Second time at a second location and both times, had wonderful service. Great at pointing out and helping me understand what exactly is wrong. Even took extra free steps by cleaning parts of the motor that likely saved my car in the end.Would also like to point out, my grandma has been coming to this business for years and has never had any trouble.

If you LOVE your vehicles like I do,... This is NOT the place to take it. Honest-1 Auto,.. IRONIC!! Thats 1 thing that they are not,..HONEST! They left my vehicle outside on a Monday overnight & it was broken in to. And I returned on Wednesday to find out for myself. They didnt call ME. They didnt call the POLICE. And on to of it all,.. My wife & I were disrespected by the Lady behind the counter. I filled a POLICE REPORT & IM FILING A CLAIM WITH THE BBB.....BOUGHT LESSONS & TAUGHT LESSONS FOLKS!!My lesson costed me over $1,800.00!! Dont let them take advantage of you too.

Writing this for the second time because they flagged the first one so people wouldn’t see. Came in for an 8am appointment at the other Vancouver location today and after 2hours they told me that they didn’t have my oil and they said the oils was more expensive $100 but with everything it would be $200 so I told them I always pay $30 with my Groupon and they called valvoline and they told him it took full synthetic and synthetic blend which I told he already but he didn’t listen. I went to the other location and they said it would be $64 for synthetic blend oil but with the Groupon I would only need to pay $24 not not $100 or $60. I had to be at work at 10am to open the restaurant which I manage but my boss had to come in cuz I wasn’t there. I was at the oil change from 8am to 10:30 am that’s 2h and 30 minutes . He wouldn’t give me my keys till I pay all that money which I told him to put synthetic blend but he didn’t listen. I lost 2.5 hours plus and hour of work and they kept my keys. Hopefully the owner will see this and reach out to me. And hopefully they won’t flagged my review again.

Saved me when I bought tires online and online installers was 2 weeks out. Called friday got scheduled for monday drop off and had my truck back by 1:30. Office clean and neat, even had a beverage bar with better than average products.Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, definitely scheduling next service here.

This shop has awesome customer service! Im here from out of town. Started having car problems today, and am leaving tomorrow. They took time out of their busy schedule to help me out today. The mechanic explained everything that was happening in a way that someone like me that knows nothing about cars could understand. They were very fair and honest about the price. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Ive been coming here for about 3 years now. They always took care of me and my Honda Civic. I have never had any issues with any of the repairs or even the amount they were charging me. They are very service oriented from accommodations to fit me in to help work around my schedule or to give a good detail explanation when something needs to be replaced and why. They always offer options and never make me feel like I need to get every little thing fixed just because they suggested it. They also have a great program for the people who like coupons who want to save money for basic services like oil changes or service repairs and some FREE inspections. The lady at the front counter is so friendly and sincere that she makes you feel like part of a family. I just purchased a 2018 KIA which Im happy to hear they are certified to work on them. I have no other reason to take my vehicle any where else. Thank you Honest-1 for living up to your name.

Would not recommend for warranty work traveling through. Car sat throughout the time scheduled not fixed. I take issue with it. Defective thermostat needed replacement. How simple? Update: Emergency service due to defective warranted part under NAPA driving through requiring immediately attention i.e., defective thermostat. Eventually took vehicle to BMW for diagnostics and confirmed inoperable thermostat, plus other issues where identified which your company would had made money (cash) on if you simply service the bimmer same day scheduled. No problem with NAPA warranty itself, claim open easily without issue and I know nothing about you 3yr/36 month warranty. Original work perform by a different company (who resolved matter) with NAPA 2 yr/24k warranty in association with BMW. Honest, really?

Took my struts here to be assembled, fair price and got it done in a timely manner. Couldn’t be happier

They are very friendly, but that is the only good thing I can say.My son had work done here on his pickup truck. They took advantage of his lack of mechanical knowledge and overcharged him by a lot. We are talking 200$ for a starter that retails for 65$ and then another 150$ labor. A few weeks later he gets stranded truck wont start, same grinding noise he went in for.I went to go Help him, checking the starter and 1 of the 2 mounting bolts is so loose I can spin it out by hand!!! I pulled the starter out and these bolts have lock washers on them there is no reason they would have vibrated loose.Went to the auto parts store, paid 75$ for a quality starter, installed it, and my son starts it up and remarks wow it starts better than when I got it from the shop. Hmm imagine that.So my son and I took the starter that this professional mechanic shop installed and drove to this business.When my son and I explained what happened, we were told this is why we have a warranty mistakes happen... I explained that is unacceptable for a professional shop. The receptionist consulted the mechanic and refunded the 200$for the part, but we were told that for the labor we could have store credit, we refused the store credit (will not be coming back) The mechanic came and said he had many years experience and he is sure he used a torque wrench on the bolts but I dont buy it...My mother in law has had work done here also and has had to return with the same problem she went in for multiple times. It seems to me they are taking advantage of people that dont undestand vehicles, overcharging, and are being negligent in checking their work.I definitely do not recommend this business. I recommend if you have had work done here, have a person you can trust check the work they did, or you may end up back in with another bill...

Was supposed to get both on a groupon I bought. The timing was right but nothing about my tire rotation on the invoice. I had to go back in because she charged me for it, then I didnt get an invoice. Hmmmm. Not sure I will go back. Not so honest maybe.

This is not a review of the auto service, but the customer service: My car was being towed from another mechanic to my home. The tow truck driver randomly dropped it off at Honest-1 auto and left the keys without a word. Suzy at the front desk had no idea what this car when AAA dropped it off. She found a receipt in my car, called the business to get my contact information. She contacted me and let me know what happened. Thank goodness for kind, honest human beings like Suzy! I was able to call AAA and have them come back to tow my car where it needed to go but didnt want this act of great service to go unmentioned!

I did not get the opportunity to experience their auto repair service, however their Reception counter were very welcoming and were well excellent at their respective duties the shop personal I encountered was very knowledgeable about the needs of my auto repair. I changed my mind about having honest 1 auto change out my driveshaft universal joints only because they raised the price from $75 to $135.It was clearly explained to me that I was quoted the $75 on the phone for just 1 universal joint. I called another shop and was quoted $65 to change both.In all fairness Honest 1 auto gave me the impression that I should do business with them, sincerely felt they have great customer service and information conveyed to regarding me auto needs gave me some assurance that their shop personal have the experience to perform the task without doubt. The price of the other shop led me astray. I should have stayed with Honest 1 auto based on the outcome of the other shops work, I was not happy, confident and pleased with the results. I got my drive shaft back with universal joints in place but they removed a piece and told me it is not needed which I very much doubt and they said that the slip yoke flange is leaking. It never leaked on to my floor of my garage. The under carriage of my vehicle is free of any signs of any leak.

We took our hyundai there to have an alignment done. Its one of the few things I cannot do at home. I explicitly told them to leave everything else alone, no fluids checked, nothing.When I came back for the car I noticed it was dripping fluids and the coolant res had fluid around it. They told me they topped off our coolant.On the way home the radiator exploded because they jammed the rad cap in the closed position so it could not relieve excess pressure from have way too much coolant in it.Ended up spending the next 2-3 weekends replacing radiator, thermostat, and water pump because of related damages.

She gives you all the possible options based upon the importance of the reported problems.I highly recommend this place should you need any repairs to your vehicle.

I love this location! I purchased a Groupon special a year ago, and have taken my truck in to be serviced and or the oil changed four times now. Im always treated with the utmost respect and greeted with a smile. My truck is in great condition. They always make sure to let me know what issues could potentially arise based on their inspection, and what it will cost to fix it. I am never pressured into doing anything, but just given the information needed to make an informed decision. No hard core sales tactics or pressure. I truly appreciate that. Give them a try. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Disappointed with this store, I was a customer and spent more than $ 1,500 on my car, after a while I got a Groupon coupon I was totally disgraced for using a discount coupon, dont come to this store look for one that will suit you regardless payment, I was totally disappointed ... I was not planning to leave a review. But want people to know that after all,Honest-1 Auto Care are not very honest based on my personal experience. Purchased a free oil change service through Groupon and took my car in for the first time in May of 2019. Paid an additional $5.93 after the discount was applied, which I thought was not that big of the deal. Took the same car today 09/14/19, for the same service based on the same coupon terms and was quoted $64.66. When asked about why there was such a big difference in price from the first time, I was told I do not know, which was followed up by that it was due to increase in oil price. I will let you make your own conclusions here. Thank you Honest-1 Auto, and especially the representative Sue, who wished me a good day and provided such a clear and concise response to my question. I left my coupon with her as I am definitely not using their services in the future only to notice her giving it to a different customer. Great service!

Took my daughters car in yesterday to check out her battery which I was told was bad so I wanted to run it to the Toyota dealership to see if they would give me a discount since the battery was only 3 yrs old...Honest one charged me 51.00 dollars to check the battery...I asked them at the time if they would apply that to the battery price if I came back which they said they would...after going to Toyota,which they said 151.00 for a battery and a 10 percent discount (136.00) I went back to Honest One because I already was 51 dollars in and told them my quote from Toyota and the lady said they would give me a discount(she had told me the battery was 150.00 on the first trip) ...signed a bill for 118 which I thought was great but now on my credit card I have two charges 51 and 118...my receipt shows the 51 off of 150 but still the two tickets now add up to 169 so that is no discount no matter how you do the math and most places in town do not charge a fee to check a battery...also bought a battery from them last year at 135.00...so beware ...( I realize no battery is 118 but my bill should not have been 169 when told they would give me a discount)

I cant write enough praise about this business. I had recently acquired a new vehicle and needed some services. The owner, manager, and staff were very helpful and made arrangements to get things done very quickly. The staff is extremely experienced, and detail oriented. They have worked on other vehicles I have owned, and received the same consistent service each time. They are very communicative, and make it easy to understand every issue that arrives. I will continue to take all of my cars there, amd recommend them to anyone that asks.

I stopped by in the middle of a day on a Tuesday and they were able to do my oil change promptly. I usually schedule an appointment, but wasnt able to this time. They do a great job and do a thorough check over the entire vehicle.

I told him to get an oil change, and they got me in the very next day. The shop is really busy because of the good work that it does. They showed me the results of their inspection, and made suggestions on repairs that I could do to my truck to make it more efficient and roadworthy which is a plus. Most places don’t do that, or they will charge you to make that kind of an assessment. I would recommend this location to somebody who is looking for a new place to have work done on your vehicles.

Its located in a back corner off of a busy East Mill Plain. The waiting area is clean. We got there in the morning, and it was already busy. We waited for only a little over an hour. They fix the cars quick. My only comment is the not welcoming treatment of the older lady in the counter. I think she is the manager. She wasnt smiling and was kinda grumpy. A good customer service starts upon the arrival of the customers. I overheard her talking on the phone, and she seems nice though. But the way she treated us is different. She was talking to an older gentleman when we came in, and she asked us to come closer using her pointed finger - that was rude. The other lady she was training is nice though. Looks like she suits to that kind of job.

Nothing honest about them. Took advantage of my daughter’s inexperience and age. For a ridiculously overpriced oil change she came away with coolant that was not checked/filled and was found to be low a month later. The electronics in her steering wheel was also no longer working after leaving there. When she brought the car back in to address the issue they were Extremely rude and told her they were not obligated to fix it. Impressive customer service. Would absolutely not recommend this place

Been taking our 2009 Nissan there for about 4 years. I like they way they explain what all they checked and whether or not it needs attention or how long before it will. Always clean and professional.

Ive been here several times for oil changes. Good price, nice place. But last visit was a problem. The guy who worked on my car opened my car door into the truck next to it and nicked the edge of the door. I had just gotten the car back from painting that door which was a real challenge since the car is 18 years old and that paint isnt made anymore. I know these things can happen but not by someone Ive entrusted to take care of my car. Then I realized the light hadnt been fixed. When I called the office the girl was nice and said the store manager would call me the next day. Im still waiting for that call.

Every employee that I interacted with was pleasant and professional. They communicated clearly on how long and how much the services were going to cost. They fixed the issues with my car quickly and at a fair price.A day later I had a few follow up concerns with my car. I called them and they immediately took a second look at my car free of charge. My car is now running as well as it was when I first bought it.I could not recommend them enough!

I came for a lifetime alignment. I was quite happy with the affordability. My rear brakes were identified as being in the Red Zone, I will return soon to complete this important maintenance also.

No hard sale for services and even made suggestions for savings on services with a coupon package which saved about as much the cost of the coupon pkg. But now I have other normal services that wont cost more because the pkg includes oil changes, etc. Pleasant place with Wi-Fi, homey seating areas too. My only complaint, the chairs by the TV were a bit uncomfortable because the padding has broken down but the staff was really nice.

When I got there for my appt that I made on line, it wasnt showing in the computer, but he quickly squeezed me into the schedule and got my oil change done right on time. Great job - I will be back whenever I need service!

I hade Honest one do a alignment on my car. Online it said it would cost $79 but when I went to pick it up it was over $100. I showed them the online price and they wouldn’t honor that price saying corporate needed to change that price. I’m sorry but if your advertising a price online, you need to honor that price.

Not very HONEST after all...I came in here for the first time to get an oil change and a tire rotation. I had a coupon for both. Before I came in I made a note to my self what position the tires were in to make sure they actually rotate them. After waiting 50 min they told me my car was ready. I came back and sure enough my tires were in the same position as last time and had not been rotated. They also marked the tire rotation coupon that I used it. I came in to get my keys and waited to see if they’re gonna tell me that my tires weren’t rotated. Just as I thought nobody told me a thing about it... so I asked them why my tires didn’t get rotated, and they said that my tires were worn out and we’re going to need replacing in about 4 months so there was no point in taking the effort to rotate them. However, my tires had deep treads and were in great condition. And even if they were not in great condition that is NOT an excuse not to perform a service that was promised you. If the customer wants a tire rotation you GIVE them a tire rotation. At the very least they should have called me and said they didn’t think it was necessary and asked me if I still wanted it.They also overfilled my oil on the oil change by about half an inch on the oil dip stick level. Any real mechanic knows this is puts extra pressure on the seals in the engine and makes them more prone to leaking which is a very expensive fix. Would not recommend this shop!Edit: The owner responded and said I was acting like the kind of customer nobody wants to have. Actually I was very kind and polite, I never even mentioned that I was not satisfied with the service to their customer service person and I did give him a chance to explain. It’s very rude and unprofessional of you to make up stuff to look better on the internet. Instead of admitting a mistake they try to blame it on me. Definitely won’t be back here.

Brought a vehicle in to have soft breaks checked, received the vehicle back and it went from needing work to having almost no breaking. was told by Master mechanic that it was definitely safe now. When we called to say the brakes are worse than before and unsafe, Master mechanic and manager just made excuses for their work and lack of diagnosing the problem instead doing what was right and fixing the problem. Spent 5 hours waiting in the shop for shotty work and charged almost 5 hundred. Now lives are in danger from their work and we are back to step one, find an honest mechanic.

Honest 1 takes care of my automobile needs. They have always been friendly at the front desk and offer me transportation services as I usually get oil changes during work week. So far, their prices are lower or comparable than quotes offered at dealerships and other places.

Quick and cost friendly they took my coupon and added more discounts. In and out within an hour and still have money in my wallet. Not pushy about other fixes that need to be done.

My 1st time here is okay. Got me out early than expected. I would give 5 star but when I went to pay and look at my invoice no explanation on it. Either the alignment was good or bad. Details explanation would have been helpful. So I wouldnt be wondering about it. Thats all. This shop really gets busy

I feel they have always been honest about what I needed done and the prices are reasonable. I took my commander in to check the suspension for a popping sound. I suspected a ball joint or cv axle boot. When I left this shop (after the unbelievable quote of 3k) I felt like selling my prize vehicle. Decided to go to another shop for a second and third opinion, the 2nd opinion put me at 2k lower, and the 3rd opinion fixed my issue for 100.00. All I needed was a good torque and turn on the control arm bolts. This shop is a joke.

Past reviews were certainly not my experience, and with a name like Honest-1, it certainly gave pause... But my experience with them was actually very good, both at the front desk and the mechanical work, which was outstanding. They did a great job diagnosing two separate issue which had been giving me problems for some time, and both are resolved to my great satisfaction. Regardless of the name, they are indeed polite, knowledgeable, and honest indeed.

Great service at a fare price!

Unfortunately the service has been a HUGE disappointment. They are always behind schedule and you can count on waiting well over an hour even for a simple oil change (with scheduled appointment) The technicians also have forgotten very basic things on almost every visit!!. I purchased a punch card for $100 with oil changes and other services, but will be throwing that away because I have zero confidence or patience with the service received (and I have given multiple opportunities) I have driven away and moments later discovered I had a flat tire....on another visit they forgot to reset the oil light so I had to go back and my most recent visit I was contacted by the office to inform me that the technician may have left his clipboard under my hood ..and that I should check to make sure. I will pay extra to go somewhere I trust.

Awesome experience at Honest-1 on Mill Plain. Customer service and quality of work was exceptional from Susan, Norm, and Cory. I appreciate the drinks, wifi, and tv that they have available to keep you busy while you wait for your car to be taken care of. Additionally, there are plenty of places to grab lunch in the area if youre in during lunch hour. Overall, for a mechanics shop, I was pleased with the work and will be returning.

This is our auto shop for everything car except tires. Our car is eleven years old, so we come several times a year, but are always satisfied with the service. Occasionally the bill is quite large, but each time they are able to give the price and give us time to consider and research. It always turns out that what they are charging is a fair price.I have young children, so I especially appreciate the small play area and tv to help my kids cope with waiting for the car to be done. I wish there had been one of these at the car repair place I had to wait at when I was young.

I left my car to get an oil change. I was confronted by a mechanic that i needed to move my car elsewhere. The only handicap spotwas taken by an employee, which caused me to needlessly park much further from the door. When i picked my car up the next day, the same employee was parked in the handicap spot. Bottom line. Do not expect any accommodations due to the Americans with disability act. If youre health knock yourself out.

Took them way too long to do a fuel pump replacement. Im an electrical engineer and I did it faster than they did using a YouTube video!Dont go to Honest1! Theyre either scammers or incompetent. Either way, no reason to bring your car here.Edit: in response to the reply, the YouTube video that I followed had me almost finished within 2 or so hours. But it didnt correctly show me how to remove it and we didnt have the correct tools. Now, if you want to tell me it took you guys 3 hours to do the fix that I already removed the hoses from (which take the longest time to do in this fix) then my only response is that you must be incompetent as a mechanic because it should not have taken that long for you guys to finish the job. I mean, the YouTube video that slowly and carefully shows the same fix is only an hour and a half long! If youre doing it like you know what youre doing without trying to teach someone, why does it take you twice as long? Every other mechanic job Ive had done did so way way faster than I could, because Im not a mechanic. But not you guys.

Dishonest-1 auto care.. Front desk gal susan tried charging me over double the price for a diagnostic until I caught it, then price went back down. After I picked my vehical my check gauge light was on and oil pressure gauge had no reading. Susan was very rude too me over the phone when I asked them too fix the problem which id never had until I got it back from their possession. This looks like a good place too go and is clean inside but dont let that fool you. Susan has a horrible attitude for customer service. For that reason I wont be back

Look, I’m not one to typically leave reviews, but this genuinely bothered me enough to say something. I don’t want to sit here and be nasty. I took my vehicle in for a wheel alignment. The place seemed a bit strange. The lady behind the counter spent most of the time I was there in the waiting room discussing flight details on the company phone which seemed weird. I did not wait long to be provided with some things that were wrong with my vehicle. Only to find out that I was being told information about a car that wasn’t mine and was nearly given the wrong car. When I did finally get the list of the many things that were “wrong,” with my car, I was told that my timing belt was in bad shape and that I needed fluids and a new radiator cap. I was told it would be almost 1400$ for it to get fixed. I took it to 2 other places and had another friend of mine who is a mechanic who all took 1 look at the timing belt and had no idea what they’re evaluation was based off of. The timing belt was only replaced about 2 weeks before my visit. I was going to be charged almost 40$ for a new radiator cap alone and went to an auto store and bought one for $7. So, essentially, something I was going to be charged almost $1500 for, turned out to be a neglectful look at the timing belt, a $7 cap, and an 80$ radiator flush.Was just very unhappy altogether. It looks like these reviews are responded to, which is nice, I suppose. Sometimes crazy people leave reviews, but this is just genuine concern. I wouldn’t ever bring my car back there. I don’t have a lot of money to spend in the first place, and I would have wasted a ton of it for no reason.

If I could leave a no-star review I would. I’ve taken my car to couple different mechanics in Denver and repairs were always completed properly and honestly; but I would NEVER recommend the crooks at Honest-1. They swapped out an engine thermostat which I had requested but left me with a check engine light still on and did not very the repair fixed the issue. Their mechanic stated there was a crack in the upper radiator hose and they did replace that as well. However they missed a clearly compromised engine coolant temp sensor and they replaced the old, stripped out thermostat housing bolts stating they could not find any in stock. I found the screws available for pickup the same day within 10 minutes of this shop. It’s a sad day when an untrained lay person can quickly search google for the necessary parts for proper repair and trained mechanics cannot properly repair a vehicle and send it back to the customer in good working order. I attempted to contact the shop and was met with very unprofessional resistance by the shop manger who’s job should be to listen to the customer and make things right.I am never taking my vehicles to this shop again. Please beware of these crooks and their unprofessional and untrained staff!

I went to the 63rd street location for a oil change. 45 minutes into the oil change they approach me with a problem. They claimed the last place that did my oil change stripped out the drain bolt and it would cost 650 dollars for a new oil pan. What a joke. I said How do I know your mechanic didnt do this? And I got no response. I had the pan replaced at a much better more trusting place down the road for 300. So called Honest -1 charged me 70 dollars for a oil change, a cheap 2 dollars temp plug and a air filter.. I WILL NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS CROOKED OUTFIT AGAIN! Read all the other bad reviews, AVOID THIS PLACE!

Friendly, clean, good pricing, and good service. Feel like I get all the above items when I go to H-1. Never feel as though they are trying to upsell me. They show me what concerns they have and let me decide how to proceed. I would recommend to others. Recommend setting appointments to reduce downtime.

Weve had great experiences with this location. Friendly service, communicated well what needs to be done on the car. Got same day service for one repair that came up on the oil change/inspection.

The initial contact with the company was nice and polite, but upon pick-up of my vehicle, the guy who assisted us was rude, cocky and very pushy/aggressive. If that werent enough, they did work on our car that was meant for a different car (as in, my car wouldnt even start when we went to pick it up, and what we had brought it in for in the first place had nothing to do with the car starting). We opted out of them doing any work on our car as it could be done on our own for a FRACTION of the cost they wanted to charge. I would not recommend this mechanic, and I hate giving bad reviews.

Ive come in several times to the location on 123rd over the past year, with two different cars. I know a five star rating is suspicious but so far they have been living up to their name. I have had honest and detailed service from them and I can tell I am not being ripped off. Not once have they tried to pressure me into a sale or make something up about my car in order to squeeze more money out of me. They have been extremely accommodating and thorough. Especially when I did a used car pre-purchase inspection earlier this year, the guy was straight up with me and told me not to buy the car (all the liquids inside were dirty and black, ten year old transmission fluid and failing breaks) and recommend I stay with Toyota (the brand I was driving at the time). TL;DR these people do actually give a damn about you and their quality of service.

Their labor charges were $200 above everyone else’s for a simple job..

Better than Walmart however, weve had to fix our info quite a bit as they would have our household info wrong! Make sure if multiple vehicles, you state which one you got! Other than that, they missed calling my fiance last Saturday when he forgot his appointment and they never called to remind him at least; they should have someone call to remind though! But, quick service, good suggestions and cool discounts!

The staffs here are friendly. The price is really good, especially if you get a coupon book from them for $99. Its 4 oil change (8 if you have older cars) and lots of other maintenence. Its only by schedule. Theres a kids play corner which is a plus.

In response to what the owner had replied to Igors review...the Groupon coupon says good for 4 synthetic oil changes...maybe you should make it a little more specific and/or add the additional charges that could occur if the car requires a different oil type. There seems to be a lot of confusion with these Groupon deals that youre offering consumers and in the end you are all getting not so great reviews...which in the long run probably isnt helping your business. All it really takes is one bad review....I too was looking at purchasing the Groupon deal but honestly after reading multiple reviews(and not just with your shop) I think I rather take my business elsewhere.

This Honest-1 location provided efficient and quality service. Customer service by Susie was phenomenal and the repairs were quick and painless. They have fair prices in comparison with other chains.

I stopped in at almost closing time and Mike helped me with the fog lights on my 4Runner. That kind of service tells me a lot, and I would definitely use them again for my vehicle service. Friendly staff as well.

I worked on my sisters car. Im a mechanic. I replaced her trans fluid, engine oil with filter, front brakes, rotors, diff fluid, and transfer case fluid.About a month later she took it in because her brakes were squeaking (I did not replace the rear drums or shoes). They said the rear shoes are worn. No problem, everything good so far right?Well than they told her she needs her front rotors resurfaced, her trans fluid changed, and her engine oil filter. Because it was dirty and time for replacement. Now keep in mind I did all the work about a month before she brought it in.These people will try to screw you over. Expecially if you dont know anything about cars. Do not go here.
