Very interesting store. Very clean even the parking lot! Nice assortment of pet supplies and reasonable priced. The lady at the checkout was very friendly and helpful. Just a great store! Worth the stop just to walk around and look. Great options for children gifts. Warehouse worker was efficient and friendly picking up product. Just an all around great store. Great experience. You can tell the employees really love there jobs and take pride in it and it really shows!

Ive yet to have a bad experience here. The staff have always been helpful and kind. The prices arent the most ideal or cheap, but as a cozy neighborhood store, its resourceful and there when you need it. Theres a good variety of products.. I get my Zinc in bulk from this location.

Great historic feed mill turned Feed Store / Ace Hardware Store. Good selection of animal feed, hardware, paint, and housewares.Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Great place to just walk up and down the aisles and pick up those items that you did not know that you needed.

I needed topical medicine for one of my dogs; they had many to choose from and I found one that works. They even have it set up so you can pull up to the warehouse and they will kindly load your car for you, no more picking up large bags if food and having to pick them up myself.

For a place thats not as big as some places the variety they carry in products makes up for it. And its nice to be greeted when coming thru the EVERY time i go there. From pets to most every day items they always seem to have what i need. Its that feeling of your small town mom and pop general store appeal that keeps me coming back. I truly hope that theyll be around a long time.

Great place to buy pet food but only open until 5pm. We have jobs that work until then so we can only go on weekends and its a huge hassle to factor that into our schedule. Would shop here more often if they had better hours.

Great selection and they had the Artic Air Pure Chill air conditioner. I bought two, unfortunately one was returned and put back on the shelf and the filter was no fresh. well see after cleaning.

This place has a little bit of everything besides feed. I bought a cute summer dress on their sale rack! Their garden section is filled with plenty of beautiful plants from small roses to 12’ trees. They also adopt out bunnies from a local shelter. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We get our dog food there and we have gotten various other things including two blueberry bushes. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable and prices are great there is a buyers program for dog food cat food cat litter. Ask about it when you go.

I was the gentleman that came in asking about the flea bomb. Ive always had good experiences going into orchards feed Mill. Been going in there for years. But I will have to say the young lady behind the counter that did not know that you even sold the flea bomb. Which I totally understand theres a lot of things there people get confused Im okay with that but when one of the other employees mentioned that they do sell them she was very rude to me when I was asking questions if she didnt know then she should have gotten somebody that did know. I can understand everybody has bad days but you also have a job that you work with the public. I would feel that the customer standing in front of you that has their debit card in the machine is more important than moving the phone around and trying to clean the phone. Yes washing the phone off was more important than talking to a customer about flea bombs.

This is my go to hardware store now. Before I would just run to wilco or park rose for chicken feed and other hardware supplies. But this place has knocked both of them out of the park as far as supplies for our chickens. And they have gluten free cookies at the counter! So thats a major win to me!

They are locally owned and well managed. Always have the pet products I look for,amd as a bonus they had a 9/16 gearwrench to make my set complete again...woohoo

An amazing local business thatll always have my support. I come here every two weeks for their wide selection of premium dog food and a toy or two. And anytime my puppers is having an issue, the staff always has knowledge of behaviours, the stores products and a reccomendation to continue having a happy healthy pup

Best store in Vancouver, hands down for so many reasons. I love that they still have the original store to look at, I remember it from many years ago. Staff is great and friendly, knowledgeable, and of course helpful. The price is at the store are moderate not the highest and not the lowest. But with that being said you get what you pay for, or so my grandpa said. I love this store and will be coming here again and again, like I have for the last 40 years.

Really friendly and helpful staff. They kindly loaded our car when we found two large trees we liked. They helped us figure out how to fit them and got liner for our seats. They also tied the branches and gave us an orange ribbon tail so we could legally drive the short distance home with our trunk slightly ajar

We buy a lot of items there. The staff is always very knowledgeable and happy to help. Even if you have multiple questions. We received great consultations throughout several departments.They carry a large variety of great quality dog and cat food. It is very pricey compared to the well known brands at the big chain stores but we want healthy food with limited ingredients and high quality meats. Orchards Feed Mill offers a rewards program for the brands we are buying.

I use to shop at an online store but after they were bought out by a chain I lost the savings also the shipping company could not find my house and had to go to a Walgreens to pick up my package then there was no savings at all not even in time.This store has a little bit of everything like a hardware store. They have a large variety of food for your pets, along with other items for your pets. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store.

If I could give negative stars I would. Pretty much gg racial profiled when I went in. Old man was gettin a bit lippy with me so I left. Later that day I ask to see the footage but very weird how he “couldn’t find it”.

I moved to the area about 8 months ago. I tried a couple of places to find chicken feed for my flock. Orchards had a good product at a good price. Their location is 15 minutes of me. So win win.

The store seems to be going in a way different direction then it was a few months ago. The Staff doesnt seem to know products and more important regular customers. I put in my usual order and had to call few times with different excuses. Didnt receive my pet food until weeks later. Sad

We go into the Feed Mill weekly for our dogs needs. There is always at least 3 employees visible and ready to help. Always friendly. I look forward to each visit!

Have gone to this location for several years for my animals. They are the best! New facility has even more to offer. They even got 4 bales of hay in my Camry sedan for me years ago. Now that was something else and above and beyond service!

Great for feed supplies and a good selection of hardware, pet supplies, and other items. Prices are a bit higher than some other chain stores, but not too much. The nursery area needs lots of work though. They have lots of potential to make the nursery great if they wanted to. Overall nice place and I would recommend.

Was trying to buy a few chickens to add on to my chicken family. An employee showed zero respect to me. Made me feel like a complete child, saying, I don’t look like I’m “responsible” to buy chickens. How absurd!!! Would never recommend someone to shop here.

Love this place. Everything you could need for dogs, cats, horses, chickens etc. Gifts, medical supplies, hardware, a whole aisle of Breyer horses! They even have CBD oil for dogs as well as hemp products for horses. This large store has 2 stories full of merch and very nice people there to help you and answer your questions.
