This place is great. They have what weve been special ordering in stock. This is our Go-to supply place now. Hold on to your receipt though, their return policy sucks. No receipt, no return- no exception.

First-time visit today. Was hoping to establish new connection for my growing woodworking business. Guess thats not happening since the guy behind the counter curtly informed me they have a closed lumber yard. He didnt seem to care one bit to help me with my order. Never returning and dont recommend for the general public. Seems like a cat club for general contractors and such.

These guys have been here forever, and used to always have humorous, tongue-in-cheek sayings on their sign. They have always been helpful and willing to humor my little project ideas, often giving me whatever scrap piece I needed. Just wanted to say thanks for being the great local lumber store that you are, and more people should buy their project needs from Milwaukie Lumber.

Their sign always has an amusing saying, but they have very little variety. Not what I had expected from a Lumber place. More variety at even Lowes. I dont know why a Lumber store has less variety than a run-of-the-mill hardware store.
