My phone is going on five years old. Apps are dying left and right. I went to the local T Mobile/Sprint store. Found a phone that I liked and I could afford. The salesman immediately informs me that they no longer carry that model, and they havent had it for three years. I grumbled.Then I picked out another phone. But wait, that could only by used with T Mobile service, not the Sprint service I have had for four years. Grumble grumble grumble.My back hurts as they have no chairs.So I agree to switch to T Mobile. And I ask him about prices. They had some great prices. Half of what I been paying. Sold I said. As he is setting things up he tells me that the monthly rate would be $50, or $60 or $70 for the phone I liked, depending on the premium service I want. But I cantI am currently paying $30 per month with Sprint. Thats when I walked out.

This store and its employees have NO idea what they are doing. I came in to talk about my bill and found out I wasnt a delegate on the account. I left and sorted that all out. I came back to be told it doesnt matter if Im a delegate or not. Thanks for wasting my time. Adrians attitude was awful and when he pulled up the name on the account, he assumed I wasnt the person because I did look like someone with that name. Given this is true but how hurtful could that be to someone who identified as that? Educate these employees.

Im very displeased with the service at this location. I went in to activate a replacement phone from Asurion. Before I knew it they had put a T-mobile sim in the new phone. Than they tell me the phone could not be activated, do to the replacement phone being under another account. So Asurion sent me another replacement phone, thats two phones so far. The store now just told me it would be almost $500 to activate the replacement phone. So I called Sprint/Asurion come to find out its because they changed the sim card to T-mobile.

I definitely didn’t feel welcomed walking in. The guy who helped me was just plain rude. Acted like I was a complete burden. Seemed like he didn’t want to answer any of the questions I had. He acted as if he hated his job and wanted to get me out of the store ASAP...... I ended up just walking out. Won’t be going back to this location at least.

Not an exaggeration:I received the BEST customer service I have ever received at any carrier ever. Period.Deejay is by far the most helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.I received a better deal, with more perks, than I was offered at any other carrier. He got me one of the best phones with the best accessories available for the best price! I wont go anywhere that he isnt from now on.I am now a life long Deejay customer.

I have had service with sprint for over a year. I have had a few issues here and there, all minor issues. The staff is great, but I have found that Jasmine M. that works here is extremely knowledgeable, informative, easy to understand. She explains everything and any concern that I have she looks into. She always makes sure I understand exactly what is going on with my account and what I am being charged for. I will only go to Jasmine for everything.

Came in to do a simple lease turn in and was told I couldn’t, because the phone couldn’t have service on it for them to take it as a lease turn in. I’ve worked at sprint. I understand not enjoying doing your job, but it’s still what you get paid to do. Won’t be continuing service.

I got told I could get my new phone today from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and I got there at 3:00 pm and the door was lock and there was a gate behind the door and there was no note about closing early on the door and they called me and said that they were open today so I can come get the phone

This company needs to get the notes in the system correct. For at least 3 years Ive had sprint service. This new store is so nice, and much closer to home. There was no wait and the associate Ryan was helpful in walking me through my bill, and making sure I got the best value. I have been a Sprint customer for over a decade. I was ready to switch carriers when I walked into this store to get a quote on a new plan. By far the BEST customer service I have ever had with Sprint. Period. I am still a Sprint customer and will be returning to THIS store for any further needs.

If you have issues with your bill- I would recommend calling the customer service number. Was overcharged since September. Went in every single month(Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan) and kept getting told Next billing cycle Next billing cycle. Was also told a $130 credit was added by the manager because that was what they owed me. It was never placed. Its now February and my bill is still high ($20 more a month). Called the customer service number and they have fixed it all for me with an hours phone call. Wasted so much time going in and dealing with it when they really did absolutely nothing and did not know how to do anything. Also tried to contact the manager by text as he requested if it was still high on Febuarys payment and so I did--never got a response back from him as I expected would happen. Ironic.

Got service with Sprint in April. I have been overcharged every month. The managers at the store admitted a mistake with my plan, but are unable to fix it. Then have repeatedly told me that they e-mailed the DM (district manager). The DM needs to approve the credit to my account, but it has been months and I continue to get overcharged.
