I had transmission cooler hose blow out and I had it towed to Unlimited V-dub. Mike was fully booked for about 2 weeks out so I asked him to get to my van when he had an opening. I was surprised to find the he got me in on the following day. I was impressed by his honesty, quality of work and the willingness to step up and get a stranded customer back on the road. Highly recommend.

These guys are amazing!!! Took my BMW here to get it fixed and they got it done ASAP. Quick, easy, cheap, & reliable. Super friendly staff as well that knocked off a few hundred for me from what the BMW dealers quoted me.

The only place I will take my cars for service. My 2005 Scion was misfiring and instead of just throwing parts at it, they took the time to find the actual cause of a loose wire and saved me several hundred in repair costs without even charging me the actual amount of time it took to find the issue. They go above and beyond to do the job right. And if you have a VW-nobody knows more than Mike. My 2004 Jetta TDI runs perfectly because of his care!!!

Called about an issue with my car and was treated extremely rude and told me I couldn’t talk to anyone unless I brought my car in and then hung up on me. They need to fire whatever lady answered the phone.

Took my ML63 AMG to Unlimited Automotive Repair for a 2nd opinion/diagnosis on a light front end clunking issue. Another shop (highly regarded by reviews and starts with the letter A on Mill Plain) had erroneously (I dont believe they actually even properly looked at it) diagnosed it as a bad steering rack and wanted $1750 to fix it. Mike at Unlimited took it in and checked it out. By noon that day he called to report that the right inner tie rod was bad. I asked him when he would be able to fix it and he said he could have it done by closing that same day. I had him do both left and right sides which he did at a reasonable total cost of $450 including tax. The clunking is now gone and Mike at Unlimited saved me $1300. Mike has totally earned our trust and business! Unlimited Automotive Repair is now our go to shop for both my wifes and my Mercedes. If youre looking for professionalism, honesty and quality automotive work in Vancouver WA for your European or Asian car look no further. You wont be disappointed. Mike and his shop are tops!

I Highly recommend doing business with a dealership or any other shop. By far the worst experience one could never imagine. Highly Overrated. Would have given no star if that were an option.

I would give less than one star if that was an option. Completely fraudulent business that scams people out of their money. Avoid this place like the plague.

Completely unprofessional. Has a gender bias so watch out if youre a female so you dont get taken advantage of. Became a 6 week job, quoted as 2 max, that also went over the estimate although the work was slightly less than anticipated and we had 1 of the parts for them. Calls were repeatedly ignored when deadlines were missed and they made no attempt to reach out. Even blocked calls after hanging up without being able to update after missing another completion date. No word about going over budget until we went to make final payment. Pressured to sign paperwork saying written estimate had been received (required by state law according to it) in order for car to be released. Paperwork was also back dated (I added correct date).

Called 3 different time to get a quote to fix my Porsche 911 and was told that Mechanic will call me back. It’s been over 3 weeks now and still no one called me back. Bad costumers service.

Mike and his team are SO nice! Weve been here three times for both major and minor problems and everything about our repairs was above the board. He explains everything to you in great detail. His work was performed professionally and quickly. Highly recommend.

I have brought my vehicle in to Unlimited Automotive on a few occasions for dealer recommended services. Not only was I quoted better prices than other shops but my car was always done when promised and service was excellent. Not something I can say about other shops I have been to. Keep up the good work!

Terrible experiance. A dealership wouldve been faster and cheaper. Mike is completly unreliable and will dodge your calls when he fails to meet quoted deadlines for weeks. Then try to charge hundreds more than a worst case scenario quote at the end of it after the repairs required far less than worst case scenario. Highly recomend getting anything he says in writting or just avoiding this shop entirly.

Brought in a 2004, toyota camry, with catastrophic failure, ie. Brake master cylinder, engine rebuilt top and bottom. Was quoted more then the car was worth. Decided to sell as-is.

If you have a Germany made car this is the place to go. Prices are not bad. In fact a few times I have got their prices for parts then priced them out if I were to get them and every time it was cheaper to get them through the shop. My car is always done on time if not earlier. I will only bring my VW to Unlimited!!

We lived in the Vancouver area for 2.5 years, and had the great luck to find Unlimited VW. Mike is an awesome person who clearly enjoys his job, and will thoroughly and honestly describe what needs to be done, and how much it will cost. We had a number of large repair jobs completed through unlimited. This place really has the personal touch of a hardworking entrepreneur.

Brought in my New Beetle for headlight replacement. A few weeks later, the bulb burned out. Turns out I had a problem with the wiring. They went above and beyond to get to the root of the problem and fix it. We are very happy with V-Dub Unlimited.

Not sure why this place has good ratings. They tried charging me $75 for a standard oil change on a 2005 toyota corolla...everyone else charges around $30. Rip off alert. Maybe if youre a guy, they wont try to jip you. Not sure.
