Always clean and tidy even during near-flooding events!The grounds are always well mowed and swept. The storage unit are in very good repair with no signs of critters or vermin. In 10+ years I have not seen any signs of leaks or flood damage.Other renters are polite and respectful. Great access to I-205 but not close enough to be noisy.

Went to rent a U-haul and was quoted 10$ more then I knew It should be because I use u-haul a lot. Was told it was normal and I didnt bother arguing because I knew I could contest with uhaul and they gave me the 10$ extra back. Seemed like they tried to sneak an extra fee in on me which never happens at the regular U-haul locations. Overall it gave me a shady vibe. I will admit everyone makes mistakes and sometimes appearances can be deceiving so this place might not be shady or bad. I can only judge from my own personal experience.

If you ever gonna get a uhaul dont get it here.. very unorganized was emailed me about my rental not being returned over the next day when it was turned in the night before plus they padded it with extra miles that was not authorized nor driven...

Ive had a storage unit here for over 2 years and have had a great experience, not only with my unit but the managers are awesome and very friendly. Kim is great, professional and very helpful.

Wouldn’t trust these people with anything.I rented a U-Haul truck for a move. Hired U-Haul movers. Picked up a truck and returned it (after spending $1,000 on U-Haul movers) in less than 5 hours and got a call an hour later that it was the “dirtiest truck she’d received. It needed to be immediately pulled from service and deep cleaned to get it clean. I could drive back to her location (within 2 minutes as she was closing) and clean it myself or I was being charged the fee.”She immediately dropped the price of the significant fee when I pressed her on it and asked me to settle for a lower price.. Very obvious this is a money grab.I hired professional movers. Through U-Haul. Instead of arguing with this scam, I’ll just bite the bullet pay an additional cleaning fee and reach out to my U-Haul corporate contact to see about having them removed from the truck share list.Return your truck to an actual U-Haul location. This place is a scam.

I returned the uhaul i rented 5 minutes before the scheduled time and asked the guy about the other trucks and an hour later i get messages saying i better return the truck... i called him and he acted like he had no idea what i was talking about and so i had to call uhaul and informed them and they marked it that i returned it.

Great personal customer service. Matt was adaptable and helped me with all my questions. I like how this place is close the major intersections and the fwy, but off the main road. It allows for easy in and out with a truck without worrying about traffic as much

The $29.95 truck we rented came to $116.90 after all the extra private fees they charge here.These extra charges were not revealed until we went to pick it up.They Charge Way More than a real Uhaul outfit.PLUS, they demanded we have their truck detailed for a little dirt in the footwell, or else they charge us a $25.00 cleaning fee..?This is a first for us, after using Uhaul for 30 years.We were charged Double for average use of a truck and under 40 miles.AND we had to detail it! Ridiculous...If you are trying to Save money, AVOID this place.

We rented the truck with a fuel level just slightly above the 1/8 mark of a tank and returned it with the same fuel level. The paperwork, however, had wrongly claimed that we had rented it with almost twice if not more of fuel (which we regrettably didnt check on time when checking out the truck). As a result, we got charged about $26 more for fuel and and some extra $30 fuel service fee, which has never been mentioned in our earlier conversation. A very helpful and friendly office worker, but seemingly a highly dishonest owner, who added this charge to the contract, even after I explained everything to him over the phone the next morning. Maybe it was a glitch in a system? I am not sure, but our overall bill for a 10 foot truck ended up to more than $100 for only a few hours of use. Weve rented trucks from them before and nothing like this has ever happened to us in the past. Please be very careful with checking your paperwork from them upon truck pickup.Note: I got another email from them later, which reduced the charge to $90, which is till much higher than was expected

Had a confirmed reservation but upon arriving was unable to get the truck reserved because they were unable to verify my information. Had I known this before I arrived I would not have to come to Vancouver from Portland in order to pick this truck up. Im extremely unsatisfied with this experience and would not recommend them to anyone.

The staff was super friendly and walked me through the process of obtaining a storage unit throughly. I happened to be there Sunday night after they closed at 9pm and the process is to call the tow company and pay a fee to be let out of the gate. It was a long stressful expensive weekend of moving and even though it was about 9:30pm by the time we finished with hired movers (pay by the hour) the owners saw us stuck behind the gate and let us out! I can’t say that they do that all the time or if they did it because I was new having just rented a unit the day before but it was a relief when the gate magically opened and I was able to cancel the tow company and save myself another fee and another hour of paying the movers!

Great people most definitely and very friendly. The grounds are well kept. The units are clean apon move and stay dry all year. Affordable and secure place to store your items.

This is a cheaper storage place with no frills. But, they have good access hours and your belongings are safe.

We have been storing a vehicle here for about 2 months and it seems to be a great place so far, the couple that runs it is very pleasant to deal with.

Very friendly people working in the office and grounds. Knows how to have a good time on a professional matter. I am a goofy/funny person, so its nice to be able to goof off and they do not take it personal, and actually smile and laugh. Good smiles and laughter are great medicines I think and these folks def. have that going on. Very honest about things, and the grounds/place were very well kept up and clean. I didnt know they have uHauls avil as well, to where we are going to be using them too. One stop n shop.
