They were even able to tell me another issue I had with my car. This issue I had for a while and two other mechanics said it was nothing, one being the dealership. I finally have answers. Customer service was excellent. Brandon did a great job of explaining the work which would be performed. I brought in my 1965 mustang to have ring gear replaced. Brandon Seemed very interested in assuring that work would be performed with a high standard. Since the repair has been done the car is running great. They identify a few issues that needed to be taken care of as well. All repairs were performed in timely manner and within estimate . Overall quality business. I highly recommend.

Through a very reliable reference, I used Hamm Autoworks to replace valve cover gaskets, my entire front brake system, with a full tune up on my 1998 Toyota T100. The work was completed the day after I dropped it off. And that was during a very busy schedule in his shop. What I really admired was that he did what he said he could do to get my truck back to me the next day. And the work he did was solid my truck runs perfect now. That is very important as I use my truck in the rugged deep mountains weekly and I need my truck running perfect! I highly recommend Hamm Autoworks to anyone looking for a honest trustworthy GREAT mechanic, with very reasonable prices.

Had my car towed to them and even though they had a no openings, the owner Brandon got my car in and fixed right away. He also took the time to explain exactly what was going on and make sure I didnt waste any money on things I didnt need fixed. Very impressed with them!

I dealt mostly with Brandon and he was wonderful - very friendly and knowledgeable. I recently bought a used car and had it inspected by a dealer before purchase (most convenient based on car location), so when I brought it home I went to HA to get the fixes found in the report. He performed his own inspection, compared it to the dealers list of findings, and told me what actually needed done. I expected the dealer to be a little picky, but he saved me a lot of money simply by being honest! He was very flexible with timing to get the fixes done, and did them promptly and explained everything he did in detail when I went to pick it up so I knew exactly what all was done, when it would need checked again, etc. Its a small shop so I recommend an appointment, but I absolutely will return and highly recommend Hamm Autoworks.

I have always had a positive experience here. Brandon Hamm provides honest work at reasonable prices. When my alignment was out just a skootch, he did everything he could to avoid ordering new parts. He really takes care to get your car in proper shape while not selling you things you dont need. This shop was recommended by a family member. Since it was close to work at the time, and my check engine light was on. I decided to take my rig and have it looked at. Brandon was very friendly and informative in advising me specific steps to get the check engine light resolved. The issue was fixed and I was able to pass my smog check. I also had an oil change. This shop is the best in town and I highly recommend it!!

By far one of the best shops around. I have a f150 that is my work truck and cant have it breaking down on me. Brandon and team are fabulous! It is hard to find a truly reputable and fair auto mechanic these days, and Hamm Autoworks is just that! My husband had his Chevy Silverado in for repair and I have had my Audi A4 in, as well. Brandon is so knowledgeable and diagnosed our situations fair and square, even taking the time to show us underneath the vehicles and educate us on our options. Im in my 60s, female & look like an easy mark, so Ive been targeted several times & can smell a rat quickly. My car recently had a starting problem. AAA got it going, but couldnt get a read on why it was acting up. When I happened again, I asked for a local reference to check it out. I have a go-to shop in PDX, but its downtown & hard to get to. The AAA tech recommended Hamms, so I decided to try them. Im impressed. The owner, Brandon, knows his stuff & is eager to help. Hes trying to build his business & really wants to get repairs done right the first time out. He was fast & the price was reasonable too. I highly recommend this shop.

Hamm Autoworks are the best! Brandon competently diagnosed my 01 Honda Civic to have a defective seatbelt switch and another issue. Honda has a lifetime seatbelt warranty so theyll fix that; while Hamm takes care of the rest. Being a customer of Hamm Autoworks is like having a friend in the business. Theres integrity here.
