Previously, I used dealerships and found the dealerships charged outrageous amounts of money and on several occasions did not do the repairs/maintenance. 1 Stop has my car running better than when I brought it in. They really listen to your concerns and find the problem. I leave there satified. Their charges are very reasonable. I highly reccomend 1 Stop!

Called the shop to work on my Moms new car (new to her). Had been sort of diagnosed at home, we were close but not right. Matt said bring it on in and we will get it figured out. I stopped by to bring them the “old part” so they could compare. Matt and Rich took me out to the bay and showed me what they found, we talked about options and what they thought. My mom is 90 years old and VERY independent 😳, she has doctors appointments, needs to go to Publix regularly. These guys got us in, kept us informed and got mom back on the road quickly and extremely reasonably. They also let us know what else needs to be done in the near future, but not necessarily right now. We will DEFINITELY bring moms car back for ALL of her car needs!!!

I was very pleased with this repair shop. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I waited for my oil change and the customer lounge was very comfortable. They did a thorough diagnostic on my car and gave me a list of repairs that should be done soon with costs. Unfortunately I only could afford the oil change and air in my tires. My Pennsylvania car just became a Florida resident. No inspection so I took her for oil, filter change, fluid check, tires etc. She needed front axle left and right replaced. Excellent friendly service at very reasonable cost

My wife and I are snow birds. Upon arriving in Venice with our a/c not working for the last 700 miles of our trip in 80+ degree temps, we were desperate to have it repaired. We went directly to 1Stop the get the earliest appointment we could get. We were told to bring it in the following morning, and they would go through a series of tests to pinpoint the problem. In the meantime the provided shuttle service back to our condo. Within a couple of hours we were called with the bad news that the system had a leak in a part under the dashboard. The dash had to be removed to fix the problem. That’s not what I wanted to hear, but the only alternative was to drive it with no a/c. Removing the dash made the repair made the job much more difficult and we were told that it would take more than a day to complete. The next day when the job was finished, their shuttle van picked us up and brought us back to 1Stop. We were told that since the repair took a few hours longer than anticipated they took $100.00 off the bill. We were just thrilled to have our a/c working again, and were surprised to get any discount. We were treated more than fair and received fast and competent service. I would not hesitate to go back for any future repair needs.

A year ago I was faced with two flats and my husband in the ER. 1 Stop were Awesome in assisting me - not a customer! Now a year later they performed a through and timely service... finding items previously not addressed the car dealership. I’m convinced to return again and again

I switched to 1 Stop Car & Truck Repair about 2-3 years ago because I finally got fed-up with the treatment at brand name sales & service dealerships. Example... a repair estimate of $400+ for a job that 1 Stop provided for about $ 30.00. Apparently, the brand name dealership technicians get a bonus for addl up-selling work that was performed. I take two vehicles to 1 Stop and have always received quality work for a fair price. That is both a reasonable and realistic goal for any service provider compared to selling the customer work that they do not need at inflated prices.

Great place for an Oil Change or any other issues you might be having. I always take my vehicle’s to “1 Stop” because of their honesty. Definitely a place you can trust.

I had a flat tire on Tamiami Trail during a rainstorm and I forgot my cell phone! I got a ride home and walked back to my car the next morning. The guys helped me change the tire and put the new tire on a few days later. I really appreciated their help. I just moved here and don’t know anyone so they were a great help! Thanks!

I had been going here for many years, and while i understand the cost of business rises, their oil changes went from $25 with checking ties and fluids, to over $45. Plus they tried to oversell my cracked CV joints...wanted $750 to fix. The parts are like $20 each...so with $40 in parts you are telling me its $710for labor?? Nope. Never again.

Very well run shop. Rob took me in 10 minutes early and completed my oil change in 15 minutes, which allowed me to get to work on time instead of an hour late, very much appreciated!

I first went to another car repair place for a check engine light problem. The other place charged for a car code check and said theyd do a diagnosis on another day, then called back to say they didnt feel like checking into it.I went to 1 Stop car & truck repair and they quickly did the code check, dida test drive and found it was only a loose connection on the secondarybattery, fixed it and cleared the code. They are a great place to go forany type of car repair. I highly recommend them for any type of autoproblem and will go to them in the future for any repairs.

We are new to living in Venice. Our son has been here for 18 years. When we needed a repair, we looked at the reviews for 1 Stop Car & Truck Repair. they were all very good, so we decided to give them a try. We have been there several times now, and have always been very satisfied with their professionalism. They have gone out of their way to accommodate their customers. We had our own business back in Illinois, and we appreciate how much work it is to go the extra mile. They provide a lounge for the customers as they wait, direct marketing, email marketing, etc. My hat is off to them for a great job!!

The staff were friendly, understanding, andvery helpful in assessing and explaining the problems with my car. Unfortunately, the issue were in the drive train & required that I take the car to a transmission specialist. 1 Stop Management made the referral for me & really helped to lower my levels of stress!

It was an oil change, tire rotation and a overall check of all the systems at 160,000 miles.

Very quick oil change and service at reasonable price.

I first discovered 1 Stop Car & Truck Repair about 3.5 years ago. I took my van into them thinking that it needed new brakes and told the mechanic to put on the more expensive pads – the ceramic ones. A couple of hours later I got a call from Willy, who said, “Ma’am, you do not need new brakes. You have over 50% wear still left on your pads”. I was shocked. An honest mechanic? Unheard of, or so I thought. When I asked him why I was hearing squeaking, he told me that can sometimes happen depending on humidity, temperature, etc. I picked up my van later that day – no charge. They could have put the ceramic brake pads on my van, charged me and I would have never been the wiser! I was now hooked! I drove that van for at least another year before I really did need new brake pads! We have since taken all four of our vehicles to 1 Stop Car & Truck Repair for everything they need. We will be customers for life! I consider the owner, John, to not just be an honest, upstanding business man, but a personal friend. He’s also very involved in his community and a member of the Venice Chamber of Commerce. I highly recommend 1 Stop Car & Truck Repair for all your auto repair and maintenance needs.

I found the business quickly upon exiting the expressway. The Manager Bob Steele was so kind. He came out immediately and checked my oil, and even offered to put it on a lift to see if he could find a leak. I told him I have had no evidence of a leak on my garage floor so I did not need that done. He then put the little bit of synthetic oil in my car that it needed and I was quickly on my way.The service was immediate, and GREAT, I would certainly recommend them. Being new to Venice and needing an automobile repair, I was very nervous about making the right choice of providers. My A/C started to blow hot air, which in Florida is a good reason to panic, but after an exhaustive search on the internet, I decided to go with 1 Stop Car & Truck Repair. What I thought was going to be a simple recharging of my A/C system turned out to be much more (an electrical problem)and I am so happy I chose 1 Stop. From my initial appointment made with Willie to the shuttle service provided to and from my home at no charge by Bob, the courtesy and professionalism of 1 Stop was exemplary. And the best part...my A/C has never run cooler. I have found my repair shop in Venice and 1 Stop has found a new loyal customer.

I took my friend to One stop today to leave his car for an oil change and new tires. We were told it would be done by 11:30, it wasnt done till 3:00 pm and no one including the owner seemed to care. I am a Michigan State certified auto technician with 20+ years experience and so I checked the 2014 Ford Escape and found the oil was overfilled by about a quart! Also I put my torque wrench on the lug nuts and they were all loose and would have came loose without a doubt! I will be letting everyone I know about this terrible shop! Greg K

We have been long time customers. We have had all of our maintenance done at 1 Stop. Went by today for an oil change at what has always been a 10 min oil change and was told in an unpleasant way, no appointment no oil change, we have never needed an appointment, also there was only one car being serviced and the second bay was empty, even spoke to Rich the owner who basically said no appointment no oil change. Hope you get the money from these tourists, because residents like us will not be back to a place that treats us like that. You can send us mail and e-mail with services you offer but could not send out nfo that all work is by appointment only? I think 1 Stop no longer cares about their customers. It seems like since Willie, Bob, and Gretchen have left, the place has gone to hell.Also left there did a search and found a place around the corner called Andrade Ohana Auto who got us right in and never pressured us into any other services,

My sister and I are visiting Venice and had a tie rod end break on the front right tire. We used Google to find a repair shop and, fortunately for us, the one we contacted was 1Stop. They recommended a great tow company and once to the shop, we found they were professional and polite with an extremely clean workshop, waiting area, a courtesy car to take us to our aunts home during the repair time, which was amazingly fast. We could not have been more pleased with how well our day turned around after finding Bob and Willie and 1 Stop Car and Truck Repair. They fit us in and the work was completed within 4 hours. Kudos to an outstanding team!
