I been to the pharmacy two times both times I been welcomed with a smile and a friendly smile. When other places did not had my dog’s pain meds they refilled it and gave me a three month supply!!! The only thing I don’t like is the fast pace of the place. Getting hit by carts and rude people is very stressing. But the pharmacy is tops!!!!

Long time customer. I think Costco Pharmacy is great. The sales people are fast and friendly.

The pharmacy techs are nice, but they tend to not begin to fill your prescriptions until you arrive, even if they were called in by the doctor DAYS before. If there is an issue with the prescription, they dont try to notify you, but rather wait until youve tried to pick up the prescription. Their response is to call before you arrive which I shouldnt have to do when they have had the prescription for several days. Find a new supplier if you are always out of stock. The medication prices are also higher than any other pharmacy in the area.

I absolutely love this pharmacy! The staff is fantastic! They also send a text for refill requests and you can respond with a 1 for the system to send the refill. My mind is blown! Super convenient and fits into my hectic schedule! I always forget to request my refills until its too late and I miss a dose.... Thank you!

Good pharmacy

I saw some negative comments and wanted to share my thoughts. Costco pharmacy saved me TONS of$$$$$ and they have always been very courteous and prompt with their service and speed.

Really aggressive about mask top to the nose, dosent want to hear anything, said all it corporation policy, what kind policy they made to make aggressive employee to people who make business for them, plus against my rights and constitution in a Free land ?

Found them to be fast, friendly and best prices around for my prescription. Costco does it all!

Every time I bring my Rx to Costco it takes about an hour and no one is waiting. They need to figure that out. You have people waiting, fill those first.They also dont often have some of my meds in stock. The staff is nice, though, and willing to answer questions

They are Great

The prices of prescription medications are comparable with any other pharmacy. Nothing special about this pharmacy. Sometimes the line is longer than usual and sometimes there is no wait at all. Just a matter of right timing.

Nice enough staff once they decide to finally help you but it’s just really slow and you’ll end up standing there while clerks put prescriptions away and you just wait. Should be doing that when people aren’t waiting to be helped.

This isnt the pharmacy. This is the food court and they added point-of-sale terminals. Depending on what you order it takes just about the same time but gives you the options of using different cards

I have never had a pharmacies be out of stock of very common drugs all the time. I been filling prescriptions all over the country for 40 years. Im not sure if this is a problem with this one specific pharmacy or all Costco pharmacies
