would be her 3rd one in 1 year and she was a full time student and quit work for a year to finish nursing school. Since it was late and they were closing I waited till morning to go there to look at the tire because who gets 3 new tires in such short time period? The next morning I go there and told him what kind of car my daughter had and right away he grabbed her tire. You would think he would of grabbed just anyone. Right away I saw they screwed her over, they should have patched it!! I threw it in my truck, went to my tire place in Sarasota Lanning Tires and they looked at it and said it would cost $20 to patch and that it would be almost good as new. I taught my daughter that you can plug a tire as long as it is not in the side wall of the wheel. Shame on them!!

Apparently theyre incapable of flipping tires idk if I had a rim clamp Id do it myself dude full of it if you ask me. Theyre only service you if its worth theyre time definetly hit or miss but there alignments are on point?

Have to say.. They have some of the best front end folks Ive come across. I live closer to a different one and I chose to drive to this location. Even the backend mechanic came out and spoke to me about my car. You dont get that at all the locations. Thanks guys, Ill be back.

These guys are the best. Have been doing business with this location in Venice for over 10yrs. Just picked up 4 new tires today (1/5/18), always professional, courteous and most of all HONEST. My wife needs tires for her Lexus and going back next week. I know this sounds like a review written by a relative but believe me it’s not. You won’t regret doing business at this location.

I had a nail in my tire and took it here to get it patched up. I waited an hour to get it taken care of. Then a day or so later my light came on again for the same tire. I sent my wife back to have it resolved but they said that they needed the car to be left all day to fix the repair. This is my wife’s only vehicle so she wasn’t able to leave it all day. I went back on another day and complained that the repair was done improperly and that the tire was leaking air. They told me the same thing- that they were too busy to have it repaired and that if I wanted to leave the car all day to fix the problem. I then asked if they can just take the tire off and put on my spare but they refused.I went across the street to Tuffy and they too were busy but had no problem accommodating me because I didn’t have all day to leave my vehicle. They put on my spare and called me when the repair was done. Now it works great - no thanks to Tire Kingdom.When it came to taking my money they were able to do the repair quickly but when it came to fixing their own mistake they couldn’t even take of the tire and put on my spare. I ended up paying for the same repair twice.

Id been concerned I would need/be told I needed a new tire (and it would have been a special order), but my story had a much happier ending. The management is always top notch and very customer related. I had the privilege today to work with Otto Delph. They are very knowledgeable and care about there company and the customer. I have had many experiences with Tire Kingdom in Florida and have always had a great experience but the Venice Fl store has been the very best yet. They will not sell you something you do not need. Our mechanic was very responsive to our request for a program wheel alignment check with vibration in the seats and floor. In addition to the alignment, he completed a policy wheel balance, checked the air pressures, and rotated all four tires at no charge. Finally, he checked both the battery and the brakes. Our visit to Tire Kingdom is always a pleasant experience.

Highly recommend. They did a fantastic job replacing a front tire on my car after I hit a curb and cut the sidewall. I did invest in the road hazard policy and it paid for itself with this one instance.

It was within an hour of closing on a Saturday night when a Tire Kingdom dealer in Miami stayed open to replace two tires (one flat and another in need) after returning from vacation. We stopped by Venice Tire Kingdom and met Mark. Mark replaced the remaining two tires and checked alignment. He was one of the most courteous and conscience sales persons that I have ever encountered. While sitting in the show room for an hour and a half awaiting our vehicle, I paid close attention to the manner in which both sales people interacted with customers that arrived with various requests and problems. It was refreshing to witness the most congenial interaction between salesmen and customers that I have ever witnessed. These two individuals should be commended for their professional, caring interaction towards their customers and used as training personnel for those upcoming in sales. Thanks for a great experience. By the way - the price was good as well.

They patched my tire and recommended me to a shop that could replace it with a used tire as my funds were limited. A super stressful situation and they made it much easier for me to deal with. Appointment only, very busy, I went in for a oil change and tire rotation, fluid check. They did change the oil. No refill of fluids, they had a lugnut issue on one side of my car and didnt rotate the tires! I had marked a tire to check and see if they rotated them and they didnt. After the third time, the finally rotated the tires! I would suggest that you mark a tire before you leave your car there to confirm that they do indeed rotate your tires,!

Bait and Switch?I want to let you know about my experience with poor service at this store.I scheduled an online appointment for 7/11/19 to have four tires installed on my SUV.I never received an email confirmation about the appointment.A few days later I received a call from the store, with the representative saying that the tires were not in stock because they were coming from several warehouses, and offering to sell me a higher-price tire instead--bait and switch. We then rescheduled the appointment for 7/15.I brought the SUV to the store for the service and they were unable to find my appt. The rep. then generated another appointment, with the total cost being considerably higher than what was quoted online--again, bait and switch.We then departed the location.This is not the first problem weve had with this store.

We like this shop more than the one on Fruirviille Rd. The manager and other staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Good hours and open 7 days a week! They work with the fidelity insurance plan we have on our car. They give a quote before doing work. And if it is something that can be done at home they tell u that too. Saving money for customer where they can.

For me its all about people and the price. Mr. Otto was absolutely awesome and genuine. I went there because my car was making weird sound. He explained things to me and I did not feel pressured to buy things or service I didnt need. They fixed the problem, my car runs so smooth now. The price was reasonable. I went back to this place to get new tires. So far its been a nice experience.

Not sure why anyone would give these guys a bad review. They always try their best to get me in when they are busy. If there are any promotions running on their tires they always search before finishing the sales. Great job guys. (By the way I dont give the stars because I do not believe in a perfect score.)

On vacation in Sarasota FL and leaving tomorrow for the Ft Lauderdale. Noticed a slow leak this morning and needed to get the tire fixed before I drive across the state. Called 3 places in Sarasota and no one would fit me in today or tomorrow morning unless I wanted to sit and wait for min 2 hours...some said up to 7! But Bill in Venice said come on down, I’ll take care of you anytime between 11:30 and 2:30 today. I made an appointment and when I got here I asked how much it would cost me. He said ....I’ll ket you know. That always makes me nervous but he seemed like an honest guy so I didn’t press him. I went for a walk, came back and he said he was almost done. They’d found a nail. I asked again how much I’d owe him. He said “Happy New Year!! No charge!!!” What a nice guy! Thanks Bill! Anyone in Venice FL need tire service, see Bill. I can’t guarantee you’ll get it for free but you can be sure you’ll be treated well.

Great place! Me and my whole family use them a total of 7 vehicles, they also have nitro fill which saves you money year round with better gas mileage. Peices are good and service is fast and reliable

Took 9 hours to change 4 tires and the oil. Oil change was $40 more than they told me it would be and when they finally finished I got in the car to drive away and the tire pressure light was blinking. 30 minute later it was finally complete. Poor service.

The new store next to Wawa in Venice is really nice. If it is possible to actually trust a mechanic, I would say I trust them more than others. They are good and upfront on everything they think needs to be fixed. I wanted my brakes checked because they squeak and they said my brakes still were still good and didnt need replacing. Yay!

Thank you.Nice job on patching a tire after running over a screw but when they returned my key fob, the lock/unlock buttons were crushed. After bringing it to an attendants attention, I was asked wasnt it that way? I was told the tech that worked on my car would contact me the next day and I never heard from anyone. Key fobs are expensive, guess I am out of luck.

I needed two new tires quickly. No appointment 30-40 minutes in an out. And a plus WAWA is right next to Tire Kingdom so youll be fixed up by the time you finish eating.

We did have to make two trips to get tires installed and then an alignment done, now we have to return because they charged for TPMS service, but didnt change them out and now we have a low battery. But the staff was very friendly and helpful, just wish we could have gotten it all taken care of in one or two trips.

Just a warning for those using Tire Kingdom. Partly my fault but they wont do you any favors price wise unless you ask. Had 4 new tires put on wifes vehicle and asked for an alignment. They said great deal with buy 2 get 2 free but the price they quoted was very similar to Costco. My mistake was not going through the numbers with them when dropping car off. The price included Road Hazard and an upgrade to a 3 year alignment which was never discussed in the conversation. Road Hazard is a ripoff and the car we had aligned is driven very gently and would never expect another alignment in 3 years.So buyer beware because apparently Tire Kingdom prefers not to be transparent when providing quotes. I consider trust as important as service so only gave 1 star.

This place was spot on, after getting tires the 1st time at the Englewood tire kingdom I swore I would never go back to them again, but the venice store was great and knowledgeable and answered all my questions super friendly and professional Otto Delph and Wade Dills will make me return again and again and I will refer that store to anyone great customer service!!!!

I had my brakes changed by them a year ago - they became very squeaky and noisy within that year, when I brought it back they took it for a test drive and stated they were going to put on new brakes free of charge. They stand by their word and their is no noise with the brakes! Thank you!

We got a flat tire while on vacation. We stopped in at the first shop we saw (F!rE$t0nE in Venice) and we were extremely underwhelmed with the terrible customer service. We left.A couple blocks down the road, we spotted a Tire Kingdom. As soon as we walked in - it was evident that they value the customer. We were greeted with a great smile and a ready to help attitude. Consumer BEWARE! My daughter took her car here for an oil change. They BROKE the catch AND the cable that opens the car hood and REFUSED to take responsibility for it! The 2013 car was in impeccable condition when she drove it in for the oil change. Upon calling corporate, I received the usual run around which ended in no satisfaction at all! The part cost us $1900.00 to have repaired. My advice: STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUTCHER SHOP! I wouldnt even give them one star but that was the only way to rate them!
