It was a few days before my wedding and it was going to rain so we thought wed just take pictures inside. Our photographer suggested we get clear umbrellas, and I looked so many places for them! Everywhere else was too long of a wait for shipping or out of stock, but target had 2 in stock and available to pick up in 2 hours! It did end up raining a little bit and my husband and I were able to get some beautiful photos in the rain under our umbrellas. Thanks Target!

The store is a one stop shopping experience...esp. for those of us who dont like to shop. I love it....all except the on line part. (Not easy for an old lady)

The store overall was a basic target. Decent prices, cute baby clothes for my young one. My experience was made better this time by the lady over in food Karen. Super helpful, could tell she cared about what I was getting. Helped me find some stuff I was looking for. Karen, you’re awesome. My wife thanks you, would have been a bad dinner if I hadn’t had your help.

The store was clean but the associates are the most non-caring associates Ive run across. Hadnt been to target in 15 years. When asking about an item I felt that I interrupted the associate and she said that the item I was looking for was somewhere in the store. Must reflect managements attitude.

Always have a good experience with the drive-up service. Love that it’s quick and easy. Have had repeated times where things I wanted were out of stock at this store though, but their 2-day shipping is pretty fast.

I was trying to pick up some undergarments while I had free time. Beforehand, I’d checked the website to see what they had in.Undergarments weren’t available for shipping OR pickup on the Target website, so I made sure to check that they had stock at this location before I went. Online, it said they did.I get to Target, and spend 15 minutes searching, only to realize they had NONE of the items I’d seen online in stock!A complete waste of my time.

Mandy was terrible, when I put one last thing in my basket while I was waiting to be checked out, she said “thank you” very aggressively. She stared and me profusely and made me very uncomfortable. When there as problem with paying she said, “everybody makes mistakes” while she stared deep into my soul.

Nice Target for some late night snacks. We had a good time shopping this experience. Our first time to this Target. We traveled here 6hrs and needed some road snacks. We also found some clearance items for cheap. All around good score for all of us. I recommend shopping at this Target

I love target in general but this location is horrible. Was in earlier today and had an interaction with a manager named Zack. He was by far one of the rudest people Ive ever spoken to in a retail setting. After our exchange I looked at his name tag and asked his name just to confirm. His response oh so youre going to go cry to corporate now?

Best target ever!! I love target especially this one very clean well organized for a store nice staff but my friend has had some problems with the staff but I did not .

I usually love going here but today changed my mind. During covid you would think there bathrooms would be clean and sanitized. Nope looked worse than a gas station bathroom. Also the checker named Evin was just rude and completely ignored us. Then rang our items and never made eye contact or even said hello when we greeted him!

This store was a wreck. Clothes on the floor everywhere. They are in need of a better manager or more staff for sure.

I stopped in this store yesterday around 2:30 pm, a woman and child around 11 or 12 years old went in ahead of me. The girl was not wearing a mask and the woman wore hers long enough to get past the front entrance, after that I saw them both several times with no masks on at all. Apparently the girl working at the entrance neglected to give the girl a mask, and none of the employees asked them to put one on. There is HUGE banner hanging above the entrance No Entrance without wearing a mask. I was really uncomfortable and turned and left the store. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN

This isn’t great and friendly store. It doesn’t follow up the website such as what’s in the stocks.They’ll waste your time when you call this store and asking them if there is a stuff in the stock, they claim yes then you drive all the way to this store and ask an employee. They say don’t have a stuff... really?! Also, they’re scalpers and flippers enabler. So this store can’t be trusted.

Idk but just a thought. Maybe when you have a big product release you train people on what to do. We waited for opening and then got shifted around by different people and missed out on the product. Not cool. Your website never works and is never up to date. Train people better

Dude, their system for buying trading cards is pretty aweful, you sign up to get a text when it’s your turn to buy some but you end up waiting 2 hours and none of the store staff communicates anything to you. Then they chased me out of the store for “loitering” when I was literally waiting for my turn...

Using Targets Order Pickup service was extremely quick and easy, plus the employees that I encountered during my trip were very helpful and showed great customer service.

Outside is pretty dirty, trash is always overflowing. Very gross! Inside is pretty much a basic Target. Told a store employee that trash was literally overflowing on my way in. It was still that way on my way out. Guess they don’t care.

This specific Target is ALWAYS over picked and the selection here is always minimal… staff isn’t very helpful either.

Rude employees. Threatened to call security about me not wearing a mask and I had my 8 year old with me. Just another store I will boycott and I recommend you do the same.

Locked the doors early and would not let customers in prior to closing. Had employees standing outside turning customers away. Very rude. If you close at a time you should not turn customers away sooner otherwise change closing to earlier. Wastes our time, I should have not had to make the drive there. I suggest going to the other Target that’s located in Hazel Dell. Way cleaner and employees are more polite and actually do their job.

The few times I have came to this location since covid started not once have I seen the lady at the self check out wipe the register after customers... It wasn’t busy either for that to be an excuse. I usually go to a different location, and they don’t let anyone use the self check outs till it’s cleaned from the last customer which is awesome. This location needs to step it up.

I really like this Target. It is affordable and very convient for me. It has good clothes and food and other things. it has almost everything you need. The staff there is really nice and try their best with everything that is going on.There is also no line to go in.But the one thing I dont like is that they close at 9pm and not 11pm. but other than that I recommend going to this target!

I love the new remodel! Such a clean store and very organized. The employees are so friendly & helpful. I enjoy shopping the bed & bath section, the employee there is very helpful suggesting textures & colors. She took time to listen to what I was looking for & helped me put it all together.Now I have a beautiful guest room!!

I couldn’t find where the clear cases where for my phone even after the directed me where they could’ve been but instead of getting annoyed the young man walking by found one for me. This store is always clean, with friendly. The staff have good fatigue mats and ergonomic shelf-stocking carts. Sometimes it seems like the store spends too much on remodeling, etc... but on the other hand, this store never disappoints for shopping. Of all the stores in the area, though, this one might not be the easiest one to make a stale return of a purchase, though. But every section and staff member is close to perfection here.

I come to this store primarily because my pharmacy is located inside and due to a recent surgery Im in quite often. I was on crutches for a few weeks and I wasnt very graceful because of it. On many trips the employees went above and beyond by offering to help by getting me one of the electric carts which actually have an attachment to safety place the crutches in. Had they not mentioned the crutch holder attachment Id have never known. I personally judge a store more by its employees and theyve done a great job of hiring good people. Only issue Ive had is they stopped carrying my favorite flavor energy drink but Ill survive.

Target is becoming a go-to store for us. Easy, fast, convenient and affordable. Online purchase with in-store pick up is great.

We went in the day after Christmas to get an InstaPix camera. The website said they had stock, but when we got there, we were told it was a stocking error. However, Kat, in the electronics dept, spent 30+ minutes on the phone with other stores trying to track one down for my daughter. She went the extra mile for us & displayed exemplary customer service.

Everything.in the store is a product completely purchasable! All the products are great! I feel they target there products to be the best aim that ever happened... Like there aim is right on target!

The Starbucks employees today Jan 28th at 5:00 pm. You two lady’s were very unprofessional and to refuse to make a drink THEY got wrong over again. Lazy !!! Terrible customer service. This by far is the rose Target I been too.

Quick and easy pick up

Very clean. The staff is always a step above amazingly helpful service. Not always the best prices but the atmosphere is good. I am just impressed by the amazingly helpful service. There have been many times this location has gone above and beyond with being helpful. Also their slushies are amazingly yummy!

Because the people at the stores that I went to were top of the bar people.So helpful and seemed so happy in the working there and definitely went out of there way to help me. This is so true of the store at the Vancouver Mall. So nice and so helpful.I believe her name was either Tina or Trina. Very nice employee and she made me happy that I made the purchase and choose that store. A RARE FIND THAT IS FOR SURE!!!

We were at Target today to do a little bit of shopping and to buy a TV but from the moment we arrived at the store the security guard started following us around the whole time we were there made us feel very uncomfortable like we were actually doing something wrong they made us feel so uncomfortable that we went and bought a TV somewhere else some old balding short fat security guard was literally following us around the store very unprofessional will never shop there again

I recently stopped by the store to pick up some school supplies. I went to the self checkout and after I paid the system told me an associate needed to assist me. She was busy assisting another customer so it it several minutes of me waiting to get her help. It turns out, I was being held hostage so they could give me a 15% discount on my next visit. Honestly dont know if I want to come back and deal with that kind of marketing. They could have easily printed out the coupon with the receipt and I could have been on my way allowing the next customer to check out.

First time Ive used the purchase on-line, lick up in store option and it was the easiest purchase Ive ever made! So simple!! I will for sure be using this service again :-)

No directions on any emails from the order I placed on how to use drive up option. Very complicated and confusing.

In general the staff are friendly and helpful! They are usually well stocked and an overall pleasant experience! The bathroom however, is the most disgusting bathroom Ive been in. Ive used it at this store multiple times and it is always dirty! Toilet paper and water everywhere, dirt on the floor and countertops, half the stalls either plugged or out of toilet paper! It really takes away from the overall experience!

This Target location is clean, great inventory, and the staff is very cordial/helpful.

Very clean, in a safe location. The staff are friendly, and returns are quick and easy. The clearance section always has good deals. The only place that was a bit messy was the changing room. Have returned to this location several times.

The way the merchandise is pressented.I also like the way you can pay with cash and card at the same time.They can take off stuff for you too if your card was charged a fee you do not know about.They have integrity.

We go to this Target because the carry my special Protein Drink that ours doesnt carry. I call ahead and theyre always very helpful and set it aside then bring it up when we arrive. Its clean and friendly.

Everyone is so nice

This store was a disaster. I dont even know where to begin. I worked in retail for 5 years so I know a thing or two about it. Clothes were everywhere - nothing was organized. Very poorly stocked selection of items (pajamas and underwear in particular) and it was a MESS. Clothes on the floor, completely unorganized even on the featured displays. Ill drive further to go to a cleaner, better stocked store.

This kid named Jack saved my butt! Ive been all over trying to find Vegan treats for my secret santa at work, but to no avail. I have to go to work tomorrow and was going to arrive practically empty handed for my secret santa, who has been vegan for years now. But, lo and behold, a brave young man, whom goes by the name Jack, answered my desperate phone call to target. And despite the call coming in right before closing time our hero, Jack, looks up one of the chocolate products google said should be vegan and discovered there were 4 products left of the necessary treat: Organic Panama Extra Dark Chocolate. Insatiable as I was, I demanded he put one or two on hold for me at guest services for prompt purchase upon my arrival (when they open the next morning), and without hesitation, Jack agreed. Still unsure my day was saved, I begged for proof of the vegan ingredient. And with that, courageous Jack, swift as an arrow, dashed to the aisle in which the chocolate resided; he promptly read aloud the ingredients to verify its vegan integrity. Satisfied with a successful vegan endeavor I thanked this bold young lad for his valiant efforts and promised a fitting review of 5 stars to target on his behalf. This night, hence forth, shall forever be known as the night Jack rescued me from irresponsible Christmas work commitments. Thank you Jack; and thank you Target for taking on such a worthy team member! Please remember this little venture whenever considering him for a promotion, raise, or Christmas bonus.

In the last 90 day or so this store has gone from my favorite, to one that I dread. The womens clearance section, in particular, is in absolute chaos and disarray. When I asked a Target associate about the mess and lack of organization, she shared that the store has a new manager.Its unfortunate that the store is under the leadership of someone who lacks a basic understanding of functionality, cleanliness and the customer experience. The Vancouver Plaza Target is literally a two minute drive from my home but I now make the drive to Jantzen Beach or Hwy 99.As a frequent Target shopper (at least 3 or 4 times weekly), Ive come to expect a level of cleanliness in association with the Target brand, however, the Vancouver Plaza Target no longer meets this standard.

I very seldom go to this Target but I did yesterday & wont again! It is just very sketchy & someone stole my purse right out of my cart. My purse was found but my wallet was missing. I stood in one place for over an hour & someone in security was looking at the security camera. Basically she said she could see every part of the store except where my purse was found????? Really???? Hiw about where it was stolen??? How is that possible? It truly did not feel that anyone there cared less that I had been violated in their store. Very lame!!!

Target always gives me the latest at low cost. Been shopping here since my kids were born. Kids clothing here are also very cheap.

They have a shark costume as well as an impressive selection of other halloween costumes and decorations which was a pleasant surprise and theres always an employee in the electronics department which is kind of a big deal because anywhere else you go, you have to play a game of wheres waldo to get help if you end up needing it. But overall, Ive only ever had good experiences at this particular Target.

This store is racist and prejudice as hell! They had an employee following me and my newborn and my husband around the store as we were shopping for diapers, formula, and a ruku. And when i confronted them they said i look “suspicious”. And when i asked how was i looking “suspicious “ they had no words. I bought my items but then I returned them. I work too hard for my money to be disrespected while I spend it. And they had no remorse about the situation. Like I will NEVER shop with Target again.

I enjoy Target for the products they carry, but thats about the only thing they get right. I have come to this location multiple times before noon and it has been a terrible experience. There are carts in the middle of aisles because employees are busy stocking shelves, so maneuvering around in a cart is extremely difficult. Then you go to check out and there are no cashiers!!!!! You are forced to use self checkout. As a mom of 3, I hate self checkout. I will try to avoid Target like the plague from now on and take my business elsewhere.
