Clean, classy, and cool. They have a nice selection of clothes that look casual yet high-quality, a lot of which are sold at fair prices. The atmosphere of the store is stylish, with employees who are a balanced mixture of friendly and aloof, which gives you some space to shop in peace. The store is organized well and its easy to look around for potential buys. I found a great tan bomber jacket that I fell in love with at first sight and bought happily.

Great boutique and on line store.. I try to walk out of Willows with just one thing but it never seems to happen, lol! Some of my favorite staple clothing pieces come from here. I also find great gifts. Their prices are reasonable and if they dont have your size they usually can either order it and have it shipped to you or you can opt. for pick up. If they cant find your size, they will put your name on a waiting list and notify you when it is available. Customer service is great and they are always getting in new styles, while keeping fan favorites on hand all the time.

Perhaps one of the more fashionable/trendy clothing and accessory shops in the Vancouver area. Very helpful and friendly sales team. Very nice boutique. They now let you try on clothes, which made my wife quite happy since most pants are too short for her.

First time I have been disappointed in the service here. I am a huge supporter of small businesses and I go out of my way to buy locally. I came in and found a cute romper on the sale rack for my daughter and upon getting it home we found a tear in the item and so I went to return it to the shop for a credit or exchange for another one but they didn’t have her size. The little gal at the counter indicated that was the reason it was on sale and they don’t accept returns, I explained it doesn’t say that on the receipt and that I shop there quite a bit she said well it’s there policy on the receipt or not. I plan to reach out to Jana and discuss with her so I’m hoping she is willing to work with me. Until than I will give my business to another boutique I frequently shop at.

They’ve got cute clothes but I might be more willing to buy if the workers talked to you as much as they look at you circle the store. I had to have a handful of items overflowing to be greeted and asked how I was doing.

Ive actually been offered more assistance at Fred Meyer. Too bad they only say hello and nothing else.

I follow them on Facebook and Instagram and always love to see what they are carrying, but 90% of the time they dont have anything that fits. I am an XL and have to wear curvy pants. They carry Kancans, which I love, but not the curvy ones. Its very disappointing and disheartening when I walk in wanting to buy something and they dont offer it to all sizes.

Love Willows! Once in a while, I will go in there to treat myself to something, and they always have extremely friendly staff! Drew especially is always nice and willing to help. Oftentimes the items they post on their social media get placed on hold in smaller sizes, so you have to act quick if you want something! My only suggestion to the owner or buyer would be to purchase more stock - because they will sell it! The store is always so beautifully decorated as well.

I love the style and quality. Also, I just ordered online on Tuesday and it was I my mailbox on Thursday. Quicker than Prime!

Ive been shopping here for over 20 years since they were first in a little shop in Vancouver Marketplace on Evergreen. Fun to see their evolution over the years. Always cool, well priced and unique clothing, shoes, accessories, and some gifts. Very well priced and friendly staff. I buy 80% of all my clothing here.

It’s okay. The clothes are a little less quality and the staff doesn’t bend over backwards for customer service. I’ve been in better local boutiques around here.

Willows is a Boutique clothing store that carries the current i want in fashion. The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable of the selection currently available!! LOVE THIS PLACE

The store has some really cute stuff however, it is overpriced. They dont carry that many sizes that fit more curvy women. I have hips and a bust so it felt like I didnt have many options. I felt like an outsider shopping there because I need to wear an extra large for tight fitting jackets and they dont carry it . The sweaters are nice and that was the only thing I liked in the store. The tanks and pants are made for only super skinny women . Why not cater to all body types ? Im not fat but, this store made me feel fat . Im a large up top and wear 13-14 so yeah it felt discouraging to shop here. Willows doesnt cater to women that have bodies that need more a little more space in their clothes .

Great food for two or three people. Best place to eat is in the bar. The bartender great and pours a great drink and the service is great.

I love the clothing and the pricepoint! Great place to get key essentials and staples for your wardrobe at a great price. Everyone is so darn sweet that work there and make shopping easier (they add your items to the rooms while you continue to shop... dangerous!). :) I also love they feel like Anthropologie since we do not have one in town!

Okay selection. Decently priced. Friendly staff. Major disappointment that they only carry small through large sizes (according to the staff they rarely carry extra small or extra large) and zero tall options. Sad. I was really looking forward to becoming a customer too. I like their style.

I have been following Willows on IG and finally had the opportunity to take a trip dow. I was not at all disappointed. Friendly and helpful ladies that work there. Beautiful shop, and some great clothes. Prices were pretty good on most of the items as well. I will be back!

Cute stuff, but the return policy is a bit tacky. The items are not cheap as well, I spent almost $500.00 and needed to return one $50.00 item, and was told they only take times back before 7 days. Ive been shopping there since its been on 8th street in downtown. I called and talked to the manager and she seemed annoyed. Good thing we still have a Nordstrom and Bloomingdales online, they will gladly accept an item if its doesnt work out and they will continue to have my business. Not Willows.

Let me start off by saying my start rating is not based on the clothing its self, but on the lack of availability Willows has on hand. Every time I see something on IG I try to have them hold it for me, most times its already gone by the time I see it. I work less than 1 mile and go in often on my lunch break to see if i can find the item in the store that was just posted on IG. They are often times no longer available in the store as they are Holding it for the online IG accounts. Just extremely frustrating.
