David was fantastic! He was extremely helpful and informative. He explained things clearly and he saved us money with promotions we didn’t even know we were eligible for! We ordered new phones and will make an appointment with him to activate them because he was so helpful! Very personable and professional as well as well informed! Great job David! You are amazing! Cole and Dawson were a great help to me! They both went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of, and had my issue resolved. One of my most pleasant experiences with AT&T to date! Will definitely not shy away from visiting this store, versus trying to handle something online. Maybe I’m old school, but I definitely enjoy being able to speak with someone face to face.

The customer service at this store is absolutely awesome. I have had two encounters with Paige, the manager, and the staff at this store over the past three months. Paige initially assisted me with the purchase of two new iPhones and setting up a rate plan that worked best for our business. I recently returned because of billing issues. Both times Paige was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Her customer service has been excellent and has exceeded my initial expectations. I would highly recommend this store and working with Paige.

I purchased A new phone for my husband from the Alzheimer’s Association and Abi and Maddie were so helpful in getting the phone set up for me. It was different than any other phone so not so quick to set up but they or so kind and patient and I think it will be a perfect phone from my husband and I’m so thankful for their help right now.

Hello! I switched over to AT&T from Sprint last June of 2020. Let me tell you it’s been a nightmare!! I’ve had so many problems with my phone, customer service and billing! Today I was at the end of my patience when I had to go to the store just to understand a bill that AGAIN didn’t make sense. Paige is the manager there and assisted me. She was so kind, patient and understanding! She spent ample time with me just to listen to all my frustrations. Never once talking over me or trying to rush me making me feel unimportant. She addressed the problem and solved it as best she could. I left feeling there was still hope for this store. Paige is a wonderful manager and as long as she is at this store I will continue to stay a customer. She gave me hope.I would definitely recommend a better way to schedule appointments at the stores. It works be a lot easier for customers when we call to be able to set up an appointment through the phone system. At least Sprint did that. This is a very busy store and could use more help and a way to make appointments.Thank you kindly,Rachelle Houghton

I started out at the att store on Andresen with salesperson Madi. I simply needed an upgrade on my phone. I was told about a great package deal they had going on. I could get a Samsung galaxy s20 for half price if I signed up for this package. The package included an extra phone line and HBO Max. When I said I didnt need an extra phone line, I was assured that this package would be cheaper than what I was currently paying. I still have the paper work showing me how this would work. Well guess what, My monthly bill went up $46.00 per month and I am locked in for 3 years. Also there is a penalty for paying off the phone early. So my half price phone will cost me an extra $46.00 a month for 3 years. That comes to an extra $1656.00. After numerous phone calls and visits to the stores I have gotten nowhere. Madi has moved to the cascade park store where I spoke to manager Paige. Paige really didnt see a problem with the shady transaction that took place. Please read the other comments from customers as this seems to be a common practice.

I received activation assistance today from Dakota & Keagan today. I had attempted to perform this task previously by myself without success. With their knowledge, expertise and our persistence we were able to activate my “old” phone to my new one. By using my phones, my computer, downloads & their combined skill sets I am leaving a very satisfied customer 😊

I visited this store 8/19/21. The staff were very polite and professional as far as knowledge of their products. But the store was woefully understaffed and we waited quite awhile on an early afternoon weekday visit. Bigger problem, the only Covid precautions in place were masks. The website says they disinfect between guests - NOPE. I did not see anything to disinfect with for surfaces, no hand sanitizer in sight. Really, not okay!! I wont be back.

I went in to upgrade my phone and the manager Paige was trying to rip me off and get me to add a bunch of things I don’t need. I’m not sure if they train their workers to be that sketchy but I just want to upgrade my phone and it turned into new lines on a new plan that I don’t need. I would be very careful going in there, better of doing it online urself.

Went into the store today as my phone was dead and would not start up. The salesperson was able to get my phone started, thank goodness. I have a old phone and asked if it was possible to go ahead and upgrade. Turns out my account is under my husband’s name (which I knew), but I was not an “authorized user” for the account and my husband would have to physically come into the store to fix that. I get it, it’s company policy and security issues, but you don’t treat customers in a rude, condescending manner. I was told repeatedly, “there’s nothing I can do. I can’t help you. You have to come back.” And “I’m not risking my job for this.” I will not return to this store if that is how you treat customers. Very unprofessional.

This place deserves 0 stars! I don’t even know where to start with this place, the manager is rude and so disrespectful. This place is a scam! Whatever you do please! Please do not go in here! Whatever problem you might have later they are going to tell you they are not a AT&T store yup! You read right!! My husband and I have been with sprint for 4 years and the last 3 years have been nothing but issues. We decided to check out this store to see what they offer and as soon as we walked in, we had a great experience. We were helped by a gentleman named Will and we cannot thank him enough for his patience, respect, honesty, and hardwork. He was HUMAN and you can tell that he holds his job to a high standard and follows thru with what he says. I have never had a sales associate at a phone store help us like he did. We cannot thank him and the manager enough. 10/10 customer service and we will be recommending Will to our friends and family!

After being a Verizon customer for 20 years,I would have thought they would gladly replace my screen protector even when I was willing to pay. They would not let me in the store and they would not replace my screen protector because they said they would have to put on a pair of gloves. I understand all of this due to the pandemic, BUT when I arrived at the AT&T store I was greeted happily by Chris who gave me a perfect recommendation for a new screen protector and happily replaced it for me all while remaining safe and sanitizing his hands accordingly. I was super happy with the service I was provided and I am seriously considering switching my business to AT&T… Thank you Chris!

Chris helped me not once, but twice. He went above and WAY beyond in customer service. He assisted me in switching from Consumer Cellular to AT&T and saved me money and got me on a cheaper plan with more data. I am so happy with the phone he sold me. It meets my needs perfectly. Today I had an issue with my charger. He replaced it free of charge and got me on my way again. Chris and AT&T are the best. This is the only place I will shop.

Just got my first bill. Was told my first bill would be $125, due to the activation fee. My first bill is ACTUALLY $165, and as you can see in the picture, covers 2 whole days. That means, in another month, Ill get another bill, for a minimum of $95 (the normal monthly rate before taxes), which will put me at having spent $255 for my first 32 days of service. I can already see that I will not be an AT&T wireless customer for any longer than contractually required. Way to cultivate loyalty, AT&T

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER! My mother was in there to switch off an account she was joined on with someone and Adam who is the most worthless “manager” and VERY unprofessional I have ever seen in a corporate company. It should be an embarrassment that he’s a manager or employee of any kind with this company. He made a very rude and unprofessional comment about my mom and how she was “short” to another associate and can’t believe this is who they let manage a store. What a joke of a human being. I know some of the staff and this isn’t the first time I’ve heard of him acting in such an unprofessional manner.

I came in yesterday attempting to set up a new account and port some lines. Everything that could go wrong....went wrong!!! I literally was planted at the store for 5 hours straight. To say I was frustrated was an understatement. But heres why Im giving 5 stars....The gentleman - Chris, who helped me through this difficult process was probably the nicest and most patient customer service/sales agent I have ever encountered. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service that I received from Mark at this AT&T store today. He helped my friend and me with our phones. We had many questions about our new phones and took alot of his time, in my opinion. Mark was patient as my friend could not remember her password after resetting it twice. He offered a solution and it worked. In addition, he made helpful suggestions as we were not familiar with all of the options that the new phones offered. Called the store @ the time they opened to inquire about the iPhone 8 plus. I was informed that they had every color available, which they didnt. And never did. I came 45 miles out of my way to get this phone. Ensure your management is properly coaching on inventory of your store to ensure the correct information is given out. This is a poor representation of bad management and no team communication.
