Went in with my mom to aid her with switching network’s wound up putting her on my plan. Bug was a major sweetheart assisted us very timely remembered numbers passwords Honest extremely helpful and a good sense of humor. We had a wonderful experience there definitely recommend coming in to get help especially getting Bugs wonderful aid. Big shout out to Bug

My new phone unsealed in box already had a Crack in it. Having a hard time getting them 2 fix it. They wont even exchange it.

I went in last week and updated my Droid phone to a Galaxy. Bug was very helpful and professional in assisting me with choosing a phone that suited my needs. I appreciated her not trying to upcharge me at every turn. She had good energy and was respectful and professional across the board.

I was at another Verizon store wanting a new phone. The guy there told me I should wait to save $9 and dismissed me. The next day I went to this store and Musaa was wonderful. He asked questions about what I need in a phone and recommended the perfect phone for me. He helped set it up, since I am not too savvy. There was no pressure to get a phone. He was nice, funny and a delight to do business with. I would highly recommend this store as everyone was nice. I felt Iike I was important. Thank you Musaa!

Musaa was incredible! Haven’t had a lot of great experiences with Verizon but this one put the other good ones (if any) to complete shame! I just needed to transfer my iCloud to my new phone and couldn’t do it at home for the life of me! Enter Musaa who PROfessionally and with incredible kindness helped us out! My aunt actually ended up getting a new phone basically because of the service we received! His laughter and joyful attitude durning this hard time made what could have been a awful experience an outstanding one!

We had both Bug and Savannah help us upgrade our iPhones. Our experience at Verizon stores has been painful. The process is long and at times we felt like they were making up things during the process. They always wanted to sell us more or convince us to upgrade to something we didnt want. This time we decided to use Go Wireless. From the moment we walked in, it was a pleasant experience. They asked what we wanted, we told them, and boom....within minutes the phones were unboxed and uploading data. This part is important because with Verizon stores, it has always taken what seemed like hours to upload data from the old phone, and we invariably always lost some data such as contacts. I cant stress enough how good this experience was compared to ALL the other times weve dealt with Verizon.

Mussa was the individual working with us today. Not only was he very knowledgeable person but extended extreme kindness to us. He demonstrated patience and so much wisdom. Having Mussa on staff in your store is indeed a compliment to GO WIRELESS!! THANK YOU MUSSA,Ed and Judy

Ive had an unprofessional experience here at this location. Dealing with the manager Joe and his female assistant whom she referred to me as dude over the phone, Ive been overcharged for the past month and I went in to talk to Joe about it and he so called fixed it then I get a e-mail stating that my bill hasnt changed being charged $100 more than I should . Calling customer service and possibly changing providers. horrible experience

We went in the store because my brothers new phone is having problems. The lady at the counter was with someone. We did not get greeted at all. We stood around for at least 45 minutes with no words said whatsoever. Someone else walked in and she didnt say anything to him either. I didnt catch her name as nothing was exchanged but she did have purple hair. Today is 2.24.2020 we came in at 5:35 and we walked out at 6:20 at Mill plain next to subway. The last time we were there there was also only 1 girl and she didnt have the confidence to do what we needed. She was new she said. Not a very well staffed store.

New management was so rude (attitude and words) Refused to help me get a new screen protector even though they could see I paid for the plan. Insulted my phone because its too old ( I have the Google pixel 2 XL).Ive purchased multiple phones, watches, and accessories there. I expected a little more friendliness and professionalism. Especially for a return customer whos spent thousands in their store.

I came in to do something that took as little as 5 min and I had to sit and wait for the sales people to finish their selling gig in order to simply get my tempered glass screen replaced; and my charger cord changed . I seem to always dread coming into this location when they are busy because it takes forever to do simply a 5 min thing. Don’t fall for the unlimited screen protected scheme - I went in and paid for unlimited but when I went in they said they can no longer do it since it’s been two years . Switching plans as soon as our contract is over !!!

We had such a great experience at this store. Heather went out of her way to explain what to expect when switching from At&t to Verizon. She was up front and clear about all costs and explained everything to us so everything was clear. She even got us a great deal and saved us money each month on our cell phone by switching. We went in and were wanting to sign up for a new plan. Joy made the process very easy and enjoyable. We were there for a few hours and she was very friendly and has great customer service! Skip this place and go to Costco or anywhere else. Incorrect quotes on billing, taxes, and fees. You will need to spend a lot of your time fixing everything they sign you up for after quoting you something totally different. Garbage.

Great manager who really cares and remembers your name and your phone type/plan and is able to help a lot! The other gals that work there are very unfriendly, loud, and argumentative. I just switched because Verizon was too expensive. They have great sales sometimes (free Mothers Day tablet? YES PLEASE!). Definitely recommend 5/5 when dealing with only the gal manager. Otherwise would rate 2/5.

I came in today for assistance and Heather came to my aid. Not only was she very helpful but she was amazingly patient, courteous, friendly and answered all my questions and helped to re-set my phone for me. She went beyond the call of duty to make sure all my concerns were answered/taken care of. She is definitely an asset to Verizon.

Staff was external helpful and worked together to make sure my need for a new tablet where met. John Mann not only was helping stuff and me to make sure it took as little time as possible.I really like that I have been several time and work with John Mann. Every time he has took the time to review my account and be able to increase my data plan and save me money. I also was glad when on October 31 2015 John Mann call me to tell me that was a sale on on tablet.

Tyler was amazing. He was very patient with myself and my wife when we were converting from Samsung to Apple. The amount of knowledge and expertise he possess is unreal. We had (me) a lot of issues and concerns which he addressed patiently. After a long time I finally gave up and said return me to my Samsung. He did that without getting upset. I would have gone ballistic which i did because my Samsung is so much easier than Apple Verizon, you had better hang onto this guy and GIVE HIM A RAISE. He is exceptional.

Dana and team were awesome. I didnt even know she was new until a little while in when she needed some help. She was professional and helpful and really personal. Was there for over three hours but all of that was out of their control. They were waiting on others to authorize a discount. But during that time I got to know their stories and felt like I had a personalized connection with the team. She was even thorough and let me take the time to pick out which case I wanted on my phone and I was being super picky! Will always come to this store for help again.

Lucas was awesome. Ive been with 4 different carriers the last 10 years and never had I dealt with someone nearly as honest and professional as lucas. Ive noticed most Wireless company employees have that fake, scummy used car dealer vibe about them. I understand there job is to sell products and services but Lucas managed to do it while still being honest, transparent and genuine and without being pushy which was refreshing and very much appreciated.

I was disappointed because I had cash to buy a new cell phone but the phone I wanted was not in stock and I could not have them order one unless I was on a post payment financing plan.In other words not on a contract for the phone I wanted to buy.So they tried to fix my issue with my other prepaid phone after a update with no success I purchased my cell phone at Best Buy with no problem and can use my carrier Verizon on my pre paid new phone they had in stock MotoG7 power! Love it!

I went to your store to ask for assistance to restore my phones ability to answer calls which I could not do. Kyra and Joy spent a lot of time with me to resolve the matter and when I had difficulty in restoring data them responded to my telephone call and invited me back to the store for further assistance. Best experience in a Verizon Store Ever! Kyra and her team provided awesome customer. I went in to upgraded my phone and for reasons that were my fault this took longer than it should have. FYI make sure to frequently back up your phone. The staff never showed any signs of frustration with me even when it caused them to stay late to finish my transaction. I attribute this the the vibe that comes down from the store manager. I hope that her company recognizes her for her excellent job. Lastly, stop in and see them for all your phone needs. They have some great phone cases that actually come with protection if your phone is damaged while in the case. Also, ask the about the HUM for your vehicle. With that youll be sure to know your vehicle is running like it should.

I switched my phone number over with very little issue and was set up with my new phone by Dana all in about 2 hrs. Very smooth. Im not the easiest customer and she was very patient and personable. I was undecided on phones and she helped me to organize my thoughts to make the right decision for me. She Brought me options for cases and accessories and I thought that was cool since I wasnt a fan of any of the ones on the wall. Thanks Dana!

We literally drive over an hour to go to this Verizon. Ive never gotten better service from any other Verizon store than I have from this one from Dana, Lucas, Tanner and even Amy when shes in that store. They always help us with any problems or questions and they always make sure every customer leaves with a smile and satisfied with their visit. Tanner, Lucas, and Dana have all stayed on the phones with tech support several times helping me get my issues sorted out in a timely manner. Best Verizon store in Vancouver. I wont go to any others.

Brady and Isaiah helped us out with some phone issues we were having, I am pleased to say that their customer service was phenomenal and I would recommend them to friends & family they were friendly, courteous & very helpful this store will continue to get my business for my phone needs in the future

They were extremely helpful 😊. I had gone into an actual Verizon store earlier and all he would say is that I needed to buy another phone, I had an upgrade available. At the Verizon authorized retailer, they listened to my problem, helped me back up everything, because I was going to have to send my Moto to Motorola.

We were waited on immediately and treated special from beginning until we were satisfied. The store manager, Kyra, personally took care of our needs. If you are a Verizon customer, this is the place to go. If you want to be, this is a good place to start.

I have been with Verizon for over 15 years, and I have never witnessed the customer service that I received with Tanner at GoWireless Verizon.I have been having issues with my xperia Z3 for months, after several replacements, I came to GoWireless and worked with Tanner to solve an issue on my most recent replacement.While working with Verizon customer service for over and hour and then tech support for another hour, Tanner not only stayed an hour after closing but he entertained my 1 year old who was exploring the store and grabbing anything that he could reach.If I would have been at the corporate Verizon store which I have visited many times, I know without a doubt that I would not have been treated so well. Tanner showed me that he not only cared about my immediate phone issues but also my family needs so that I could get what I needed done. I will ALWAYS go to GoWireless and work with Tanner for my future needs.
