This pharmacy has it together.Ive lived as a quadriplegic for over 25 years now and have had the same 3 prescriptions, in the same dosage, for that entirety. I can definitively say not all pharmacies are created equal when it comes to customer service. This holds true with Walmart pharmacies as well. This particular Walmart pharmacy is great. Ive never had any issues with these folks. They are consistently done with refills a day in advance of whats projected online. Im almost always impressed with their speediness, communication, and how easy they are to deal with.As stated earlier, this does not hold true with all Walmart pharmacies. The Battle Ground Walmart is actually closer to me, but I prefer to use them as an absolute last resort. Ive had countless issues with the Battle Ground pharmacy location. From what I hear, Im not the only one. I wish they had it together like the one in Orchards!Keep it up Orchards crew, youre doing a great job!

Tahir is a poor excuse of a pharmacist! My daughter has been having her prescription filled at the Walmart pharmacy in 104th for about 3 and a half years. Her provider gives us 3 prescriptions at a time and labels them 1, 2, 3. This has never been a problem at the pharmacy until today when the pharmacist told me that the prescription needs to contain an end date. I told him how am I to know this unless you tell me that this is information you need? He said that all these years they have made an exception until today, but he said that he will no longer do that because I made a bad review. He said I always deliver the prescription near their lunch time on a weekend and that is inconvenient for him. This is nothing more than a case of retaliation because of a review.

I have an expired drivers license as my new one is coming in the mail. They told me that they couldnt give me my medication because its expired, but a stranger could come pick it up for me. It doesnt even need to be prescribed to them. Crazy

No line on Tuesday morning. Quick and easy transaction, pharmacist politely helped me understand a new RX and what OTC cn be taken in conjunction with it, and which cannot.

Usually fast and friendly when a person is pleasant and considers the time of the day they are going. The drive thru has been amazing since the whole COVID19 thing hit.

I have had a great experience with both pharmacists. Brian gave great advice on my Chantix prescription. PICK A QUIT DATE :) sometimes you have to wait but come on thats what you do.

Good fast service, always answer the drive through as soon as you pull up. Friendly and knowledgeable. They will go the extra mile to help you work out what you need from your doctor, other pharmacy, and insurance.

The price for this item is the same as Amazon worth out shipping what a great place for once this wall Mart is the best of all the stores. Nice place for shopping.

I switched to Walmart Pharmacy recently and I wasnt sure how I was going to like Walmart Pharmacy, however, I have been pleasantly surprised.The pharmacist and everyone that works there has such a nice, positive, cheerful attitude and they always are willing to help answer any questions.

I generally love walmart. Though I went in looking for a product that was said to be in your fraight and they didnt want to take the time to look for it. They made me feel like a big inconvenience to them when I asked for them to see if other walmarts had the product. So I called my self standing there and found it at the new battle ground location. They rocked helped me with kindness, looked for it. Put it aside and also took the time to tell me other locations it was at and offered to call for me. Thats good customer service. I hope you can better train others about customer service at your location. I have been in customer services for years and always go out and beyond for my customer.

I waited 30 minutes I the drive thru to get my prescription and the lady was rude! Terrible customer service!
