I went in knowing I wanted to switch carriers and get the iPhone 12. They had 1 left of the exact one I wanted. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left the store with my new iPhone, took only 10 minutes. Very quick, answered all my questions, threw me no BS and I’m very happy with everything! Thank you everyone who works there!
Come for the High prices, STAY FOR THE COVID MIS-INFORMATIONI went to transfer my service to Verizon and Had to listen to George the Verizon Rep and practicing epidemiologist Spew crazy covid and vaccine mis information. I made it clear I did not want to hear it & please just set up my phone, but he would not relent. So I corrected him at one point when he was telling me he had friends that died from getting the vaccine and then it was really on! . Now George was so focused on spewing his mis-information and conspiracy theories that for the next 10 min he could not find where to activate verizon on my device when i was finally able to get my device from him, I showed him, it took me 2 seconds. I activated it immediately and got the hell out of there. Unbearable !
Charged an extra 300 dollars, lied to about my accountI went in to buy a new phone. I traded in my iPhone 10 for the 11. Assisted by Trey. I was told initially that I would receive a 300 dollar credit applied over a period of 2 1/2 years (about 10 dollars a month to my bill). I asked if it was possible to apply it as a full credit instead of divided over time, and was told that I was able to have that. I was told I could charge the apple headphones that I bought in store to my account, and I would receive an email that had a code for 300 dollars that I could enter in my Verizon account. Basically I bought the headphones knowing I would receive an email within 48 hours that I could apply directly to my account, making them free. No email showed, and I later found out the credit was applied as discussed initially over a period of 2 1/2 years. I had to go back into the store where I was told that they were unable to reverse the credit, so I was out 300 dollars. Didn’t really need the headphones, never would’ve bought them if they wouldn’t basically have been free.
I went into Verizon to get a break down of the bill. I was assisted by Trey. Now I went into the store with with three people asking about a business account. Trey told us in order to make any changes to the account we would need to call or go online but he said he would help us as much as he could. Trey broke down the bill and the difference between a consumer and business account in such a beneficial way. If you go into this store Id ask for Trey, his customer service is beyond amazing. I hope Verizon recognizes how amazing he is. Thank you Trey for helping us as much as you did.
They have good service but you have to pay for it I found out you can do a month-to-month after I visit the store it would have been good to know first they could have told me that

Wow, another industry affected be product not being available. Needed two new phones, they had nothing in stock priced under $1000. Hmmm, new phone or a great weekend at the beach... Love the lady that helped us though, Janie was very helpful.

I went into the store to 1) have my phone service switched from Sprint to Verizon on an established business account that does thousands of dollars worth of business with Verizon every year and a substantial monthly payment for employee services. I went in with the CEO of the company and to 2) purchase a new iPhone 12. Everything was fine until the CEO paid for the phone as well. We were told I’d get a $300 for my iPhone X and he was to get a $150 credit for bringing in a Sprint customer. He paid with his business credit card and then we were told the $300 had to be credited to his account monthly. OK… Then, we were told, no… Couldn’t do that either and there was no $150 credit after all. Because this was told after the new phone had been paid for, everything had to be redone… After another hour of nobody knowing how to do this, I told them not to add the phone and that I’d use my old phone. However, my old phone now did not work now and the manager told us to go to Sprint to get it working again. This caused a heated exchange as we still wanted to switch service to Verizon… Still told to go to Sprint first. Amazing incompetence and rudeness from the manager. All around bad service and then, the kicker... The manager called the police on us for being “rude”to him! Incredible! After the years of Verizon service the CEO has done with his business and to be treated like that. The manager needs to be either fired (my recommendation) or trained in customer service. He needs a new job where he is not around the public. Not a good experience! Avoid the store!
Clean. Employees very kind and happy to help. Out of a lot if phones. Ordering some phones only takes a 2 to 3 day delivery. Very intense time spent with purchase and adding phones. Took a couple hours, Im happy the young man helping us was so informative.
The corporate store in the Van Mall area is good. Staff actually listen to you as you tell them what you need and they actually do their best to accommodate you.
I had an appointment and got no text to come in, even though it was past my appointment time.Got helped by a tall grumpy middle aged man with glasses.He did not greet me nicely and he was cold and unwelcoming.Will never go back to this location.Go to any other location and you’ll be better off. Unless they hire new people.

They got into my apple easier than two white people get backstage with Oprah. Like a paper plate in a snow storm, like karate chopping through a wet paper bag.

Mediocre service. I understand that people walking in with questions probably arent gonna buy a phone, but I dont think that taking your own phone out and doing something else instead of helping a customer is good service.

The associate that helped me to port from AT&T was awesome. Made the whole transaction quick and easy, he also made sure to check for a deal on the phone I was getting to make sure I got the best price. The store was also in great shape for covid prevention. Ill definitely try to come back for accessories when my phone arrives.
After doing a phone upgrade, I thought I had either lost my phone or that it had been stolen. After weeks of phone calls and trying to reach the store, I paid a few visits. The store staff and management handled my concerns with professionalism, care and grace. They followed up a couple of days later as well. And within another couple of days I found my phone and mailed it off. I want to commend them for handling my issue well and thoroughly. Cheers!
Very slow service - Verizon doesnt answer calls but they apparently give others appointments over the phone and make the people inside the store wait way longer.
UPDATED -- Jane was an outstanding rep for Verizon . . super patient with me as I tried to get Android phone data, photos, contacts, etc transferred to a new one (I know iPhone, but totally ignorant regarding Androids !!) . . excellent attitude, knowledgable, etc . . highly recommended ! AND CRIS WAS ANOTHER REP WHO HELPED ME -- SHE REALLY CAME THROUGH AS WELL :)
Worst experience....First of all, its 4:05PM, and theres customers being forced to wait outside in 40 degrees, one woman was 80 years old. I went in and inquired about help, a little loudly. One man, Matt yells from across the store that everyone is busy helping someone. Only 1 man working. However, he could step away long enough to tell me tp Get out...After 25 years, this is the customer service I receive. My phone for myself and wife as well as mother in law are up for renewal. Will be going elsewhere. Matt has NO business in customer service.
Staff were okay but seemed hesitant to help me with my issue where had with a Smart watch I ordered didnt come with the charger needed to even try the watch on for the first time and was supposed to be included in the back. They did help me out but not before making me think they werent going to.
Terrible experience. I have been a Verizon customer for 25 years and was treated poorly today. The bouncer at the entrance of the store was unhelpful and condescending. I asked if they could help me with a new phone and transferring info from my old phone to a new phone. He said he could upgrade my phone but transferring data was my job. I also asked if I upgraded phones if someone would help me with the new features etc. He said, no, we dont help with phone usage questions. We can help you upgrade your phone. And that was it, folks. Would not recommend this store...and am reluctanct to recommend Verizon at all now.

They will tell you whatever they think will get you to upgrade and spend the most money. Then when the fine print comes along, they will blame the corporation. I was talked into upgrading to a new phone with the promise of a $350 rebate when my phone was traded in. I was asked if it was in good, working condition which it was. In fact, the store employee manipulated the phone several times while we were there and never batted an eye. When I brought the phone in to receive the rebate I was told the deal was null and void because of a couple of barely noticeable blemishes. I was not asked if the phone was in perfect brand new condition...I was asked if it was in good working condition. Actively looking for a new carrier now, Verizon has shown me more then once how they view their customers.
I was in the store today and had the pleasure of working with Kyle. He was trying to fix a technical problem that has been ongoing for several months. I had talked to the tech support several times and got no answers. Kyle really went above and beyond for me today. He was truly awesome. He tried his hardest to figure it out. He was kind and patient. Although neither of us were super happy with the answer we got he honestly tried his hardest to help. You have a real gem with Kyle! I will keep coming back to this store specially for Kyle.

Been a customer for over a decade.Yesterday, 10/19/2019, spoke with Devon Morris, solutions specialist. I had a lot of questions about products, plans, accessories and he was able to answer them easily.He printed out several new plan options for me and my family. Suggested ideas after listening to how we all use data separately. Even when his tablet app froze up, he was still able to answer questions about options we had. I left with a lot of information and no pressure.Additionally, I was going to buy two phone chargers and he checked to make sure they were the right ones. They werent. When he found none that worked up front, he dug around in back to get them.Always glad to see good customer service, hence the review.

I wasnt even here to buy a phone so much as to ask them about compatibility and advice for a new phone, and Taylor went above and beyond to thoroughly educate me as well as even show me options for phones that match what I was looking for. His broad background knowledge in the mobile industry was extremely impressive and honestly it makes me feel like I should come here when Im in the market for a new service provider. I would highly recommend this location in particular, and especially would recommend asking after Taylor.
Great people, great service! I went in to that place last year and I saw one of my friend who works there, she’s one who knows ASL and she helped me to trade in my old phone into a new iPhone X. Things went so smoothly because she totally understood what I wanted/needed! :)I also think it’s very important for other people who work there to learn some ASL as well because what if Bethany is busy with another customer that she would be unable to help a deaf customer at the same time? It’s also a great practice for them to learn some signing language skills so they would be able to communicate directly with some deaf customers and help them that would make Bethany’s job much easier!
Horrible experience, came in to preorder the note 20 and was treated like trash, during my interaction with the associate the manager was standing there watching. Ended up leaving. And by leaving I mean for good. Went to AT&T and transfered all 6 of our lines to them.
I was at the store this morning to get some admin help on my account. I was greeted by Bethany with a warm welcome and eager to help me. She not only took care of my admin needs, but she didn’t rush me at all. I came away feeling that she genuinely cared about my needs. Visited the store & had the best in-store experience ever. We worked with Adan, who ended up staying over his scheduled shift (& store closing) to help us get what we needed. He took amazing care of us & was super knowledgeable about everything we needed to take care of. He went above & beyond & provided excellent customer service. It is because of people like him, that we’ve been loyal Verizon customers for over 15 years. I hope his manager sees this!

I would like to take a second to say how awesome Roderick was. He was very in tune with my needs and working with my budget, as well as fixing issues I had been having (as nobody told me previously that my prepaid phone would have trouble with the post paid plan) and I had been fighting with Verizon since buying my old phone 2 months ago over the same issue.He was very respectful and working with him was as smooth a transaction as Ive ever had with any carrier. You have a great employee with skills that a lot of employees lack, and a lot of employees would do well by following his example. Keep up the good work, and thank you for helping to put my issues with my service to rest! Five stars all the way!
Went in to get service on my used galaxy s8, If I remember correctly the man that helped me was named bonnie(?) Anyways, he was absolutely awesome, brightened my entire day, and I was in and out with phone service on a phone that didnt have service previously within 20 minutes. 5 star review! If the man that helped me isnt a manager, He needs to be.

Employees at this location are not trained properly and do not know how Verizon works. I called in to this store in the morning, spoke to an employee at this location to ask about the process of adding an existing Verizon number to my family plan, the employee told me I have to come in the store and they can do it there. When I drove to the store that afternoon, employees told me that an AOL (transfer of line to my account) cannot be done in store, and it has to be done through customer service. They were not willing to help and told me I need to call customer service. If I knew that I would not have driven 20+ mins to this store to get this done. Terrible customer service

Zero customer service satisfaction!My husband is a long haul truck driver. 7 days after purchasing the phone case, he left for his trip. Came home 15 days later and headed strait to the store to return the phone clip. The regular employees nor the manager were willing to return the clip. I am 7 days past the 14 day return policy. Refused to refund an unused phone cover with clip.I wanted my money back or at least to be credited to my account. Neither were done.

Customer, Show me your cheapest phone. Employee, Here is a phone for $180... Customer, Is that your cheapest phone?. Employee, Well, this one is $160. Customer, ... Okay, are you sure thats your cheapest phone?. Employee, I mean, there is one for $99... BTW, that will be another $40 on top of that price to upgrade. WTH??? Im not buying a used car here! My adice to anyone is to go to Best Buy or get a new phone. At least that way you can skip the sales people or even better skip the upgrade fee. Better yet, just go to a new provider thats just going to give you a new phone for switching.
I was just in to inquire about the email I received that my free cloud storage going away. Wanted to be sure it wasnt a scam but also find out options and if it affected others on my plan. The girl there was very short and said I guess it will affect others on your plan but dont know. Didnt want to check my account to see. As for help with options she just said I would have to Google for help or just buy the cloud service from them. Was less than helpful and wasnt interested in helping when I asked 3 times. Funny thing while i was waiting my turn another employee was helping a gentleman with the same issue and was getting suggestions and help.This is the second time I have this woman NOT help me. I used to really like this location. Just need to be careful who you work with there.
Great staff! Very friendly and helpful. Very neat setup that makes it easy to look around at what they have. Their service plans are very good, recently switched over to them from a less desirable service provider.
So no one else has to go through what I went through. They only care about money. I promise Verizon doesnt care about you. I went there because I wanted non spotty service but they have terrible customer service, long wait times for help and over priced coverage. Also the contracts that they have, they are basically like selling your soul to the devil. Just go to cricket or sprint.
Verizon when are you gonna wake up and see the reviews the store has gotten they really suck and do not care I guess you guys don’t care about your customers either. My wife went there tonight for help to get her replacement phone set up but of course since we didn’t spend $800 there they said oh we can’t help you you have to get a hold of Apple. So she drives to the Verizon store in Woodland Washington which was extremely helpful and within 20 They had her new phone set up and working. It’s ridiculous that she don’t look in the stores with such low ratings very poor customer service I will be changing to a new carrier soon thanks for nothing. It was good and the fix my problem
Went here to inquire about options to fix or replace my phone. The wait time was less than I was expecting which was nice and the guy who helped me was nice at first. Decided to get a new phone but after deciding to not get all the accessories that the guy was trying to sell, there was a very noticeable change in his attitude...he couldnt finish up with me fast enough and stopped answering my questions. Im glad I didnt buy the accessories because they are way over priced there; even with their bundling discount I was still able to find the exact same products on Amazon for 50% less.

Ive never had a problem here at Verizon. None except that i need a new phone case and screen protector for my Moto2Z phone... Of course they no longer carry them because the 2Z is now considered old. I do know this is the case with MANY phones! (I say, bring back the old, old phones that have the replaceable batteries!!!) Lol(Yes, Im old school. I dont need the next up and coming phone!)
My husband and I moved our account from Verizon to another carrier due to them never being able to lower our bill. Once everything was moved, I called to cancel the Verizon account and the guy that helped me was inconsiderate and rude. Talked to me like he was better and said that the new carrier was no good, proceeded to laugh and say see you in 6 months. I then called a few weeks later and asked when I would see the final bill. Come to find out the guy that helped me the first time did not cancel everything like I had asked. At this point everything was cancelled. I asked when I would be seeing a final bill and was told in 5 business days. Yesterday I received a bill but not a final itemized bill. I called to ask if they could email this to me. I was told by not only the guy that answered the phone but the manager that they are unable to email this to me. I find it absolutely crazy that a wireless company that has paperless billing is in able to email you a final bill because their system doesnt allow them to. They also informed me. That because I was on paperless billing when I cancelled the account there was nothing mailed out. Now dont you think that if someone cancels an account it would cancel the auto pay and the paperless billing? Not my fault your system doesnt work properly. Needless to say no matter what I will NEVER go back to Verizon as my wireless carrier due to their lack of customer service.

Verizon is NOT the company it used to be. I have had Verizon as long as I have had a cell phone. They USED to be a company that was very easy to work with, the people in their brick and mortar stores were friendly and helpful.My phone died while moving from Pennsylvania to Washington. I visited two separate Verizon stores for help.At this location, I worked with a young lady who was not only rude, but also made changes on my phone that I did not ask her to make. I had another young man tell me I had the wrong e-mail address, the e-mail address that I have had for as long as I can remember. I was treated disrespectfully and the two associates were dismissive.Verizon should spot check their stores to observe how customers are treated, when experiencing trouble .Verizon is NOT the company I used to work with.I have a choice in what service I use.
I have gone to the Vancouver Plaza store twice in the last 2 weeks with problems with phones I bought. They couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. They have my highest recommendation. Also, I am a senior citizen and have been treated most respectfully by everyone there. Kathy Parker
I went in grumpy, but they were awesome. Its confusing how these places work now, but someone took my name pretty quickly after I walked in, then Adan showed up to help. I needed a new nano SIM, Adan was fantastic, and even helped me out so I could transfer my photos later.Cell stores are usually hell for me because of sensory issues, but this was a really good experience (and Adan was very patient with my obvious grumpiness). I hope its their usual.
Went in to change our business lines back to Verizon from xfinity because we had way better coverage with Verizon and Justin helped us change everything back over and was very helpful. Had a great experiance and even got some new devices for the trucks that can help manage the GPS,show the trucks health, and best of all its a freakin wifi hotspot!

Ive purchased 15 different phones from this store for business reasons and have never had an issue with the customer service here. I have also had Verizon service for 11 + yrs and have had the normal issues you get with cell carriers but they have all been resolved quickly.Just a little wisdom for all of you complainers out there; read before you sign! You are responsible for your actions. If your are adult enough to go buy a phone and have a phone payment then you are adult enough to be responsible and read before you sign and ask plenty of questions. If your brand new car breaks down they dont just give you a brand new one...so....grow up!

I had a strange experience at this store. I cancelled part of my service and later regretted it. I went to the store because Ive always found them very helpful and while Im not incapable of reading through endless FAQs they usually know answers off the top of their heads.This time they all agreed that I had forever lost forever the use of that feature and must upgrade at twice the price.I went in another time and was told the same thing. I was sort of upset so I walked around the parking lot to cool off and when I went back they magically knew how to get my feature back. I dont really know if I just happened into the one guy who could do it or if theyre supposed to shove me into something I dont want and the last guy took pity on me.
Had a great experience here yesterday getting a new phone. An employee connected with me right as a set foot in the store, asked me why I was there, and got me in the queue for help. The rep was able to answer all my questions and get me what I needed. Obviously if you choose a busy time to come in (6:30 pm on a weekday) youre going to be frustrated with the wait. Id go to this location again for sure.
The girl helping me just wanted to argue. Didnt tell me her name either. I came in to talk about plans and to switch my employer for the discounts. Very short with me and snotty. Didnt even tell me which discounts the new employer got. Told her I was going to go to the store that I originated my business with and she said theyre going to tell you the same thing. Dont think so girlie. Only came here because it was closest to where I was at the moment. Do not go here the people are awful.
The girl who helped me today was rude and treated me like an idiot. I just spent 800 dollars with Verizon 2 weeks ago.. obviously they dont care about customer service at this location. Every other location Ive been too has been very nice and accommodating. Dont waste your time here, go to the next nearest location.

If i could give a zero star I would. I spoke with a rep who couldnt help ke with a basic question. He transferred me to another department where I sat on hold for two hours and two minutes before I hung up. I suspect he transferred me to a department that went home for the day. I still need help with my phone. Worst customer service ever.
My experience here was fantatsic. My situation was sort of complicated, one way or another I got to interact with almost every employee working each one listened to me and helped me and made active steps to help me get a phone replacement. Every employee was kind and friendly none of them were ever rude or harsh. Had to wait for something to go through last night and came in today to get everything wrapped up, 2 of the employees working today remembered me by name and I think thats awesome!! The service was awesome and anyone who hasnt had a great experience here should definitely go back and try them again! Nice job guys (:

I had been to 3 other Verizon stores or outlets, (Costco), and 2 independent Verizon stores, but None could help me get an ad off my phone that kept interfering with my delete button. So I was sceptical about going into this store. But Low and Behold, after about 10 minutes of wrangling with my Droid, the young store rep got it! I am So thankful! The minute I stepped foot in the door, friendly Josh was there, ascertained what I needed, and worked with me and my budget. I traded in my iPhone 4S for a 6, and walked out of there with a tablet too -- my first one ever. Out of pocket was within my budget, and my monthly bill only goes up $5. I didnt feel pressured at all. Josh was entertaining as well, and went out of his way to get a red tablet case for me once he knew that was my favorite color. Great place. Highly recommended.
They helped me with a minor issue but the employees artitude. I saw this employee talking very rudely to a customer, older lady who obviously had challenges with her phone. Customer service is very much needed.
I felt like I went through a drive through...They need to explain the trad in device more clearly. Its not that hard to say you will need final bill of old plan and payment receipt from day of perches. Iv ran to the store once because they did not give me code.... So frustrating!

They told us for several years that they had mailed us our deposit back to us and we would call and they would claim it was in the mail but it never showed.the company was just dishonest.
The man that greeted me has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I wish I would have asked his name so I can call him out. I walked in the door and the man asked me if I had my name on some list I told home no so he said sit down and wait or shop because there were multiple people ahead of me. So I sat but then I saw (after ten minutes of waiting with not person saying one word to me) about five employees standing in a group telling joke and laughing. So I started walking out only then the guy who greeted me says. “Oh you are the next person” I left anyway and called customer service on the phone. As this store didn’t really want my business Oh yeah and I would rather not get a cookie cutter response from this store like every other response. I just won’t go to this location again.
Verizon customer for years, until I visited this location I was never dissatisfied. I went in to renew my plan, I was told, my plan no longer existed and would have to upgrade, that was an outright lie, to make the pill a little sweeter I got the infamous tablet deal, it is a never ending problem, today I will buy out the remainder of my plan and quit, customer for 15years or more.
I think theyve cut down on staff, so the wait time can be long. The service is really good.

Ive had Verizon for about 8 months and recently disconnected my service due to the worst customer service ever!!! I make payment arrangements every 2 weeks with customer service. I even talked to a supervisor named Mark who said he made an arrangement for me and guess what! He couldnt move his fingers on the keyboard to put it in the computer so just before my payment comes out they turn my phone off, even though they me send emails stating I made payment arrangements. They do this all the time! ! I have to argue with them to make them drop my $15.00 fee and to get my phone turned back on! Tired of their crap. Do not recommend anyone signing up with Verizon. Go with a different phone carrier everybody! !
I like the service but the store didnt have all the display phones to show.
The representative that helped us was not as helpful as we expected. Had a very short way of explaining and describing an answer to our questions.
