Knowledgeable, communicative staff. They are smokers, though (outside and maybe in the work area). They give you an estimate. This is a good place with good people. You can wait there, with wifi and a few seating choices. You can do 6 months same as cash if you are approved, which most people are, even with bad credit. They are doing good work. No gimmicks, no tricking. Safe for women.

I scheduled an oil change for 3pm. I arrived early and provided them the information and explained the car is in good maintenance condition but would like my brakes checked. I waited an hour and asked if my car was going to be ready soon. They checked And said it will be another 15 minutes because they were waiting for the oil to cool down.I found this response unsatisfactory because oil is always changed when it’s hot and I also only drove it to an a half miles to get there after my car has been sitting all day.In addition they normally do a thorough inspection of your vehicle as indicated by the people they checked out before me about brakes windshield wipers other fluids and when I checked out they had inspected absolutely nothing on my car after waiting an hour and a half

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place basically messed my car up more than what its was, they offered me a quick fix, which in turn ended up messing my car up further. Upon bringing the car back the only option they offered me was to buy a new motor, a bunch of crooks if u ask me. If you are having car problems dont not I repeat don not bring your car here they will charge and arm and a leg and will still have problems with your car at the end.

I was traveling alone through Washington when I had an issue with the snow guard cover under my car that came loose making horrible noises from underneath my car. I googled a car repair shop & chose Meineke that was only one mile from where I was parked. It was the BEST decision I could of made as I pulled in & talked with Jerald about my problem and since I had no appointment. Jerald checked to see if a lift was available to get my car in immediately & they did just that as two bolts were missing to hold the plastic guard in place. I was so happy and relieved to be back on the road in no time at all. Thanks to the Meineke team in Vancouver, WA that helped me in a time of need as I was going to see my ill father in Tacoma. Summary: save your time, money, and avoid extra stress by going to a shop that actually knows what they are doing. Meineke tried to take advantage of someone they thought wouldnt question it. Look at the attached invoices and alignment specs for proof.I came here for an alignment. They were the only one that had availability (makes sense now). An hour later, they call me to tell me they couldnt do the alignment because my REAR AXLE was BENT. They told me that I would need to get it replaced and were very willing to call around to help find me a rear axle that they could replace, but that would be several thousand dollars. They also said I could call around to find an auto body shop to try and get the frame pulled but that would also be expensive. I had just bought this car, and immediately starting stressing because of the enormous cost it would be to replace the rear axle or get the frame pulled. I paid the cost for the alignment and told them I would try and call around.I spent all of the next day calling several shops trying to find an auto body shop that had availability. I work full time, and I wasnt able to commute to work because I thought my car was too dangerous to drive. Thank goodness I got a second opinion because as you can see in the alignment specs from Matts Alignment and Brake, Meineke was taking me for a ride. Im not sure if their machine is just completely broken or if they were trying to take advantage of me. Not only did Matts Alignment tell me that my axle WAS NOT bent, they also were able to get the alignment into perfect measurements. As you can also see, the beginning measurements at Meineke were completely different than the ones at Matts. They also charged me for a 2 wheel alignment, but when I looked at the alignment specs, it showed me that they didnt make ANY changes or adjustments, in addition to being completely different than Matts. I truly dont think they even put my car on the alignment machine.So, save your time and money and dont come here. I cant believe that they have the positive reviews that they do, as my experience was absolutely terrible. Go to Matts Alignment & Brake and save yourself time, money, and stress.

Nice people and even though they were down multiple techs my oil was changed within an hour

Rodney (the service manager) was very courteous and professional! He listened to what I had to say about the vehicle problems. He listened to what I had to say about the last vendor who worked on my vehicle, but after $2000 plus they weren’t able to solve the problem. I also explained my expectation of 100% complete, not close enough. At the end of the day these veteran mechanics nailed the problem, they refused to sell me things I didn’t need and the cost of what I did need was very reasonable. My car drives like brand new again! I was ecstatic to have the problem fixed! Rodney and his team never gave up to solve my vehicle issues and gave me 100% satisfaction! My wife and I will never go anywhere else, Meineke is our new vehicle mechanics! Thanks guys!

I was wanting some exhaust work done to my car and unfortunately the shops in Vancouver were booked out a few weeks. Understandable since the Spring is when people bring out their nice cars. Meineke was incredibly accommodating and thankfully had appointments available. It was a little more spendy than your average exhaust shop but still fair price considering what they had to do to make the exhaust work. I really appreciate the fact that they had a plan and probably better executed than most places I can think of. I would definitely come back if I needed anything else done!

I would recommend this place in a heart beat based off my two previous experiences with this Meineke location. My most recent visit is the one to brag about. Starting with the lady at the front desk who was super friendly and welcoming. She was on the phone and had another customer waiting in the waiting room but still didn’t hesitate to welcome us and let us know she will be with us shortly. It was refreshing. I dropped my car off a bit earlier than my scheduled oil change appointment and within 45 minutes of me dropping it off I received a call from the very nice front desk lady informing me about a part that has extreme wear and eventually will give and when it does it will cost upwards of $1000. I have previously taken my car to Jiffy Lube for years and not once did they bring this to my attention. I am very pleased these people actually evaluate your entire vehicle and in return replace things that could lead to further damage and costs. They even fixed the air pressure in all my tires. Adding to all this, they started my service before my scheduled time and were done in a very reasonable time(2 hours for oil change and tire rod replacement). Anyways, I had a great experience so I hope you all do as well and thank you Meineke.

Awesome experience. brought my car in at around noon on a friday to get my radiator replaced. they gave me their estimate, and i told them the first shop i called said they could do it a bit cheaper on monday. they asked me how much the first shop quoted me. So i told them and they were able to do it for that price and got it done on that same day. i had my car back within 4 hours. they even had to order the radiator from their warehouse and still got it done that quickly... Thanks again!

My truck made a loud sound and lost some oomph, so I made an appointment. There I was greeted and swiftly checked in by the area manager. In less than an hour I had a proper diagnostic and a price quote. New Muffler, and a sensor replacement. Opted to replace muffler only for now. It was done in about an hour, and at a fair cost.Total time was 2.5 hours, and now my truck is running and sounding very smooth again.

Brought my vehicle in for an A/C check. Gerald and his team tested the system, put dye in to check for leaks, and checked Freon levels. Came back after 2 weeks for a recheck. All done at no cost. Gerald and his team were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and helped identify issue at hand. Highly recommend a call or visit here as you look to diagnose and repair a problem.

After noticing an oil leak (and being overdue for an oil change) I called Meineke to make an appointment. Even though they were completely booked for oil changes that day, Rodney managed to squeeze me in so that they could take a look at the leak AND change my oil.I was able to pick up my vehicle in a few hours and I was very surprised by how little it cost me. This Meineke has definitely found a newly dedicated customer.

I needed to get my vehicle towed and called Meineke. They helped me get a tow within an hour and had my vehicle in their shop before closing time on a Saturday. They called on Monday morning with what the the issues were, and had the repairs completed by Monday afternoon. Very helpful and informative on what was causing the issue. During the recent heavy snow fall my wifes car had the plastic shield underneath the engine compartment come loose. I called Meinike and was able to get in right away. When we went to pay they said not to worry and asked only that we use them for future needs. Well be back!

Too expensive Car Care Center. We came with our car and gave them to fix it. When we came we payed to much for it and it’s still not working. Thank you, but this is not really what I would recommend.

I woke up to my Ford having pretty severe damage to its front passenger side control arm, it was almost completely bent in half and were all still baffled as to how it could have happened. I brought my vehicle into Meineke and was met with extremely professional, thorough and respectful staff. My vehicle was ready that same day! Quick and easy.The one and only thing I would say, is that the staff seldom wore their masks, (Chris did the entire time and I greatly appreciated it!!) and if they were wearing them, they would be beneath their noses. It made me a little bit uncomfortable because I have extremely bad asthma.All in all, though, I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and family. Thank you!

These guys have saved me so much headache and heartache. I had some faulty work done at another shop and they took care of absolutely everything for me, including documenting everything done wrong that nearly fried my electrical system. Chris answered every question before I could ask it and they all treated me like I was a friend, not just a customer or a car problem. And they had my car back to me in one business day! I’ve gone to Meineke for all of my vehicles repairs and maintenance since 2015. Best service AND best price. They diagnose issues I’ve had and solve them the first time which from my personal experience is hard to come by.

Guys at the shop saved me some long hours in the cold fair pricing and all around great customer service.

This place is great. Hard working professional people. If I hadnt moved out of the area I would keep going there. I always knew that if I see Rodney behind the desk I would be very well taken care of.

Professional and friendly. The mechanic was up front with his pricing for a starter issue. Ive worked on more vehicles then I care to remember. What would have taken me two days and a mess load of swear words they did in a couple of hours. As a backyard farm mechanic from old it is hard to gain my trust, these guys did give em a try.

I stopped in to see if they could install a 3/5 drop kit on my old c-10 pickup, and they told me to bring it in and they would have it done that day. I was driving it that evening. Super honest, super knowledgeable, super friendly, and they thanked me for allowing them to work on my truck.Winner winner!

Beware - This place is about as unprofessional as they get. My friend had to get some work done on her car and brought it to the 4th plain Meineke. Since it is in a somewhat seedy area and her car had to stay overnight she wanted to drive by to make sure it was safe. Id say we drove by around 1145-12PM at night and there were guys standing around in the door of the shop where the cars are and they were drinking and smoking. Not sure what they were smoking as I said we just drove by - but I dont think she appreciates having cigarette smoke lingering in her car - or would anyone else. OR having the people that are working on the cars blasted. I can tell what a beer looks like and was not happy to see there appeared to be a party going on. Take your car someplace else where there is standards and policies. Cant speak to the quality of work since I myself havent had any work done.

Spent 2700. Getting repairs,tune up, and emissions. My check engine light came back on throwing a code to do with the e.g.r. valve. I kid you not I had the vehicle back 7 times to fix it. Sure no charge, but they never did fix it, finally took it to another shop that easily fixed it the first time. They also showed me my worn out spark plugs that never got changed during my tune up. Ive never felt so cheated on my whole life, wish I could file criminal charges. However, Rodney at the counter was very friendly

I made an appointment online and when I arrived was told their scheduling system does not sync with their shop system so it would ibe about an hour before my oil change was complete. I came back an hour later and my vehicle had not moved yet. I was told it would be in shortly. My appointment was at 11 and my oil change was not complete until 1:30. The shop guy was nice, but Meineke really needs to sync their system or have people call the shop for an appointment.

Thorough diagnostics, fair pricing. Theyll get the job done for you no matter what, and without trying to pull one over on you like other mechanics, or charging a ridiculous amount like dealerships. Would take my car here for just about anything.

The team is always super friendly and explains everything to me. I have never had a bad experience there and have been going to them for about two years. I highly recommend this location.

Great place. Got my air conditioning fixed. Checked things first to make sure it wasnt the compressor. Fixed it fast and not super expensive. Got to use a discount coupon. And checked everything a week later to make sure everything was working

One Meineke out of town did $1600 worth of work while I was on a biz trip. Got it home...and another problem occurs. A 2nd Meineke refused to do the work. Had it towed to a 3rd Meineke. Said they’d have it done on Friday no problem. Didn’t get called til late morning Saturday. After $1k in work at this one, I go to pick up the car: there’s a tool still plugged into it...it’s out of wiper fluid...it’s dirty. Just not impressed at all, by any of the 3 Meineke shops I had to deal with.

This Meineke is the only shop that I trust with my vehicle. Rodney is the manager and he is an honest guy. He wont try to sell you something you dont need or jack up the price after its done. I recommend these guys %110.

The service was excellent. I came in close to closing time and they still repaired my tire. Very professional; however, $43 to plug a tire, I thought, was excessive payment.
