This was a good experience. They guys got to it in the time frame they gave me, that was important. The best thing is, I took my truck in there sure that I had a problem. They tested and drove the truck and determined everything was fine and that it just how these engines run and gave some pointers on how to maintain and drive the truck. Its an F550 with a service body and I have never owned one. I feel like other shops wouldve seen me coming, thinking I had a problem and done a repair that perhaps I did not need. Thanks guys!

They fixed my truck!!!I have a 1999 7.3 and it had been giving me intermittent issues for about two months. I did everything I could think of to fix it and came up with nothing.Tim told me to come drop the truck off and they would run diagnostics on it in a few days. They are a busy shop that specializes in Powerstroke trucks so I understood the wait.They called, texted and emailed me every step of way and explained what codes they were finding and what needed to be done. Repairs on the truck were completed in less than a week.I truly appreciate the work that the team at NW Powerstroke did on my truck. I would refer anyone with a Powerstroke to go to their shop. The communication through the process was very detailed and precise which made me feel comfortable with the work they were doing.

The guys at NW Powerstroke really know what theyre doing. We send them our company work rigs when in need of service or repair, after having tried a few other mechanics in the area that seemed to be over priced and lesser quality. This is definitely not the case at NW Powerstroke.They are reasonably priced, professional, and perform top notch quality service. I would recommend them to anyone in need of service, upgrades, or repair on their truck.

If you own a Ford, this is where you need to go. Period. They found and fixed a problem that was created from another shop that nobody could figure out and it took them little to no time at all to diagnose. To make a very long story short my tuck (2011 F350) was aligned with les Schwab in battle ground and when leaving they didn’t tighten my alignment down thus causing a lot of damage and parts needing to be replaced. They “tried” to fix their problem but clearly had no idea what they were doing and same with the other shops this truck has been with after they tried. My truck experienced the death wobble more than once after this incident and after several thousands of dollars we almost gave up until my husband found this shop. Jeremy the owner was positive he could resolve our issue since this is the only thing the specialize in. Sure enough they were right. I’m happy to say I have my truck back and feels safe again. Thank you to this crew especially Jeremy (owner) and tim (mechanic) for all your hard work and helping us. Tim really took his time going over how all these parts work and made sure we had all the information we needed. Highly recommend and we will be coming back. This shop is a higher end shop and will cost you a little bit more but I’ve learned the hard way that you get what you pay for and in this case, GOOD QUALITY WORK from NW Powerstroke.

This place is great! They did some work on my vehicle and I couldnt be happier. Everything was done quickly and the customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend using these guys.

To start off we called and scheduled an appointment to bring our truck in on a Monday to get our truck worked on. Was having a hard time starting in the morning blowing out tons of black smoke. Told them to fix whatever was needed to get it running again. Got the truck back a week and a half later. They told us they put new glow plugs in fuel filter and oil change the bill was 1800$!! Didnt think anything of it got in the truck and drove off sat for a couple days go to start it up and the same issues. so we decided to take it to trusted shop we like to see if anything was done. There was absolutely nothing done besides the fuel filter and oil change. turns out the glow plug relay was causing all the problems starting hard in the morning. Also the heater core was bad and leaking and the thermostat was sticking. these were all problems Northwest Powerstroke should have figured out themselves if they were real diesel mechanics. we would have took it to the shop that we trust and like but they were packed and we thought Northwest Powerstroke would be a good place to go with good reviews we were absolutely wrong. And we have heard nothing but bad stories from other shops.

I called and left a message to schedule work. Jeremy called me back the next day June 30th and he advised NW Powerstroke had a 1 week backlog to schedule a job. I scheduled an appointment date of July 8 th with Jeremy. Jeremy suggested the date. I arrived on the appointment date, July 8th at 8 am and dropped the truck off for the 2 hour job. I called later that day at 4:20 to see if my truck was done and Jeremy said He was backed up for 2-3 weeks and I would have to leave the truck if I wanted them to do the 2 hour job. Unbelievable.They appear to have NO concept of customer service or understand the term Appointment for work. Jeremy did tell me to have a nice day when I came in to PU my keys. I waited a week for an appointment and NW Powerstroke and they wasted my time. BEWARE.

I took my truck in for a coolant leak. They were able to diagnose it quickly and kept me updated on the progress. Very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions.

Absolutely loved my experience here! I called in and needed tires as soon as possible because of a road trip I needed to take. They were able to get me in and out SAME DAY! Michael really went above and beyond for me and is a great representative of NW Powerstrokes name. I was able to get an AMAZING value on the 10 ply tires I bought. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Super friendly staff, they care about what they do, very quick, and great overall service!

This establishment is, at its core, the best diesel repair place that Ive been to. It is also the home of a towing company as well. All the employees are friendly and do fantastic work. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Way over priced to just diagnos why my truck will not fully turn to the right they want $240 just to look at it going to another Diesel shop with high ratings for alot less save your money and do your research there are other top shops charging way less you just have to wait a little longer to get in must be a reason why probably cause there good. Your shop said $240 just to LOOK at it thats what was said sorry for being honest.

I had a terrible experience with Northwest Powerstroke.I had my truck serviced there. They replaced the HPOP. HPOP failed shortly after I got it back. Upon new diagnosis it was found that the work done by Northwest Powerstroke had many shortcomings and there were many missing bolts on key components and a HUGE leak at the pump with the shaft seal of pump leaking badly. Called them to see about warranty for the part, labor, or reimburse any of huge towing bill and they wouldnt cover anything.

These guys did work for landers motors on my vehicle after purchesing it and were supposed to do more work then they did and lied to me about the work done and wouldn’t give me a receipt for the work highly recommend not getting work done here, I highly recommend getting your diesel work done at premiere diesel
