Alex (and Kevin) are THE BEST. PLEASE give them a pay raise, TODAY!! I had a problem with installing a grass catcher I purchased through Alex at NW Industrial Tool, Vancouver, WA. They came to my house immediately and helped solve my problem. They now are working to repair my old chipper/shredder. These are a couple smart guys you need to keep happy!

Usually dont go out of my way to leave reviews but this place is worth it. Alex met me after closing and advised our Husqvarna lawn mower was still under warranty and theyd have it fixed no problem. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Highly reccomend.

The people at NW Industrial Tools set me up with a set of tools and were very helpful in finding exactly what I needed that the big stores didnt have or know anything about. There was no pressure or attitude. They treated me like a friend and were gracious hosts. The value of what I got here was priceless time with the garrentee of personalservice and warrantee. They have there own workshop for in house repair. This is My tool shop now and I will be sending people there way.

Five stars is not enough. I had a best experience with the customer service, specifically Angela. She helped me when my Mirka sander give up after 4 years of work. I really loved that sander so I send there for a repair hoping it’s fixable. Four days later I got an email from Angela with the great news that they’re replacing my old one with a brand new one.It’s the best sander for fine guitar work.Northwest Industrial Tool is a great company with very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they really care about customers.I’ll be a customer for life!!

Great! These guys do really good repairs the problem is is there always at least two weeks out. And of course they hire young women to run the counter and theyre in their twenties they dont know much about construction tools or anything like that so dont expect much from them

This is a wonderful local business with friendly staff and very good prices. I bring my tools here for service and also purchase supplies, fasteners, and some tools here. They are honest and if they know they arent price competitive they have told me.

I took an item in for repair, asked for a rush order, explained money was no object and if they can meet my needs they will get all my business. They said yes. Well the day i was to pick it up a person told me a few more hours. then I called to pay and another person told me it will not be ready for another day. Now, they tell me it will be 3 more days. I have tons of business and unfortunately for them they will receive zero. I urge you to not utilize this company, bad communication, poor treatment of customers, no care mentality. Doors will be shut in less than 2 years..

Went in for a simple tool repair knowing what the problem was. With the tool still being well withing the warranty period I wasnt going to fix it myself. Took 3 visits to resolve my issue. Was charged for a service for cleaning, lube, and inspect on the tool and it was clearly never taken apart and stopped working as soon as I got home. Returned a third time and they finally repaired it under warranty. The most bothersome thing for me was they never asked for authorization before performing work on the tool and charging me. Never got verbal or written authorization for work performed. Showed up and was charged. A simple verbal phone call before performing the work/service is mandatory in the service world.

Was some of the most knowledgeable people I’ve seen in a long time very caring quick to take care of situations when arise I am super happy with my service and will be returning .
