(Couldnt find mine)3. worked with me on rental time as there was a conflict4. A trailer that worked perfectly and saved over an hour of work had I not had it.5. Always helpful and friendly. So often at big box stores, employees will go out of their way to avoid talking to customers. At Parkrose Ive always had great service and knowledgeable advice on my projects. Repeatedly asked if Im being helped and point me in the right direction. Never more than a minute or so to be helped.. Thanks for running your shop in a way that keeps me coming back.

I love the store and frequently visit. However during the mask mandate I have been disappointed to see employees flaunting the adherence to wearing the mask. The cashiers are great but the boys in the backend of the store not so much. This is the Vancouver store. Come on . . . Support your community.

Another fantastic Parkrose Hardware location (even if it isnt actually in Parkrose)! I stopped going to other hardware stores for just about everything, and not just because this location is close to work, and the other is close to home: theres just no reason to shop elsewhere! Everything you could possibly need for your construction or maintenance task can be found at one of their locations!

Parkrose has always been great. Its a big store, but they treat you like a small local place. Ive always had a good experience. If i have any questions about stock/services i call beforehand, but i have always gotten accurate answers whether in person or on the phone. This location in particular is stellar about helping to complete projects and guide towards the best options/deals that would be appropriate. Today i had the pleasure of working with Ric who was helpful, patient, and overall provided wonderful service.

I just witnessed several employees chase down a customer for simply not wearing a mask inside. I will NOT ever be shopping here again knowing that they are willingly enforcing state tyranny. I expect MUCH better from a local hardware store, not a bunch of Stalins secret police.

This hardware store is very customer friendly, and efficient. With one exception if you happen to be dealing with an employee named Deb. Beware she is not very customer friendly, and lashes out. That said I will continue to shop at this location. But avoid Deb.

Parkrose is my go to hardware store for any specialized job or house project. The staff is helpful and very knowledgeable regarding every job I have asked them about so far.Their tool & equipment rental program is second to none! I have rented a dump trailer previously and it worked perfectly.Parkrose also has a great selection of fasteners, nuts and bolts (metric or std).Check them out when you need some materials, tools or advice.

I purchased a Green Egg Grill from this store as well as some other items, this was my first time in this store.The grill was boxed as the sales person did not want to sell the display. When I got home and unpacked the box it was obvious it only contained part of the grill, all the hardware was missing. The next morning I tried to return the grill they would not accept it due to the fact the cashier had put the receipt in a separate bag with my other purchases. I was told that unless I had the original receipt I was stuck with it. They could not scan the barcode on the box or run my card again to verify my purchase. Evidently I was told I could have purchased the grill anywhere and tried to return it to them, keep in mind the guy who sold me the thing was standing there in the middle of the Green Egg display while all of this is occurring. I try to buy local and this store is a good 30 min drive. If I could not have found the receipt in the other bag I would have been stuck with a incomplete $500.00 grill. There are ways to verify a purchase the most obvious is presenting the card I used to buy it. The manager that I was dealing with was rude, insulting and down right stupid. So much for customer service 101. I was returning it to buy a Traeger about a 1k more but not from these guys.Joseph Kennedy

Last minute shopping for a grill... Scored a good deal on an awesome cooktop! Cory provided excellent customer service. Always a pleasure doing business here. Help is never far away and everyone on the team goes the extra mile to make sure you have a good understanding of how to fix it repair things when you get back home.

My friend and I were chasing down some obscure couplings and was helped out by a guy in electrical but for plumbing parts. He stuck around even though it wasn’t his deparrment, climbed a ladder and grabbed stock for us and even wrote down the SKU & pricing of the part (the cashier pulled up the same info). This guy did 2 jobs outside of his scope. Not sure what his name was, but will be coming back for plumbing parts.

Recently made a large purchase here at this store, and not only did I find the prices reasonable and the selection comparable to any corporate hardware store - the staff is what really sets them apart. What can I say, Parkrose never dissapoints. I cant remember the last time I went there and left empty handed. They have a friendly staff that always seem to know where everything is even is they are on they other side of the store.

I have a project going and have been to this location many times. Kudos to employee Jeff! He seems to appear out of nowhere and asks if he can help. Show him my old part and goes right to it and explains it to me. Even gave me some plumbing lube (small amount) for my needs. Have since bought a tube. Nice upsell Jeff!. No more Home Depot for me. Staff doesnt have the knowledge it used to. Wanted to replace a timer for my bathroom fan. First person had never heard of such a thing. Second led me to a lamp timer. Same basic thing but wouldnt fit in the electrical box in the wall. Went to a competitor and they handed me exactly what I needed.

Had everything we needed and alot that qe didnt.

Drove 40 minutes there after seeing the advertising on their website that they cut glass and mirrors to size. It would have been handy if they would have mentioned that it has to be less than 48”. The lady didn’t think their cutting machine was working anyway. She mentioned they “should have it looked at”. I thought I may as well get my garden seeds there so it wasn’t a complete waste of a trip but sadly their stock was nearly wiped out.

Parkrose has been our neighborhood hardware store for over 20 years. Wheel of parkrose! This is why we were so surprised and saddened at how rudely we were treated when we went in a week ago. We didnt realize that the closing hours had changed, so when we walked in the door we were rudely told by an older man with dark hair and grey sides and very ROSY cheeks WE CLOSE IN 8 MINUTES! Good thing we knew what we were looking for. All I needed was a bag of crushed hazelnuts for my garden. When asking where I could find the nuts the man said that area was locked but he guesses he could unlock it. The bag ended up being really big and really heavy with my hands full with my little granddaughter you would think he would have offered some kind of assistance. Nope he let me struggle with one hand on a kid and one arm trying to carry this very very heavy bag. overall I was very disappointed in the way we were treated. Ive never had an experience like this one before when going in Park Rose.

Obviously very crowded dur to Covid restrictions but great stpre with amazing products, however they can tend to be more spendy for certain things so check before you spend! Clean store but not a good selection for the products that are in store.

Hard to say how great Parkrose Hardware is for helping you find a unique tool or fastener. So many things and expertise that the big box stores dont have.

After hours of searching hardware stores for a few screws I needed, a Lowes employee told us about this place. They have everything you could want! The staff were friendly and helpful as well. They have an amazing selection for other hardware needs as well. From now on, if Im looking for something that isnt guaranteed to be at other hardware stores Ill be starting my search here and saving hours of headache.

This place is hit or miss. The main hit for me is the hardware/fastener section. The misses are the high prices, some employees that prefer to really not come out to help you, with the icing on the cake this afternoons guy who almost walked into me as I was looking over some stuff and then tried to lecture me on keeping 6 feet distance. All while he was within 2 feet of some other customer. Hypocritical weasel. Dropped the stuff Id already picked out and saved money at home depot.Itll be a while until I go back.

Very wide selection of fasteners, including many unexpected and otherwise hard to find specialty items. There is so much variety, I often find myself asking sales people for help, even though over the years I’ve learned the “general” layout. Not once have I got less than excellent service and usually they save me a great deal of time I’d otherwise have spent wandering.My “go to” place for metric fasteners.In fact, I’ll be heading there today for some M12-1.25 bolts...

Parkrose is a great place to find those little pieces of hardware to fix household items. I got a new knob for a saucepan lid today.

Fairly decent selection of hardware stuff, but terrible customer service. Staff will turn and scurry the other way if they see you looking for something. And dont try to buy wood stove pellets here. They get angry when asked. They will only deliver two pallets at a time for a sixty dollar delivery fee, and you have to unload the truck yourself. No forklift. The check out person said it would be better for them if I just made 12 trips in my car instead. I called Wilco and got three pallets delivered and unloaded for $30. Parkrose is bizarre. Good money and all my good will right down the toilet.

Even when there are other customers being helped we all become instant neighbors chatting about our projects together. That doesnt happen at the big box stores.I believe that is in part due to the vibe & warmth of the employees here.

I had some issue with getting the right rivets. A guy named Lynn helped me out and he was amazing. After going to 4 other places, I was ready to pay whatever to get the tool needed to fix the job. He gave me a $4 option that worked amazing. Super nice staff and they have a lot of stuff crammed into that place.

We always use these guys for fixing our chainsaws and sharpening our chains.We take in 15- 20 chains at a time and they are always ready to help.Weve only had one problem with the chains not being very sharp and they rectified that for us. Wonderful, friendly folks to do business with.

Staff is always friendly and eager to help you find what you are looking for. It is one of our go to places for our hardware needs. The even have a rental department with a wide rage of items to select from. Need a cotton candy machine they can rent it to you.
